I see Jason on the other side of the glass when I reach for the doorknob. I walk slowly to the shop, pushing the door open. He's staring at me, and then gives me a wide smile. I smile back at him.
"You're so loyal to work, bro", he says while he gives me way to walk towards the counter.
I take a seat at my desk. "Well I do things with loyalty", I wink at him.
He laughs. "Great then I don't need to worry about that." He lifts his hand and places a set of keys on the counter in front of me. My eyes fall to the keys. "I'm giving you the keys. Next time when you come open it by yourself, alright mate?"
"Aye aye, mate", I say lifting my right hand in a salute.
We both laugh.
