Anyway, I have been in my house all the time, so I temporarily safe. Take care of yourself and your family, be careful when you go out. Here the chapter for today! Enjoy!)

The Next Day

All the department had temporarily stopped working due to the verdict from the Nether Emperor to enjoy something called Valentine's Day was what the Nether Empress called it. This event was a one-day holiday for all the dead spirits where you were from, the Hell domain or the normal one, all had one day off, together they need to celebrate this day.

Everyone was excited as they not only had a day off from those routine work, they even get to absorb the Nether Light that was rare to come by. They were told to spend one merit point to purchase one Nether flower as a memento.

As the Nether flower had an appearance similar to the rose, which sold on Valentine's day on Earth but it was half purple and half gray color unlike the variety of colorful rose on earth, that was why Nineteen chose this flower to represent the symbol of Valentine's day in the Netherworld.

Thus, the Nether flower became this event's signature for verifying the dead spirits whether they allowed receiving the blessing. If they didn't have the Nether flower in their hand, it meant that they weren't sincerely enough to receive the blessing of the Nether God.

After they exchanged for the Nethe flower, they had to write a short message for the one whom they cared about before they died or anyone that was close to themselves. In the message, can be anything, preferably the description of caring or longing or love messages.

Next, they were told to stand around the bonfire that was built in the middle of God's altar. When the Nether Emperor and Nether Empress told them to throw those two things, which were the Nether flower and the letter, to the Nether fire in the bonfire. Then, the Nether Empress would perform the ritual to God to get the blessing for them. After that, it would be the end and they could freely do whatever they wanted.

There were all the ideas and the procedures for Valentine's day as per the discussion made yesterday by the Nether Empress and high-rank dead spirits. Then, the representative from those high-rank dead spirits made the speech into a report and took it to the Nether Emperor to approve.

The Nether Emperor stamped the report without looking at it at all after knowing that it was probably the idea of his cute and clever Empress and told them to make an announcement as soon as possible.

Therefore, today cheering sounds were everywhere echoing throughout the entire Netherworld of the human realm. Everyone had a smile on their face as they proceed to the stall which was set up one kilometer away from the gate entrance to the Nether Palace, to exchange for the Nether flower.

During that time, there were a few commotions caused by some evil dead spirits. Due they didn't want to exchange their hard earn merit points for the Nether flower, they unreasonably got into an argument with the one who handed out the flower.

The commotion wasn't noticeable because right after that the guards who were specially assigned for this event instantly handled the matter and the security order turned back to normal.

Those that caused the commotion were mostly from the northern part of the Hell domain as that place was the harshest part of the remaining part of the Hell domain. Their annual income of merit point is only one merit point, so they didn't have much to spend on something useless like this.

Moreover, those dead spirits, that were put in Hell were all bad people in the past, so they didn't have any morality at all. These few ruckuses were perceived by Nineteen as he went briefly through the document on the Nether Emperor's desk one last time before the event officially began.

Nineteen called the servant to summon the representative of high-rank dead spirits in order to instruct them something regarding this kind of situation as they would probably arise in the next event.

Nineteen declared that:

- For those who didn't want to exchange their merit point in this event, they were given a chance to redeem in the next event.

- As this was the first time this circumstance happened, they were forgiven for their first mistake in this matter, but their ID would be listed on the blacklist record as a punishment.

- If they didn't behave well in the next event or committed another mistake for the second time, their ID would be erased from this kind of celebration onward, and wouldn't be able to participate nor got the blessing from the Nether God.

- If that happened, their merit point would be deducted by one hundred thousand merit points.

When the punishment was disclosed, there were three kinds of reactions.

One was mostly the reaction of those that had exchanged for the Nether flower, they were glad that their decision was right.

Two were those who at first didn't want to exchange and those that didn't exchange and caused this to happen.

The former felt their soul shuddered at the thought of punishment, especially they wouldn't be able to absorb the Nether Light to nourish their soul.

The latter regretted their decision to rampage the occasion, and they felt despair as nobody could save them.

Third were those that had caused the commotion, they didn't care at all. They didn't regard rules at all, so why they should have cared for this kind of staff. They went back to their place while sneering at the queuing dead spirits.

Finally, came the time that the Nether Emperor and Nether Empress were going to celebrate Valentine's day officially. Every dead spirit gathered around the bonfire while waiting for the instruction from the two most noble dead spirits.

The Nether Emperor opened the ceremony and first to state the matter. Following by Nineteen, who would perform the ritual.

Nineteen: " As our Netherworld of the human realm has finally found their Empress, we as the Nether Empress would like to share more opportunity to every dead spirit to absorb more Nether Light that was bestowed by the Nether God to help the dead spirits went smoothly through the process of their reincarnation.

Thus, it occurs to us that not many celebrations were done in our realm. We, His majesty, and the high-rank dead spirits form the idea of this event that called Valentine's day. We all once have our loved ones, close friends, or family members. We yearn and long for them as we stay here while they are far away.

The short messages that you write represent your feeling for them, so to be able to get those letters to arrive at their side, step forward and throw the letter and the flower into the Nether fire. The Nether fire will guide your feeling through these items to the one who you've written for.

Through this, you will get your blessing from the Nether God, bestow you the Nether Light to nourish your soul. To the God above, please guide these feelings for them."

Everything proceeded as planned when Nineteen finished his speech. After all the things were thrown to the Nether fire, it was time for Nineteen to summon the Nether Light.

He stood near the Nether Emperor, clasped his hand reverently, held at the head level, the elbows against the side, and the head bowed towards the hands. He murmured something that nobody could hear.

Nineteen then opened his eyes and lifted his head up, looked at the sky. As the ray of light shone on him, his face revealed a blooming smile. Then the ray of light spread out and covered up the entire dark sky of the Netherworld in soft golden color light.

(A/N: I'm so sorry If I had gotten the color of the Nether Light wrong. I forgot if it was gold or purple. Please forgive me!)

The Nether Emperor who standing beside Nineteen smiled softly at the picture, he felt proud and excited. Then it was as if he realized something, his facial expression change slightly, he took Nineteen hands to hold and said something to him.

Nether Emperor: "I forget to tell you something."
