Chandler's POV
"WHAT?!" We asked together.
"She was comatose." He answered.
"When will she wake up?"
"Hindi ko masasagot 'yan. Sobrang bigat na trauma ang nangyari sa brain niya, kailangan niya pang obserbahan. Sa loob ng limang minuto, pwede na ilipat si Ken sa room niya. For now, would you excuse me?" We departed from each other and sat. The doctor walked away formally.
I cupped my face using my hands. I could feel my tears trickling down to my cheeks. Why is this happening?
Tumunghay ako at nakita ko sila Tita't Tito na nakayuko habang umiiyak. I comfort Tita by patting her back. "Was it the worst? I hope my princess's all right." She said, almost inaudible.
"I'm so sorry, Tita."
"Why are you sorry? Was the incident your fault?" She asked. Tito rose up and gave Tita a bottled water. "It would be no one's fault. No one's to blame, honey. Now, calm down. We need to strong for our princess."
"You're right, honey. I'm sorry, I went beyond."
Both of them hugged me. Then, we let go of the hug.
Maya-maya pa ay nilalabas na ang bed ni Ken. She's laying there, with an oxygen, unconscious.
I am guilty. I should be. But I should be stronger as well.
"We'll go first to the convenience store. Accompany her." Tita said.
"Hey, Hijo. Don't blame yourself. It was an accident." Saad naman ni Tito pagkatapos ay ni-pat niya ang balikat ko. "I know you love my daughter. We'll go ahead." Tumalikod na sila at sumunod na rin ako papunta sa room ni Ken. I ran and saw her, she's so pale.
She will be okay.

I'm holding her hand while sat on the side of her bed. Kanina pa ako umiiyak at basa na ang bed sheet niya. But I stopped and think of a topic to say, "Hi, Ken. Do you know that I clearly remember that day, when I was calling you by endearment, baby, babe, my girl, my princess, and many more but you don't want it? You want me to call you only by your name. I... Can I call you my princess now? Not only because you look like a real princess, also because you are my princess."
"I remembered that I was watching Disney movies to go with your flow. I will kiss you now, Princess Aurora." I leaned over and kissed her. The feeling is still the same. I really love her.
"I love you, my princess. Could you wake up now? I miss you already."
My tears are beginning to trickle down to my cheeks. "... I really miss you, babe."
Then I heard knocks on the door. It's them. Our friends and Ken's parents.
Halata ang lungkot sa mga mata nung dalawa habang sina Tito naman ay may dalang snacks at coffees. "Hey, Chan. How long have you been here?" Aurisse asked. I took a glimpse at Jeni. She's wearing her poker face but the sadness is in her eyes.
"I didn't go home yet." I answered.
"Kumain ka na ba?" Tito asked.
"Hindi po ako gutom." Tapos biglang tumunog ang tiyan ko.
"Then can you explain that?"
"But, gusto ko nasa tabi ako ni Ken kapag gumising na siya."
"Yes, but you need strength for her. She needs to see us strong and healthy when she wakes up. You know Ken."
Napaisip ako. Tito has points. I must be healthy for my queen. I stared at her again and kissed her hand. "I'll be back, Señorita. I love you."

Mga isang oras lang ako kumain at pabalik na nang nakita kong nag uusap si Yejenia at ang boyfriend niyang si Hugh sa labas ng room ni Ken.
"How's Ken? And of course, how is my babe?" Hugh asked her.
"Who are you calling babe?" Yejenia joked. Lumingon-lingon pa siya sa paligid.
"Babe! I'm serious!" Hugh stomped his feet.
"I'm fine, thank you. But Ken, she was comatose, grabe ang aksidente. Ayon sa mga witness, iniwasan niya 'yung mga bata. Ayun din narinig ko while having a phone call with her. Ken's a best driver, may rason kung bakit di sya nakapreno. At si Chandler ang may gawa 'nun, nakikipaglandian siya kay Ianne. Hindi ba siya nag-iisip?" Rinig kong saad ni Yejenia. I know she blames me. She was on the phone with Ken when the accident happened.
"Babe, calm down. All right, I know now. Do not lose your temper, okay? We'll know everything about it when we heard both sides. Pero kung galit ka, that's fine. Hindi kita pipigilan, just be matured, okay?" Paliwanag ni Hugh na muntikan na ako makita kaya magtago ako sa likod ng halaman.
"Okay."
"I love you."
"I love you more."
"Well, I love you most." Then, he hugged her tightly.
"I can't breathe." Yejenia complained.
"Because of my hotness?"
"Because of your odor, babe."
"Seriously?! When would I beat you when it comes to roasting?"
"I don't know how to cook." Then, she laughed. That roasting means prangkahan not cooking method. I know Yejenia, 'di talaga siya matatalo sa asaran.
I hope Hugh makes her feel better. "I'll be here, especially to those painful moments. I love you, again." He held her hand then kisses her on the forehead.
"Okay, this is enough. We should probably get in." Jeni said.
He nodded and they headed in. I followed them, but hide outside. I'm just peaking my head in. "Hi Tita and Tito." She nudged Hugh for not greeting them. "Greet, babe." She commanded.
"Good evening po." He finally greeted.
"Good evening. Aurisse is not around, where is she? Busy?"
"Yes, Tita. Marami po laging gawain yun e."
"Oh, please say hi for me." Tita said with almost no strength.
"Okay, Tita."
I finally went inside and I saw them shocked. I hope Yejenia can forgive me.
