Blake's P.O.V.
****
I was tapping my paw impatiently on the table, with Lonnie reading books by my side. Philip was sitting on a corner, staring into space. Kate has never been this late before, and because of that, a tinge of worry started to grow inside me. What if... something happened to her in Silverlane?
I shrugged it off, and slowly turned to Lonnie.
"Should we go after her?" She asked. "It's already afternoon, and she's never been this late before."
"Yeah, I know."
"She's on Silverlane, right?" Philip questioned, curiously.
"How did you know?" I asked. For some reason, he was sweat-dropping, which was weird.
"J-Just a hunch, I guess..."
"Guys..." Lonnie rasped, already on the front door. "We're going out. Who knows? She might be in trouble, and she may need us to be there for her."
"But Silverlane has snow!" I shouted. "You might get-"
"Nobody cares. Neither will I, for today. Let's go, if you care about her." She says before running away.
"Lonnie, wait!"
"Just let her be." I heard Philip speak. "We'll just run after her."
Then we sprinted towards the running Leafeon, and since the two of them were faster than me, I almost couldn't keep up!
"I could smell her scent from here." Philip says, sniffing the air, and from that, I saw some strands of blue fur, which obviously came from a certain Glaceon.
"This is Kate's." I said, picking it up.
---------
We strode through the snowy grounds, and Lonnie and Philip's keen sense of smell really helped out a lot. Then all of a sudden, Lonnie flinched and stopped on her tracks.
"Are you okay?"
"I... B-Blake?"
"What's wrong?"
"I... I could smell b-blood from here."
Sure enough, we stopped, only to see traces of red liquid staining the stately white on the snow.
"What could have possibly happened here?" Philip asked himself.
Oh no. Please don't be what I think it is...
"Kate..."
Lonnie was frantic with fear for our friend, having known Kate had such terrible enemies: The dark Pokémon, and Norsoe himself. What if he actually sent Pokémon to... kill her?
"Guys, please don't freak out to what I will say..." Philip whispered with an agitated expression. "These blood... it came from her..."
"It can't... please no..." What the heck is going on?! Where is Kate and why did bloodshed somehow got involved in this?!
"Norsoe..." Lonnie muttered. Then the Leafeon's ears perked up, and with a quick leap, she bounded away, running towards somewhere.
"Lonnie, wait up!"
She didn't listen, and going even faster, me and Philip tried to catch up with the Leafeon, which was easy, because after a few minutes, she already came to a stop at the mouth of a large cave. She said nothing, and with that, she padded closer inside. Philip started coursing electricity on his pelt, brightening up the darkness.
As we got deeper in the tough shelter of rock, we could hear soft crying, which obviously came from a cub. We followed the sound, and sure enough as closer we came, we could see two Pokémon in the distance.
One was lying cold on the ground while the other one was sitting up, crying hard. There was no mistaking it. The one lying cold on the ground is Kate, and she was a bloody mess.
"Kate!" We exclaimed, and ran towards her. We saw the Cubchoo was trying hard to stop the blood flowing from her body with leaves, but to no avail.
"B-Big Sis..." He cried.
Lonnie gasped at the sight of our friend. Her blue fur was stained with bloody crimson, and somehow her right forearm had a brutal cut on it, caused by a sharp object, and she was losing a lot of blood. If we won't do anything soon, she'll might bleed to her death.
"Blake, hurry up and get some leaves and berries." Philip ordered. "Lonnie, I need you to go with Blake. I can handle this."

Hearing those words, the grass fox turned and ran towards the fire lizard, and I turned towards the ice fox. She was severely hurt, and sitting by her side was the Cubchoo. He was curiously staring at me. I noticed a saddlebag that has her scent on it. I opened it and saw some berries that can help.
"You're doing a good job, boy."
"Shut up. Now get out of my mind and let me do my business."
"Your business? Tsk. Its more like mine."
"Go away."
"Fine."
Stupid Norsoe. I shook the thoughts out of my head and focused to what I was doing right now.
"Mister?" The Cubchoo asked. I started faking a kind appearance.
"Yes?"
"Are you one of Big Sis' friends?"
"Yeah, I'm here to help."
"Oh."
I started squeezing an Oran Berry into juice, and I applied it to Kate's wounds, as gentle and slow as I could. To earn her trust... I thought. It was easy like taking food from an Eevee-kit. But remember this: I have help her so I wouldn't look too suspicious.
I took the leaves that the Cubchoo used, and putting them all together, I wrapped them to her shoulder, stopping the blood flow. Now, I just need more leaves for the scratch marks and bruises on her flank.
"Can I ask for your name, mister?" The Cubchoo asked.
"The name's Philip."
"I'm Shaunder. N-Nice to meet you..."
I checked the Glaceon's pulse, feeling a faint beat from it. She was barely alive, judging by her blood loss and injuries. It was amazing she still made it despite her injuries. Oh, did I say amazing? Screw that. I really thought she was a cat instead of a fox. She's got nine lives!
Hmph. At least she's injured. That'll prevent her from getting stronger for a short-no, a long period of time. A month or two, actually.
"Hope you'll get well soon, Big sis..." Shaunder murmured, hugging her softly.
