"How cute he is," she utters as she was holding the baby's hands.
"Leo, goodbye," she utters inside her mind. Her driver was waiting for her outside the room.
"When are you coming home, mom?" she asks. Carina then looks at her while frowning.
"Why did you miss us?" she jokingly asks, but Carmela seems serious.
"Yes, I feel so alone in the house," she said as her eyes went teary. Carina then looks at her and was surprised to see a tear in her eyes.
"Hey, you okay?" she just nods her head as her mom was holding her hands. She can't help but cry. She believes that crying makes her feel better.
She started sobbing in front of her mom. Her mom then calls a nurse to get the baby.
"Hey, what's wrong?" she asks her, but she just hugged Carina and continues to cry. Carina caresses her hair as she was hugging her.
After a few minutes, she had calm down. She then fixes herself and looks at her mom.
