Kaycee was sitting in her classroom, turning towards the window as she exhaled and inhaled heavily.
She wants to see, talk and comfort Stephanie.
"This won't do." She mumbled as she immediately dialled Stephanie's number.
The phone rang, but no one answered it.
Kaycee tried it again as she was annoyed. That time, "Kaycee? Is that you?
Kaycee, my dad as locked me in my room. Dwin is in his room. How is mom?" Stephanie asked.
Her voice was a whisper and as if she was breaking a rule.
Kaycee guessed that her parents didn't let her use her phone.
"I didn't visit her yet. I was dragged away when I came there.
But don't worry, David is there. He is pretending to be a stranger, but he is there." Kaycee said, reassuringly.
"Dad is really mad. I am scared. All I did was freak out and run for my mom when I saw the news. Anyone would do that.
This is not a criminal business but my mother." Stephanie said, crying.
