Daniel ran as fast as he could. Ram and Minerva could not keep up with him but the strange thing was, the beast did not care about them at all, it focused on Daniel who had the person that it wanted to attack so badly.
The beast surpassed them as it ran towards Daniel who was speeding up, every time it jumped, it made Daniel jump as well due to the impact it caused on the ground. Daniel tried his best to not fall down and to balance Lucky on his shoulder well so that he wouldn't fall.
He had no idea where he was running to, but he could see that where they were heading to, the trees there had a large canopy like umbrellas, maybe they'd hide there as they figured out where to go to.
