"You want this baby, but you don't want me Richard!" Christabel threw the book in her hand when suddenly Richard walked into the room. The throw almost hit Richard in the face, fortunately the man's reflexes were so good that he still had time to dodge.
Richard took a deep breath, bent down and picked up the book and walked over to his wife. "Bell… what happened?" Christabell chose to lie down and cover her face with a blanket. Still looking patient Richard, he sat on the edge of the bed and put the book on the small table beside the bed then rubbed Bell's arm that poked out from under the blanket. "What are you saying?" Rich asked confused.
Christabell removed the blanket on her face and looked at her husband. His eyes were filled with flashes of anger who knew where it came from and what caused it, until now, Richard was still guessing.
"You want to know?" Christabell asked with an annoyed face.
"Yes, tell me. Why are you so angry?" Richard asked softly.
Christabell took the little piece of paper and threw it too, so that Richard had to pick it up again. Richard unfolded the paper and read it. "What's the problem with this paper?" Richard asked, confused. He did not find anything odd about the paper. Just a paper with thanks.
"You chatted with Gabriel Zein, right?" Christabell spoke with trembling lips and a high voice as her tears began to fall.
Richard smiled and shook his head. He couldn't believe his wife's mind could be that wild. How could he possibly think that the paper was given by Gabriel Zein?
Richard approached trying to grab it but Christabell seemed to dodge, "Don't you dare touch me." She even shook off Richard's hand violently.
Richard took a deep breath, then explained to his wife the little piece of paper that had been a source of great anger for Christabell. "Ok, GZ is the name of the author of this book, Giana Zoey. You can also find that name on the cover of the book, clearly written there." Richard put the book on the edge of the bed and intended to leave the room. Until the moment he was standing in the doorway before exiting, Christabell rushed over to him and embraced him from behind.
"Today I came to his book launch event to get the first print and autograph, this book about pregnancy is a big seller on the market and a good recommendation for mothers with first pregnancies. Richard explained as he picked up the book that was lying on the table and tucked the small paper in one of the pages.
"I hope this is clear to you." Said Richard.
Christabell looked at her husband.
"I'll leave you alone, maybe you'll feel better." Richars said, but suddenly Christabell spoke in a trembling voice, "I really feel bad about this pregnancy." Said Bell tearfully.
Richard turned around he hugged his wife tightly.
"I have no more business with that woman, and never mention her name again." Richard confessed his heart to Christabell.
He tried to convince Christabell, that there would be no other woman in his life. The only one Rich loved and wanted was Christabell. "I want you more than anything, and if because of that wish I was rewarded with a baby, I consider it a bonus, but believe me nothing will change how I feel for you, never ever." Richard assured Christabell with the deep gaze of his eyes.
"Are you serious? Even if I get fat and there is an incision on my stomach that will make me less sexy when I wear a bikini?" Christabell whine.
"I dont care." Richard replied. "I love you the way you are." Muttered Richard.
"Even if Gabriel Zein comes back to tease you?"
"Yes, even when another woman what ever her name comes, I will not turn away."
Christabell was still in tears, she looked up at her husband. "Sorry."
"I've prepared myself for all of your explosive emotions, the doctor said it all and I'm trying to adapt."
Christabell buried her head in Richard's arms, but Rich took her face and kissed her.
"Don't kiss me back, I don't want you to get excited and contractions. Be patient." Rich said, and it made Bell's face looks disapointed again. For the next nine months the two of them will still face various complications surrounding Christabell's pregnancy.
