Noah was glaring at Kaycee the whole time, as Kaycee was stuffing herself with bread toasts and tarts.
Anyone could say how hungry she was by looking at the way she ate.
It was time the school was over for today. Kaycee waited for her father to pick her up from school with Noah, who was still in shock and fright, on the school playground.
Noah was mumbling curses and swears, out of shock and disbelief.
Kaycee finally faced Noah and said, "Pretend like you don't know anything. I am sure that mum and dad will come to know about it soon."
Noah shook his head and said, "I must tell about this to them. How could you?!
CAN'T YOU OBEY THEM? This issue is damn serious. It is an attempt to murder."
Kaycee sighed and said, "Look! Let them know about this when they have to, not yet. Got it?" sternly.
Noah gulped and nodded as he looked at Kaycee's stern face.
