It was already evening when Arjun reached the villa. The gates were closed, indicating that no one was inside. Arjun didn't find it surprising.
From his memories, he knows that Ananya and her 3 friends were busy with their own jobs; they rarely stay here. Some times there never return for weeks. So he really didn't find their absence much surprising.
There was one thing that puzzled Arjun though. He didn't know what the ladies do.
The previous Arjun was shy and afraid of them. Except for the times he was teased, he himself never dared to interact with them. So their jobs are pretty much a mystery to him.
Arjun took out spare key from his pocket and opened the gates.
The villa wasn't big; just 2 stories but it was luxurious enough. After opening the main door, he directly went to his bedroom. Kitchen room, hall room and Arjun's room were on the ground floor; the ladies' rooms on upper floor.
He already ate outside, so there was no need cook dinner for today. Entering his room, he lazily fell on his bed and rolled around in bliss.
After a couple of episode at universersity and SKS Studios, he was rather tired. Nevertheless, Arjun was satisfied with today. In addition to getting selected for Spirit Award Fest, he was even able feel a beauty's body. Today was indeed satisfying.
There was only one week till Spirit Award Fest starts, Arjun had to put up a good show if he wants to stand out. But at the moment, Arjun isn't in the mood to think about it. He postponed that matter for tomorrow and took out the mysterious phone, clicked the 'Shop' app.
The 'Fame' that was 103 a while ago became 974.
Once again, a puzzled expression appeared on Arjun's face.
Fame? something related fame? If he impress someone, he will get one fame? Arjun speculated a bit but shook his head.
There were around 150 people inside the university's auditorium and 50 people in the room Sophia brought him. Arjun is pretty confident in his stage presence. Even if he could not impression all of them, he is sure that atleast 90% of them were impressed by him.
Yet he didn't get mysterious phone's notification in that room. But it happened when he was in the makeup artist Shakila's room. Not to mention, the increase from 103 to 974 without him doing nothing but travelling few kilometers by taxi.
Although Arjun is narcissistic, it isn't to the extent to that he thinks he impressed almost 800 people just by travelling in a taxi.
So his speculation should be wrong. Then how?
Arjun speculated a bit more but he didn't come up with a proper explanation. He could only put that matter aside and focus on the next.
The treasure chests !
If those YouTube, Google, Inventory, stats, skills are one big unbelievable surprise, then this function is on the other level.
Since Arjun was in a bad situation earlier, he didn't think much about it. Now that he thought about it carefully, Arjun couldn't help but feel astonished.
Items appearing out nowhere, how unbelievable is that? And it was not just any items but heaven defying things like Invisibility cloak. Of course forget about the four candies...
"Ahem I should stop feeling like this. If I feel surprised every time something happened, wouldn't that be too shameful. Shanti Shanti Shanti. I should be calm. Even if pigs fly, humans lay eggs, I should be calm. only calm."

Arjun pretentiously mumbled to himself and looked at the main thing he took the phone out for.
Arjun already opened the first 5 free chests, now there were 3 more left: Epic chest, God chest and Forbidden chest.
After experiencing the effects of the Invisibility cloak from a Diamond chest, he couldn't imagine what would be there in even better chests.
At the moment he just wanted to click, open them instantly and satisfy his already over the limit curiousily. But there was also another will telling him not to do it as it was not time yet, he should only rely on them in an emergency.
In the end, since he wasn't in any emergency, he decided not to open them for now...
"... emergency my ass, If I can't open atleast one of them, I wouldn't be able to sleep."
Just as the will lowered it's guard for a million second, Arjun's overdriven curiosity immediatly cussed and launched a sneak attack, making him click on the Epic chest.
Human beings are as such. In the face of the temptation of an Epic treasure chest, especially one that was given for free, even a strong willed saint might not be able to resist. Let alone Arjun, who doesn't have that strong of a will to begin with.

Arjun couldn't help but whistle in glee. This pan is so fucked up that he instantly fell in love with it.

Those Skills aren't as over powered as Invisibility. But they are more practical in their own ways. Most importantly, Arjun can use them at anytime!
The only issue is Fame. But Arjun isn't worried about that at all. He already know whether he could earn Fame or not. He just had to figure out how.
With a bright expression, Arjun summoned the pan. An unassuming, in fact a bit ugly old black pan appeared in his hand. But no matter from which angle he looked at it, he didn't find it ugly at all. It looked pleasant and beautiful to his eyes.
Touching and rubbing it gently for a while, Arjun summoned it back into 'Inventory'.
Now that his curiosity satisfied, he closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.
As for the God chest and Forbidden chest. Epic chest already touching the limits of human imagination, so what are they gonna contain? Arjun doen't dare to open them, atleast not yet.
