DANIEL
We had wasted the entire day trying to find somewhere safe for the survivors of the estate attack to stay and I really wanted to punch Caldwell in his stupid face. We found a farmhouse that was surrounded by a wooden fence at sunset. There were no signs of animals or people but there was probably an infected in the house that stood in the middle of the field. A section of the fence was broken and it looked like it had been caused by a vehicle which barrelled through it.
All the cars drove into the farm through the gap in the fence and stopped a few metres in front of the two storey building. The car had been silent throughout the ride after Ezra told everyone what Caldwell said. Everyone was sad and pissed, mostly pissed. We had multiple rest stops before we finally found this place and mum had tried to convince Caldwell to let us go find the girls instead but he didn't change his mind.
