Stiles' POV
I couldn't believe what I was seeing right in front of me. Dad stood beside me, his jaw dropped and eyes wide open.
"Does that happen? Is that even normal?". He asked his voice laced with shock and worry.
"This is not good." Keeper murmured. "She's coming for you Lux".
Lux was still looking at her dress, also shocked. "I figured it out".
Malia went to the store and came back with an oversized tee shirt. "Here, change into this". She said as she offered Lux the shirt.
"Did you steal that?". Dad asked her.
Malia shrugged, "Does it matter?". She questioned as Keeper took the shirt from her and led Lux away.
"That was strange". She added after Lux and Keeper had left.
"And awkward". Dad added as well.
"Stiles, are you okay?". Malia asked. I just nodded as I tried to conceal my emotions with my powers. Who would be okay? Who would be okay after seeing their mate frightened like that? I couldn't help it after feeling the wave of worry and fear emit from her... It was a bitter feeling. Reminding me of when I was possessed by the nogitsune... The fear, the self doubt and hatred and misery.. Fear... Worry all negative feelings in one.
"We better get going then". Dad said as he patted my shoulder before giving me a squeeze and letting go. He and Malia were to drive in his cruiser since Derek had already left.
"What was all that about?". Keeper asked Lux once they had returned. I was still outside my jeep waiting for them... Or my worry couldn't let me keep still... My ADHD was kicking me hard and oh! When was the last time I had taken my aderalls? I don't even remember!.
"Stiles dear, are you okay?". Lux asked me ignoring Keeper's question. I looked up at her, she was already dressed in the oversized tee shirt that Malia brought her. As usual the tees reached her thighs revealing that skin that I'd touch one day when we mate? Gosh what was I thinking? Do gods even call it mating? I think that's a wolf word or?.
Her brows shot up in a quizzically way. I opened my mouth to speak but then closing it due to the dryness I felt. I just nodded my head.
"Okay let's go then". Lux replied.
"It's a miracle the drizzle stopped". Keeper said as she sat in the back seat.
"Don't let that fool you. The worst is yet to come". Lux replied as I started the jeep and drove to the mansion.
"I really wish things could turn out differently". Keeper said with a sigh.
"How different?". Lux asked.
"Different. None of Babayada or those evil stuff". Keeper answered.
"Then the world wouldn't be balanced. It's like the Yang-Yin". Lux said.
"You mean that China thing?". I huffed.
"Yes the Yang is male, hard, clear and bright while the Yin is female, soft and dark and yet the two of them should live in harmony to form a complete circle". Lux explained.
"What do you mean?". I asked as we turned down a corner towards the other side of the reserve where her mansion was. Well practically our mansion. Whatever was hers is mine, right?.
"That the evil and the good are part of the world. Even if we kill Babayada, the world is still exposed to evil because there are other demons and other bad things all over the world." She explained.
"We just try to co-exist peacefully then". Keeper sighed out.
"Yes we try but evil will never conquer". Lux answered. I nodded in agreement.

"Are you sure that this is necessary?". Dad asked. We had just packed away all the things we had bought of course with some cash Israel and Keeper gave out. I still think it's some kind of magical cash.
Anyways we were in Lux's study room. The Book Of Life on the table and we were standing in a circular motion around the table.
"For the trillionth time Dad, Yes! It's necessary". I answered as we both rolled our eyes.
"Jackson is coming". Peter said.
"And so is Cora". Derek added.
"I hope they come here before dawn". Guardian Red said. As if on queue, the doorbell rang.
"I will go answer that". Sebastian one of the rogue werewolves that we brought back said. Derek nodded at him to go and he went.
"How's the alpha powers taking you?". Dad asked Derek.
His brows knitted together as if he was thinking before he answered, "Not bad. I have good judgement now compared to before".
"I agree". I said with a nod of my head.
"Well, I am proud of my nephew". Peter cut in as Sebastian came back. Behind him was Jackson and Cora.
"Did you guys come together?". I asked.
"Way to welcome us Stilinski!". Jackson exclaimed and Cora chuckled as she and Derek embraced.
"Okay, welcome back!". I exclaimed back as he clapped my shoulder, shook hands with Peter, My Father, Isaac and Malia. Cora embraced us. At least she remembers how to show affection compared to Jackson.
I then introduced them to Lux, Keeper, The guardians and the rogue wolves that joined us; Sebastian, Romeo, Julius and Malachi. Told them the situation at hand... Babayada... Death of Scott, the upcoming storm and of course I left out when Lux's dress turned shitty?. Who wants to know about it anyway?.
"So what you're telling me is that a demonic bitch is coming after us?". Jackson asked in his all too mighty sarcastic tone. I was now getting weary of that question and all the narration I had to give in just one night.
"Yes... All of us!". I huffed in annoyance.
"And she's your mate?". Cora asked while gesturing at Lux.
"Yes sweetie. Do you have a problem with that?". Lux asked. Cora shook her head.
"Good". Lux responded.
Possessive!.
"Let's start then". Peter interjected but then the door bell rang again.
"Who could that be?". I asked.
"A red head and a black head". Yellow answered.
"Do you mean Lydia and Kira?". I asked again.
"How many red heads do you know?". Peter asked, Isaac laughed. I huffed again as Keeper went to open the door.
"I wonder why they are here". Malia said.
"To join us. They have no leader and they're coming to you Stiles". Lux answered almost in a whisper.
"I am no leader". I whispered back.
"That, is not for you to decide. The heavens have already chosen you." She replied while Keeper came back, slowly trailing behind her, was Lydia and Kira. They looked a mess... Wrecked... Brocken. But they weren't alone. We were together in this, we had all lost a friend!.
"Stiles". Lydia mumbled. I had never seen her this vulnerable apart from that day she'd been attacked by Peter. Even her spending in the woods all alone, nude, cold and starving for two days didn't make her look the way she was at this particular moment.
"Lydia". I mumbled back.
"I..." She trailed off. Of course I would have been in the lost of words also if I was her.
"You'll talk later. We need to get this done before dawn breaks!". Lux said as Keeper motioned for Lydia and Kira to join the circle. My eyes were still on her... I was worried about her. Obviously she'd known when Scott had died, she was traumatized. Anyone would have been if they were in her shoes.
Sebastian took the knife from Guardian Red and slit his palm as the blood poured in the bowl before he healed, Julius, Romeo and Malachi did the same.
"Derek. Pour your blood also in the bowl to mix it up". Guardian Green instructed.
Derek did so. He took the knife and slit his palm into the bowl that contained the blood of the rabid wolves. Guardian Green took it and put some herbs in it before mixing it up and giving it to them to drink.
"With this. You are declared as Alpha and betas. You'll move as one and the bond created will be unbreakable. Only death will set you apart. Drink up!". She ordered. Was this thing like a wedding or what?.
"Shut up!. You are distracting me. Your thoughts are too loud". Lux mind linked me. I smiled at that. "Sebastian, Julius, Romeo and Malachi? You are now part of Derek's pack!. He is your alpha. Obey his orders and commands. Stay by him like the betas you are". Guardian Blue said. The werewolves nodded.
"Derek, they are part of your pack now. You protect them and provide for them just like the way a true alpha does. Be vigilant". Keeper said. Derek nodded. I could tell by the way they were serious they were already feeling the bond building up.
"Now it's time to seal all of us up". Lux stated.
"What about Lydia and Kira?". I asked.
"They were in Scott's pack. Technically, Scott and Derek had a connection. Derek is their automatic alpha". Keeper explained as she handed Peter the knife. He slit his palm letting the blood pour into the bowl, followed by Isaac, Malia, Jackson, Cora then Keeper, my Dad, the four new pack members, Derek, The guardians apart from Lux then Me.
I took in a deep breathe.
"Relax son. It's not that bad". Dad said. I chuckled a little as I took the knife and slit my palm as well letting it pour first on The seal that closed the Book Of Life (so as to open it) then I poured some in the bowl mixing my blood with all the others. If not used to supernatural stuffs I would have thought if this as mukky and gross.
Guardian Green gave me a herb to place on the wound making it to heal up fast and nice just like the way Dad's and Lydia's wounds had sealed up. Guardian Green took the bowl, mixed it up again with the same herb she used previously, uttered some words too quickly and quiet that I couldn't make them out. A flame appeared on the bowl bearing all the colors of the guardians expect from Lux's then it disappeared. She gently took a small sip then passed it out all round for us to drink too. I passed it to Lux.
"For the peace and protection of the justifiers and all supernatural creatures. I announce you now connected and committed. Forever". Lux said then gulped down the contents. A flame like thing similar to what had happened on the blood in the bowl earlier appeared on her. She wasn't burning.
No she wasn't!. She was flashing and her eyes and hair turned white. All the guardians cringed and fell on the floor as Lux rose up from the floor. Graceful white wings appeared on her back and now she was not flashing the guardians' colors but hers. White!
I looked down at the guardians who everyone had been trying to help out. They had morphed... They all had their wings as well and each was glowing their color. The book of life rose from the table, took circles around them as it glowed as well before settling in front of Lux. We all looked at her.
She took out a small curved stone that was pretty sharp and slit herself (from her index finger to the palm). As the blood oozed down on the book a white smoke appeared, it was as if her blood was like acid burning something.
"The hotter the blood, the powerful it is". I heard Keeper say. Her eyes glued on Lux as well.
The pages of the book flipped as more blood drops dropped on the book, registering every supernatural creature under her care. The book closed and they both came down to the floor. I knew what was next... Sealing the book closed!.
I slit my palm again as Lux and I sealed the book with our blood. My wound closed up by itself since I was still under the effects of the herb that Guardian Green had given me. Her wings morphed back, her hair turned back to dark brown so as her eyes.
"We did it!". Lux exclaimed tiredly as she fell on my chest. I held her by the waist to support her weight. "Yes. Yes we did".
"All we have to do is fight Babayada as one". I added as I pressed a kiss on her sweaty forehead.
"As one". She answered then blacked out.
So as the other guardians.
"They used too much life force. They need to rest". Keeper instructed. I nodded as I carried Lux in my arms in bridal style and took her to our room.
At last, I wouldn't loose anyone else... Not even my Dad.
