The view from the car window flashed through her sight, as she looked out from the backseat of the car. The shadow of the night has wrapped all over the sky, and the stars have sprung up from their places, decorating the darkness of the night. The streetlights were turned on, as well as the flickering lights of each building and vehicles, illuminating the darkness on the street.
Roxie leaned on the car door handle, supporting her chin with her palm. Looking out the window, as the lights outside beamed across her face, gleaming on her as the car moved. Her eyes followed every car that has passed, she was so into it that she had lost track of time.
Roxie then looked at her mother from the rear-view mirror, hiding behind the seat, while watching her driving down the busy street.
Her mother's blue eyes remained focused on watching the road. And her long dark brown hair, which was tied into a messy bun this morning, had been tied up into a rushed made ponytail. Even though, with baby hairs popping here and there, she is still looking neat.
Her slender body with tan skin was wrapped in her casual clothing, black combat boots, skinny blue jeans, along with her short sleeve v-neck white t-shirt, and a black leather jacket. Wearing these clothes made her mother 'cut a dash' on this awful-yet-exhilarating day for Roxie.
Her mother's eyebrows were furrowed, and her red lips fell flat, she had a serious look on her thin face. Roxie bet her mother must have been not eating well in the last few days ago. She must have been stressed out about a lot of things that Roxie does not know about. Though she looked thin, she is still rockin' the look and lookin' bad-ass.
Nevertheless, the mother and daughter are not in good terms relationship right now. Before this, they argued.
Roxie sighed, looking back at the window while remembering what happened several hours ago.

Flashback

"W-what is this ?!" shouted Courtney in terror.
A block of ice spread throughout the room, filling every nook and cranny of the warehouse.
Courtney and her friends must tread their feet, afraid that it touches them.
Their eyes were fixed on the floor while holding their hair in one hand, as they watched the ice gets harden under their feet over time.
Courtney then looked at Roxie to scold her, "Stop this. whatever... THIS is right now Rox-" but stopped when she saw Roxie's eyes glowed in neon blue. There was a strong light blue aura emitted from her.
Courtney's heart was pounding hard, her eyes widened as she gasped, then fan her hand back to call out her friends.
"Girls! Girls! Look!" She said worriedly as she pointed to Roxie.
"Yes, we can see that Courtney!" shouted Tina angry glancing at Roxie then back at Courtney.
Then, the three of them turned their attention back to Roxie when the sound of pebbles chime. Ice pebbles suddenly appeared in the air around the room. Then they spread out, with a blue light shining across the room at once. Like icicles that drifted from Roxie then decorated the whole dark warehouse with sparkling ice, frozen on every item and walls inside the room.
Roxie's hair was lifted in the air as if there was a wind blowing from below.
The three people who were at the end of the warehouse were shocked by the situation.
They looked around the room in awe with a gaping mouth. Eris was the only one who dares to touch the ice on the wall, she places one finger on the surface of it. But pulled her hand back after a few seconds of touching the ice, she felt really cold later.
Courtney and Tina swallowed their saliva while looking around the room. Eris then walks to stand beside them. The three of them then looked back at Roxie who was still angry with them, her neon blue eyes glared at them.
Courtney was taken aback by Roxie's gaze, "What the heck is wrong with her?" her eyes were wide opened.
"W-we don't know" stuttered Eris as both she and Tina shooked their heads.
Then, Tina groaned, "I told you we shouldn't have bothered her!" she protests and raised her hands.
"Well you should have told me a year ago then," Courtney said while crossing her arms.
"I mean we could always bother her, but not kidnapping her," Eris said, looking around while tapping both of her index fingers together innocently.
"Hey! It was your idea," Courtney said as she raised her hand then pointed to Eris.
Eris shrugged, "It was fun while it lasted," then she sighed.
Tina facepalm her forehead as she shook her head, "I should have never joined this plan of yours," said Tina with regret.
"Hmph, too late," Courtney said.
A voice then echoed throughout the room, "Ah, ah, ah. Don't forget about me. You guys are having fun while I'm tied here. Let me join you," Roxie said playfully, smirked as she furrowed her brows.
They immediately fell silent. Their hearts were beating fast, a gulp was heard.
Soon, the cement floor in the warehouse was then covered with ice which spread from Roxie's legs who were tied down to the chair. Then it spread up to the feet of the three girls and ends at each end of the room.
Then on the floor, a form was created which initially formed like a vessel, then gradually became a large form.
Two sharp horns were sticking out of the form's head, an elongated nose was sculpted, then its sharp fangs were formed, long talons appeared on its two legs, and wings of ice appeared on its back.
It was a form of a dragon, made of ice.
Then its eyes opened, revealing its glowing yellow eyes. It opened its mouth later then roared.
Their eyes widened for who knows how many times for today.
Sweat poured down their foreheads, even though the temperature in the warehouse room was decreased dramatically to 0 degrees, it made those who were breathing could see the air coming out of their breaths.
A deep baritone voice suddenly resonance in Roxie's mind, "My lady, I have come to your service, my name is Ioreos, Lord of the Blue. What can I do for you?"
Roxie was briefly surprised when she heard Ioreos's voice but quickly composed her expression with coughed, "I am tied up here and kidnapped by my enemy. Can you help me to get out of here?"
The dragon then bowed its head at Roxie, "As you wish, my lady. I shall get you out of here. And what about those humans right there? Shall I kill them?" He then raised his head and turned to glare at the three girls behind the warehouse who were frozen behind, not moving an inch. Their breath also froze in the air.
Roxie guessed that Ioreos had temporarily stopped the time to talk to her.
Her eyes widened at the serious Ioreos, her heart pounded, feeling a bit sympathy for her bullies.
Roxie gritted her teeth as she clenched her fists, "No!" shouted Roxie. Ioreos looked back at Roxie while raising his eyebrows, confused.
Then she realized that her words were confusing, and she explained again, "I-i-i mean, don't kill them just yet. Just scare them, please. I don't want to be a murderer. I just want to get out of here. So please drive them out as 'smoothly' as possible, Ioreos," Roxie said with slightly pleading eyes.
Ioreos then became serious again when he understood, "Very well, my lady, if that's what you ask. I will go easy on them,"
He bowed briefly then turned back towards the three people behind.
Time suddenly came back to life, as their breath began to move again.
Ioreos then formed his men from the snow.
There were several typical little snowmen that he made, with angry expressions on their faces. They then took the ice balls from their bodies and threw them at the three girls.
"Ah, watch out!" Tina ducked as the snowballs were thrown at them.
"What the hell?!" said Courtney angry, covering her eyes with her elbow, avoiding the snow coming into her eyes.
Snowballs started to stain on their uniform. The little snowmen jumped satisfy at their work and giggled as they continued to throw.
Eris laughed mockingly as she brushed the snow off her shoulder, "Snowballs? Hah, is that the best you can do?" she asked boldly as she put her hands on her waist.
Tina rolled her eyes at Eris foolish action and sighed, "Why me, dear Lord?" she shook her head in disbelief.
However, this time it was not the little snowmen throwing the snowballs, but the roaring Ioreos who opened his mouth wide, letting out a loud sound vibration.
A few moments later, the sound of the wind whistling around the room, which then formed a huge whirlwind throughout the inside of the warehouse.
A tornado was created.
The three of them were shocked with fear, trembling while hugging their bodies due to the coldness.
Roxie's position was right in the middle of the tornado vortex. She was completely unaffected by the strong winds; you could say her position is very safe. She did not even flinch at the hurricane around her.
The three of them were the ones who were affected the most by the wind, they were shocked in fear when the wind started to enlarge.
