It's been a few days since Saburo got the approval to stay in Aiko's apartment. It was awkward at first but eventually both grew in each other's presence and they started to live together not as strangers but as some sort of family.
Ever since the Pedophilia crises has been resolved there were no more reports of missing children at this time, which is great for everyone!
Aiko is in school right now, while Saburo is in some random convenience store he walked by. He's looking at the prices of some of the things that are on the shelves of each isle of the store.
Saburo wonders what Aiko is doing right now, he's curious but not concerned. Aiko has proven herself to be very strong and she can most likely take down anyone who stands in her way, but he's concerned about one thing though…
"Does she like ramen… or curry…?" This intense decision is making Saburo sweat a lot as he doesn't know which one of Aiko's favorites to eat.
…
He gives up on thinking and just puts both on his cart and walks to the counter.

>Beep.
>Beep.
>Beep.
>Beep.
While waiting for the items to be scanned Saburo looks around the place to see if anything interesting is happening right now. Even from the outside he has a view to see if anything is up, but his clones can't see anything interesting from the outside, neither does he, so it must be a normal day today now that this city's long problem is now gone.
"I wonder what would've happened if we didn't give chase and let the assholes run free." He thought to himself as he heard the final beep to where he pulled out his wallet.
…
>Beep.
"Alright sir that'll be… 670 Yen, please."
"Alright hold one moment." Saburo pulls out some cash inside his wallet. It feels like childhood. Seeing parents pay for what he wants, and now he's paying for what Aiko wants. Time really flies by fast

Now that Saburo is free of any alien thought or anything or someone telling him what to do he can do anything, but not quite literally. There's still some soldiers everyday roaming around to see if there's any aliens going on a rampage or being an alien already is enough to get you killed, not unless you have a license or something.
Which he doesn't, and Aiko probably doesn't have one as well, so it's best to stay low and be human as much as possible to prevent any future problems.
…
Saburo stops as he summons a clone.
It immediately ran up to a house and started climbing on top of the roof.
"Someone's got eyes on me. I can feel it, but who are they? They're not interested in killing me… so what are they staring at me for?" He says mostly to himself as he continues to walk while he lets some of his clones discreetly hide in places and search around his surroundings to find the person he is thinking that Is watching him right now walking back to the apartment.
