BONUS CHAPTER: FIRST DAY OF FREAKQUENCY (ALEC)
"Hey, Alec!" a man only a couple of years older than Alec called, gaining his attention.
Alec, who was busy with the stack of paperwork in front of him, looked up at the voice. Aaron, his superior and best friend since he started work, was hovering beside him.
"I'm working overtime," Alec explained, thinking Aaron was planning to invite him to go drinking.
Aaron made a face at his best friend. "Do you seriously think drinking is the only thing in my mind?" he gave the younger man a middle finger, making sure it was hidden from everyone else. "Besides, I'm still on the clock so I'm here as your superior,"
Alec stared at the middle finger his so-called 'superior' was giving him. And with a dry tone answered, "You don't say?"
