Meanwhile, during these 2 weeks that Ivan was in C country. The relationship between Andres and Belinda had taken the same direction as the original story. Andres finally fell in love with Belinda when the 2 weeks were nearly running out.
Belinda had been trying so hard to make her husband fell in love with her again. She sudden;y felt this time it was harder than her last life. In her last life, they accidentally fell in love with each other, so there was no need to do anything.
However, this time she needed to put more effort in order to seduce her husband, and at least now her effort was succeeded. She looked at the calendar on her desk, then she realized that her husband's assistant would be back tomorrow. She couldn't help but a little bit sad about not being near him.
The sadness in her didn't last long when a phone called from her father came. Her father had been working hard for her these past few months. Due to her request to join the Godrick family by marrying Andres, he expanded his effort more than tenfold to talk about her to the elders of the Godrick family.
Initially, it was hard because Andres already got a fiancee and they would marry after the new year celebration ended. But he managed to change their opinion by talking about Andres feeling the encounter of Andres and Belinda in the company.
He talked about how they didn't think of Andres' feeling about this engagement even though Andres never opposed to it didn't mean Andres would volunteer to marry someone who he didn't love.
The elders were refuting him that when they got married, they would learn to love each other. He rebutted that Andres only saw Harley as his sister since they had known each other when they were young.
He also added that if Andres really planned to develop his feeling for Harley, why he needed to wait until they got married, why not now or since he knew that they had engaged.
The elders were forced to shut up due to this logical explanation of Andres' action toward Harley. They also clearly saw that problem but they obviously tried to avoid taking it out because they didn't want to strain their relationship with Harley's family. Although her family's influence and status was nothing to them, they prefer to have a friend than an enemy.
After he had done changing their old mindset, he talked about Belinda. He told them that he saw Andres got closer to one of the female employees in his company. At first, they accused her of being a seductive fox or gold-digger and told her father to keep an eye on her.
He immediately tried to explain to them the whole story of Andres and Belinda. Right after they knew, they kept praising her non-stop for how hard-hearted, intelligent, kind, virtuous she was. Thus, they decided to take her as a candidate bride for Andres.
Knowing that he had achieved the task, he happily told this news to his daughter. Belinda advised her father that after they really took her as a daughter-in-law and a wife of Andres, he could disclose the news about her being his daughter to him.
Even though the last news about his disclosure didn't make a big impact and on one paid attention to it but they still thought of her as his mistress, she still wanted to make it big again in order to openly being with her father without being labeled as a prostitute.
The father and daughter were talking happily, not noticing a round black was eavesdropping them.
The system felt lucky that the female lead didn't have any more plans to get rid of its host. So it finally was able to relax and enjoyed spying on the others. It wondered how its host had been doing. Did he miss Blackie?
Speaking of the devil, the system instantly got summoned by Ivan.
Right now, Ivan had landed at A country international airport. Due to the airport was quite big, he got lost in the middle of the crowd. He called his system to help him and then the familiar round black creature appeared in front of him floating.
[Host! You finally came back! I miss you so much! It was so boring without you!]
[I'm back! Right can you help me navigate the way to leave this airport?]

Ivan followed behind Blackie all the way to the exit and called the taxi to get home. While he was riding in the taxi, he remembered that he had to message or call Fredrick to inform him when he arrived.
He opened his chatbox and wrote the message to Fredrick.
"I've arrived and now I'm going home."
The other person immediately replied Ivan.
"Good! Did you feel any uncomfortable?"
"No, I'm good. How is your work going?"
"It nearly finishes."
"Then, when will you come back?"
"Tomorrow"
"I'm waiting for you to hear from me then."
"Yes, I've been waiting for all this time."
With that, the texting ended. 30 mins later, Ivan got home. He washed up, ate dinner, and went to sleep. His day ended with Ivan's last thought was all about Fredrick.
Ivan went to work the next day. He got greeted by everyone from the ground floor all the way up to his office. In fact, he could avoid that but he brought the gift for everyone in every department, so he endured this tiredness of smiling the whole way to his office.
He handed Lance his gift and went to report to his boss. First, he gave his boss the gift and started to explain the process of his work. He detailed everything including the behaviors of the employee there and so was their managers, their complaints, and compliment toward the company's policy and how things usually dealt with.
Andres praised Ivan for his good work and told him he could continue his duties. Ivan nodded and left the office. He carried on his task for the whole morning.
While he was having lunch, he didn't aware today he would get hit with two unexpected things.
First, after lunchtime, he heard the worst of the worst news ever. That was Harley Madison would be arriving here in an hour. He didn't know how to deal with her, so he could only have Lance dealt with her because Lance had been working with Andres since he joined the company as an intern with Andres.
When Harley arrived at the company, she directly went to the elevator without caring about the one who stopped her and she pressed the 56th floor at once. Therefore, when she entered Andres' office without knocking, she unanticipated to see this scene.
Belinda was fixing Andres's tie as usual. She was standing so she needed to lean toward Andres because he was sitting in his chair. Thus, the scene was like they were kissing each other.
As expected of the villain with an obsession love toward the male lead, Harley's face immediately darkened. She questioned Andres and tried to hit the female lead with her bag. How could the male lead overlook this kind of thing? So he interfered with the situation and kept Harley away from the female lead.
The scene was a little chaotic, so he and Lance had to lend hands. Ivan took Belinda away from the office and escorted her to the door, while Lance was keeping watch over Harley in order to not let her cause another trouble.
Ivan exhaled deeply and was speechless at how crazy the day went. He never experienced this kind of drama in real life. Finally, Andres had calmed Harley down and harshly reprimanded Harley for her behavior. He threatened her that if she gonna kept this type of behavior in front of him, didn't tell him she's sorry when the time came.
Moreover, if she thought that he wouldn't dare to do anything to her, then she was wrong. Even though they engaged and he thought of her as his sister, when it came to his loved one, he would do anything to anyone who harmed them.
Ivan felt slightly chill because of his boss' cold tone even though the word didn't involve him, he could precise the consequence of that.
Afterward, Harley went back home, the office regained its peaceful environment once again. Ivan worked throughout the whole day with an exhausted mind. In the evening after he finished his work, there was a phone call from Fredrick.
This was the second unexpected event, that was he got to experience a romantic confession ever in his two lives.

Some of the novel that I remembered the detail didn't really fit in with I wanted to write. So maybe the type of novel about the sweet kiss scene can do.
