"... There's a strange man and he claimed himself to be my uncle. His name is Daniel Forte. Do you happen to know him?"
I asked curiously, waiting for him to answer while remembering the times Daniel had came to this household.
However, there was only a long silence and dad didn't answer any of my questions.
"... He's a total stranger. He's not your uncle. Do you understand?"
His voice was sharp and firm as I couldn't believe it was dad's voice, but nonetheless, I mouthed yes to him then he hung up the call.
(Hmmm... Strange. Dad sounds uneasy and I could feel that he was panicking... But, what's all that about?)
I raised my brow but decided to shrug it off and went into my bedroom as I tossed my phone to the side of my bed.
(I guess I should ignore this for a while.)
