"So do you want to stop by a cafe or something?", Lucas asked her.
"I don't think I can make it", she sighed loudly. "I need to complete a lot of work".
"Aw c'mon! You are clearly too tired to do anything right now!", he looked at her with concern.
"No talking please!", the professor cautioned them.
Even though he didn't make any eye contact it was fairly obvious as to whom he was referring to.
They decided to stay quiet because it was only the last half of the lecture.
"I'm going to need these assignments in my email by tonight", the professor left the class after this declaration.
"He's going to need what?", Grace frowned,
"The assignment", Lucas repeated in the exact same tone.
"Ugh, I obviously heard that! But what is for?"
"Ah you were either sleeping or busy writing something else when he was teaching those things", he chuckled.
"That's not funny!"
