Akaya should have easily adapted in the desert due to the temperature present. She was a cold blooded animal that was supposed to easily adapt here but she couldn't.
She instead felt uncomfortable. It was as if she wanted to jump out of her skin so as to set herself free from the uncomfortable feeling but she couldn't do that.. For now, she was glued to that body and there was no escape thus, she had to deal with her current situation.
She had no map. Hood had promised to have it sent over but it never came. Or perhaps the man sent it after she was thrown out of the firewing mansion by Plutonic. That could be a possibility and the bitterness in her heart grew with much intensity every time such a thought crossed her mind.
