Present:
[Right and it was around the time I met Luke...] I pondered as I looked at the book in my hands, when I met luke he wasn't necessarily as weak as I thought. He opposed everything I said for an entire week and a half, until he finally submitted to reality and gave up. If I were him I would've done the same.
"Good Morning, Louise." A sensual voice said from behind I sighed, [he's back...I really want to go back since I still have to attend the Academy and graduate but...with him this will be harder than I thought.] I closed my book and placed it back on the bookshelf silently, "So, now you'll give me the silent treatment?" His violent purple orbs fixated on her figure, he stood there unmoving he grinned mischeviously, as Louise had already predicted he would visit sooner rather than later. [why can't he just leave? he's a bother he's been coming every day at 6 in the morning! just go away!!! damn it!] I groaned, my stress and frustration only increased because of him.
"Antonio, don't you have things to do? Like take care of papers and documents? looking over your knights and borders? Something that doesn't have to do with me???" I queried, my eye twitched in annoyance. I really can't stand him, thinking he's handsome and to be honest, [he is handsome...] My face flushed in a bright pink hue. "ohoho? what's this? are you embarassed?" he questioned, but instead of a question it was more of an assertion. As he walked over to the bookshelf where louise was located, she tried to think of an escape, but that only captivated the man behind her even more.
"I-I-I wait-! I have something to say!" I shouted, my eyes closed shut against the appearance of his face, he halted and said, "Go ahead. Speak." Almost mocking her attempts to escape from his grasp.
"Okay so uh...I'm...Outta here!" Louise stepped sideways, but an arm blocked her way as it slammed next to her face, she then moved to the other side but another arm blocked her escape. I trembled at his violent and piercing gaze as he smirked and sneered at me, who was below him. [Nngh...I can't summon him...not now. Please don't appear, Please stay hidden!] I praid as antonio looked at me questioning my trembling.
"Tch. I thought you'd be a bit more stubborn, turns out you were just another weak human being," He claimed, I was tense, almost holding in my breath. When he stared at me it was as if his eyes were empty, no hidden intentions or secret plots, no emotions hidden deep inside. All I saw was, [...empty...they're empty] I thought, as my eyes widened in shock, as if I had never seen anything as shocking as that. Maybe I've lived in comfort for far too long, but I've come to realize that this man, no, this little boy was exactly like me.
He's cursed and been afflicted ever since birth because of it, he was the villain of the story I read, but he wasn't the villain of my story. I was just a simple extra that was meant to be jealous of the Female Lead and die in the war, but instead I've come this far. I've changed my fate and I will do the same with his. I'll change his story, I'll cure his curse, I'll raise him as if he were my own! Right. No matter what role I take I'm the protagonist of my own story.
Who hasn't suffered in their lives before? Everyone's suffered at least once. So has he. He has the right to have a second chance. He just needs someone to offer it to him.
I breathed in and then out,my breath shaky and almost noticeable, I stared deep into his purple magenta hues determined, "Would you like to redeem yourself?"

"Mmm...Daddy?" Her eyes fluttered as she found her father's face hovering over hers, as he smiled in delight at the awakening of his beloved and precious daughter. He sighed in relief as if he'd been holding in his breath this entire time. "Thank God, Louise you're awake!" He expressed, almost as if confessing he'd been worried this entire time. His hair was in a mess, almost as if he'd been awake for days ever since she collapsed, but it had only been a few hours since she fell. She sat up as he lunged towards her and embraced her in a warm and delicate hug, as if he knew she was craving for his affection and attention.
"D-Daddy? What's wrong?" She queried, [this isn't what daddy is usually like..?] She pondered unfamiliar to the warm touch and embrace her father had suddenly given her. He's never paid attention to her or to her actions. She always wondered why. [it's like I know why but I can't remember...] She slowly patted her father's back and felt relieved, finally growing accustomed to her father's large arms and warm embrace.
[Was he worried..?] Louise thought with a perplexed expression on her face, she'd never experience fatherly-love or affection in any way. Her father was always worried about the bills and being able to eat on time, but louise's father was worried about her daughter's wellbeing and if she ate okay. [But...I'm not louise...] Louise felt her heart being squeezed and bit her lip, almost as if she were injured physically. Ejekiel couldn't be more happier than having his daughter by his side. Ejekiel was clumsy with children, he didn't know how to treat a child because he didn't raise his eldest, his wife, Cosette did. Not him.
But he experienced new emotions thanks to Louise, he knew what it was like to be happy even without having to buy everything in the world. He realized that happiness didn't come from fortune or power, but from the people around him. Thanks to louise he was able to realize that. After Cosette gave birth to Louise, he simply couldn't think of anything else. He felt utterly lonely and looked at louise scornfully whenever he had the chance. But now everything changed, almost as if his deceased wife had come back to paint a canvas of colors again.
"D-Dawday? (daddy?)" Louise barely let out, his eyes widened in shock as he grabbed her shoulders and backed away from her. He cleared his throat and got up from his original position. His face was colored in a pink hue, almost as if embarassed of what he'd done. [it isn't his usual self...stupid daddy...] She pondered as she sighed, ejekiel was hopeless when expressing his emotions is what louise had come to realize.
"Thank you, Daddy..." Louise declared, her black coal hair silky and radiant, flowing in the air as she lunged towards him from her bed and hugged him tightly as if it were the last time she'd see him. She'd hoped it would last a bit longer, maybe if she stopped time, that moment would never end. Ejekiel smiled tenderly at his child, who was almost his spitting image. He carried her and beamed a smile at her, a smile that was only for her and no one else.
Louise wearing her nightgown was comfortable in her position, she felt small and tiny but, she was happy with her current situation. She knew happiness didn't last long, and so she took in that moment because if in a blink of an eye it would appear, it could also disappear.
His sharp eyes no longer pierced through her tiny bobbing head, but now they looked at her with such admiration and love towards her, it melted away all the jumpiness she felt before.
[If god exists...then Thank You for giving me this chance...]
Suddenly there was a huge slam to the door, it was wide open with knights trying to catch their breaths, Ejekiel sent a piercing glare at them, not giving them time to explain, until a knight with enough guts to speak up said, "Your Grace! There's been an attack at the villa where the young master is residing in!"
