3 years had passed since Sonu had witnessed those terrifying omens. His son, cute and smiling was now 3 years old whom Sonu had named as Ramnath@ Ramu ( His great grandfather's name as per the usual naming custom 😂). From his childhood , wood had always been a great fascination for him. To him, wood had always been the only source of entertainment as he never went to school. Every day , when his father worked , he used to sit beside him and observe when the intricate details of the wood work . Later when everyone went to bed , he used to sit up and tried to reciprocate exactly what he had watched his father do. So, when he reached his 12 th birthday, he could do the best chairs , tables and cupboards which began to be loved by all the villagers. Immense interest and intense hard work made him one of the most renowned carpenters ever known. Realising his inborn talent for creating things , he began to learn the art of architecture.
Slowly from a carpenter , he became one of the best architects known. He could build dazzling places which were embedded with precious stones, the walls of which were designed with the most beautiful paintings, floors which had paintings which were exact copies of nature . For example, if he designed a floor which were painted like moss and you walk over the floor, then you can feel as if you are walking on a moss bed.
So, the marvels of his creations began to spread far and wide and many people began coming to him to be built a place which would be worth living a lifetime. Barrels of money began showering over him and a normal Ramu became the richest architect. Just like how excess of money changes a person, Ramu's attitude towards his customers started changing.
Initially ,all the customers whether rich or poor were received kindly and only the best things were created for them. But as he slowly became rich , he wanted to make more money and so only started looking for rich customers. When a middle class customer turned up, he was shooed away and was never welcome .
Slowly he fell into bad company and started neglecting his parents. Untill then, he had taken care of his parents extremely well , giving most of his earnings to them to help the lead their life in luxury quite contrary to how they and lived earlier . But just as he fell into bad company, his affection for his parents declined and did not even provide money to his parents for their mere sustenance.
Therefore, their health began to decline and his father Sonu now lay on his death bed. One day he called Ramu to meet him. Ramu though initially unwilling to come because of the deteriorated condition of Sonu's house , finally agreed to come. By this time Sonu was haunted with the fear that his dream which he and prior to Ramu's birth was coming alive . Just then he heard Ramu stepping into his home. He called Ramu by his side and just said:
"As you sow , sow you reap"
and died. Ramu didn't understand why his father Sonu had said it to him. Yet he walked out of the home as he had a party with his friends though he was sad at heart.
He reached his home with a heavy heart and sat on his bed regretting the times he had been rude with his father. Just then his closest friend Peter enters his room.
Peter : Hey dude ! What's up? Why are you sitting as though you have lost all your wealth??
Ramu : Well, I indeed think so !😖
Peter : Oh come on, Wat's the matter??
Ramu : Well .... my father's dead ...... and poor mother's a widow now
Peter : Hey Cheer up dude ! Just think that the old man died to receive you of your burden ( He laughs ) . Come on man, just cheer up and have this drink
Ramu drinks and falls on the bed ........
