(A/N: Another chapter as I got a good feeling. Well, I do this often whenever it near the exam date, I will take some time to write one or two chapters as I know that I will be gone for quite a while before another update release. Anyway Enjoys!)
RECAP
"You didn't happen to forgot that in 2 weeks, we have to go to the tournament meeting, right?", He was smiling as he saw the confused expression on his Empress.
"Ah!", was all Nineteen could answer.
He did actually forget about that meeting completely because he was busy enjoying the feeling of the festival and its vibe.
"Can you tell me about other Nether Emperor?"
"Well…"
The Nether Emperor's expression turned grim immediately after Nineteen asked him.
'Eh!'
What happened? Did something or someone bothered him or he had a conflict with one of those Nether emperors from another realm? Why the Nether Emperor stayed silent?
...................................
Eventually, the Nether Emperor sat still and stayed silent for quite a while. Nineteen had no choice but to do something to get his attention back. As he was thinking, the silent person finally returned back to himself, began to tighten his embrace.
That was when Nineteen realized that the Nether Emperor had been back, so he cautiously asked him what happened.
"Umm… Your majesty?"
Nineteen took a peek at the Nether Emperor as he was asking him.
"Hmm… Something has been going on in recent years. I have noticed something was off every time there is a tournament. However, I did not know what it was, so it is kind of bothering me somehow.
Another strange thing that happened in the last few years was most of the champions of the tournament in each category, always chose to join either the Netherworld of demon or the Netherworld of beastman realm."
Right after the Nether Emperor finished, Nineteen immediately asks him another question as he found that it did not seem strange. Probably, they joined the demon and beastman realm due to they have the same race or maybe they thought demon and beastman are strong.
"How's that strange thing?"
"You don't know!", the Nether Emperor sighed softly as he continued, "Those champions are not from demon race nor beastman race. They mostly consist of another race as these two races didn't particularly stand out much compare to the other. So, it was strange that the champion chose to join demon and beastman that ranked quite low."
"Then what about our human realm?"
"Well, we ranked not too high nor too low, perfectly in the middle."
"I see. Then what race that rank the highest."
"The highest rank races are Elves, Celestial or you can call them Angel and Titan, and their respective rank is 3, 2, 1."
"Elves? The dark skin one or the fair skin one?"
"Oh? it seemed you know quite a lot."
"Well, there is a section of memory talking about the general knowledge of this Nether realm when you crowned me, so I have read through that. That is how I know."
"Alight. The third rank is the fair skin elves and the fourth rank is the dark skin elves. As their magical powers are high, so they can absorb the Nether Light more than other."
"Then what about the Celestial race?"
"Those races have a superior magical power compare to elves and they also have a superior physical body that is more tolerant than others."
"Ah! Then what about the titan? They don't seem to have high magical power as elves and celestial races."
"Instead of high magical power, Titan has an extremely powerful physical power and body, and they have a pretty big body build. The tallest one was around 3 meters. The shortest height among them is at least 2 meters. They have a big body so the Nether Light that they absorb to nourish their soul is also in the large amount."
"How they can be so tall?"
"Well, that is the trait of their race."
"So those Nether Emperor of each race will represent their race in the meeting?"
"Yes!"
Right after the Nether Emperor provided Nineteen the affirmative, his eye was sparkling brightly in anticipation, as he wanted to meet those races. He had never seen these races besides in the fantasy game.
"This is so magical! I want to meet them soon!"
"Why?"
"Because I never see this kind of being."
"Don't worry you'll meet them soon. One more thing, if the thing gets dangerous, stay close to me, alright?"
"Something is going to happen on that day?"
"Just my intuition."
"Alright, I will be careful on that day."
After a small talk, the Nether Emperor went back to work, and Nineteen was still sitting on the sofa lay around.
From what Nineteen knew after reading those memories that he got, it seemed to him that the demon races and beastman races didn't get along well like the rest of the races.
They always went against each other in any way possible, so the matter that they colluded with each other was nearly zero percent. It was really strange from One had described the events that kept happening in recent years.
Did other Nether Emperor of other races notice this strange event?
or they had noticed it but kept ignoring it?
or they were in the same cahoots as demon races and beastman races?
The more Nineteen thought, the complicated it had gotten. How come when it was his reign as the Nether Empress, this kind of strange and mysterious event happened?
Wait, that was not right. It had been happening for quite a few years already, so it had nothing to do with him. So, he should have stopped himself as an unlucky Nether Empress for the human realm.
However, for the Nether Emperor to tell him this, meant that these occurrences could pose a threat to every Netherworld in the Nether realm.
Should he have prepared something? But what should he have prepared? It had to be something that could be both defended and offended. Did he have something like that in his possession right now?
Nineteen thought hard, but nothing came up to him. Suddenly, he thought of the clear crystal ball that appeared at the crowning ceremony that was shining brightly when he was near it.
The question was…
Could something like that wield as a weapon?
It didn't show any characteristic that could be called a weapon at all. It probably could only shine itself brightly.
Maybe he could ask One, as he was the one who possessed that clear crystal ball.
