A week passed and the search results for Christabell were still nil. Richard became more and more frustrated every time he received a report without progress. The hope that Christabell would be found alive is running low. And this is not the first time she has been kidnapped. But who would kidnap such a pregnant woman and what do they want? If what was wanted was a ransom, the kidnappers should have contacted Richard from the first day Christabell was missing.
Richard drowned himself in insurmountable guilt. He has drunk bottles of alcohol in the last three days to help him get over his feelings of fear about the bad things that might happen to his wife and baby. He was never ready to hear the news that something bad had happened to the two humans he loved the most. Every second, Richard blames himself for what happened to his wife and their baby.
"Maybe your wife really disappeared from you on purpose." A voice echoed across the walls of Richard's heart.
"Don't you dare say that to you!" Richard shouted, even though there was only himself in the room.
"She doesn't really love you, Rich!" The sound resounded again and a drunken Richard threw the glass he was holding into a mirror that reflected himself on the bar table until it broke and the shards scattered on the floor.

A woman named Charlotte, who apparently still had a kinship with Richard, immediately came to Richard's residence to help her brother overcome his problem. But since the two days of her arrival she couldn't even speak to Richard in a conscious state. Richard was completely immersed in feelings he could not handle. Everyone who worked for Richard was shocked by what happened to their employer. Nobody thought that Richard was that fragile, they were all still trying to find out where Christabell was, and the first to give up was Richard.
Richard hadn't even dared to step into his room in the past week. How could it not be, Christabell's graceful memories and all her pampering attitudes during pregnancy came back every time he walked closer to the room, and it was so torturous for him.
Every time Rich falls asleep, the same nightmare haunts him. A terrible dream in which Christabell is dying, covered in blood in a dark room. Richard saw all this but couldn't help it. Christabell's groaning in pain sounded so real, and when Richard awoke it was all a nightmare.
Richard felt so bad, and to avoid the dreams and feelings that had tormented him over the past few days, alcohol was his solution for now.
Charlotte walked in the direction of the noise of broken glass and saw that the large mirror near the bar table had broken and scattered. "Richard, you can't go on being stupid like this. All your business can be ruined in a matter of days if you're being stupid." Charlotte said the woman who was two years older than him.
"I'm fucking crazy thinking of her!" Richard drank another beer in his glass. "You know Charlotte, I don't want to live anymore now."
Charlotte snatched the glass from Richard's hand and placed it hard on the bar table, where he and Richard sat. "You won't find your wife just sitting and drunk like this, find her !!"
Richard stared at Charlotte with difficulty, his gaze becoming unstable at this moment, as the alcohol took over most of his consciousness. "She's probably dead?" Richard's eyes filled with tears, he even seemed to be crying. "I'm useless, you know, I killed her and our baby. My foolishness killed them." Richard became hysterical, Charlotte grabbed him and hugged him tightly.
"I flew in from Canada when I heard from you, I hoped I could help Rich." She said while rubbing Richard's back.
"I really do curse myself for not being able to take care of them." Richard start crying.
"Let's look hard, Rich, we'll find a clue that we missed." Said the Charlotte.

Meanwhile far away in Puerto Rico, Christabell was struggling to deliver her baby in a hospital because of the sudden bleeding she was experiencing. Through a cesarean section with bleeding complications that occurred, Christabell was finally able to deliver her baby safely. Even though her life was on the line, Christabell still survives. And now Christabell has to be under the supervision of medical personnel in the ICU while the baby is immediately rushed to the NICU, both are under observation and are both struggling to stay alive.
When she was unconscious, Christabell felt that she was awakened and in a vast meadow, with a beautiful blue sky. The breezy air blew, hitting her beautiful face, her white skin glowing in the bright sun but not scorching at all. Strange, in a situation this bright, the air even felt so cool.
Christabell was circling, wide-eyed, hoping to find someone she could ask, where is she now? Bell walked down a stream where colorful lilies grew, so beautiful that it was hard to turn away, but he remembered that she had a purpose. She's looking for someone, maybe there's someone else there she can ask about his whereabouts.
Her steps stopped when she saw a beautiful girl, very much like her, with blue eyes, earthy brown hair fluttering in the wind, part of it hit her face. She smiled so sweetly with red lips.
"Hey…" Christabell greeted her, the girl smiled.
"Who are you?" Bell asked in a soft voice, he even touched the girl's cheek, and it felt so real.
"I'm your daughter."
Bell gaped, suddenly as if someone was pulling so hard that she gasped with a heavy sigh. Her eyes were opened, and a nurse who was nearby immediately asked other medical personnel for help.
Five or three people walked into the room and immediately did their job, but to be sure, Christabell's tears streamed down as she realized that her stomach had not grown as large as the last time she regained consciousness.
Her memory was dragged down by the last incident, when she suddenly felt excruciating pain in his lower abdomen, followed by a rush of fresh blood.
Bell's mind was distracted, she concluded that what she felt earlier was a momentary death, she met her baby, did after all the struggles she put in to save the baby, in the end, the baby didn't survive either?
"She has a weak pulse, doc." Said one of the nurses.
"Oxygen." Doctors gave instructions and everyone worked quickly to save Bell. His gaze began to go blank, and his resignation after concluding his own possible condition.
The doctor gave her several injections through an IV line connected to Christabell's vein until the situation was saved. Bell did not return to his dream again, even though he wanted to see the face of the little girl in the field.
"My baby?" Bell softly looked at the doctor who treated him.
"He's in a very stable state." The doctor replied as he rubbed Bell's arm until he finally breathed a sigh of relief.
"Can I saw her?" Christabell added suddenly as if part of her was denying the doctor's answer.
"She's struggling, just like you. Pray for her." Said the doctor before leaving Bell. The woman closed her eyes, in her heart she said a name.
"Keep fight, Adrianna." She whispered to himself, indirectly he gave the name of his little daughter Adrianna.
