We went to Laura's ice cream shop that was near our school and sat outside as we ate our ice cream.
"This is so good." I told Chase after taking a spoonful of my Nutella ice cream.
"I'm glad you like it." Chase said with a grin completely ignoring Alex.
"So what's up?" He asked taking a seat to my right while Alex sat in front of me with a raised eyebrow.
"Nothing really, I'm just a senior who is about to finally graduate from high school." I told honestly with a shrug.
"You?" I asked him as we continued to ignore Alex.
"Same except I have a beautiful girlfriend now." He said grinning happily.
"Really?" I asked excitedly and he nodded enthusiastically.
"When am I going to meet her?" I asked.
"Soon, her name is Brianna." He said looking dreamy.
"Someone is crazy about her." I teased nudging his arm.
