It took Luka some time to realize that Jonathan was not joking and wanted him and Xavier to go on a date and not in the way that friends do, but boyfriends.
"I…" He looked around, avoiding everyone's gaze but then, he looked at Xavier's eyes when he answered, wanting Xavier to know his true feelings.
"I'm sorry," Luka said to everyone's surprise. Xavier also thought that Luka would say no but still in the back of his mind, he thought and wished for Luka to say yes and for Luka to recognize him as his date, if not boyfriend or soulmate.
Seeing everyone's shock, Luka couldn't help but feel a little bit guilty but he didn't know any of these three that much for him to want to spend time with them without his mother being at least a little close by.
