"Why had you come to look for me?" Minerva asked. "Were you sent by my enemies to kill me?"
"Enemies? No way! No one sent us," Daniel protested, his brows furrowed as he looked at Minerva. Whatever this woman was insinuating was completely wrong though she had all the rights to not trust Daniel's reason of coming in here.
"You're a werewolf so obviously you were sent by Maynard to capture me, huh?" She questioned as the thought of her one and only alpha enemy came to mind.
"No we weren't sent by anyone. We came to look for you in our own accord," Daniel defended.
"Oh? Is that so or are you lying to me?"
"Why should I lie to you? I'm telling you the truth you're the one whose doubting me," Daniel uttered.
