There were a lot of people already gathered at his uncle's house. Blue put on a fake nervous smile as he greeted them awkwardly. As his parents spoke with some relatives about preparations, Blue made his way into the kitchen after dodging his cousins who teased him playfully about always knowing he was queer. Blue opened a cabinet, finding medicine to quell his itching headache and nerves. He hid from everyone as much as he could in the bathroom for an hour or so, wishing he had his phone. He cried quietly whenever he thought too much about what his life was going to be like with Blaize. Finally, his mother pounded on the door. "Blue, I've been looking for you everywhere! We have to get you fitted in your suit and then we're going to the church for the ceremony."
Blue was hyperventilating as he imagined himself marrying Blaize in the next twenty minutes. He wasn't going to go through with it, he couldn't see himself doing that, it was crazy.
"Blue!"
"Um….I'm sick!"
"Sick?"
"Yeah."
His mother left and came back with his father who yelled at him through the door. "You're not sick, get your ass out here before I break the door down!"
Blue wiped his tears away and fixed his messy hair which he had not combed at all that morning. He opened the door and faced his father who took one look at him and the red mark on his cheek and pushed him toward his mother and his bridesmaids which were his cousins. "Fix yourself, Andrew, you're getting married in twenty minutes. God."
Blue was taken to another room where his mother undressed him. She gasped at the marks she saw on his chest. Blue had been so lost in his sad thoughts that he hadn't noticed her surprise.
"Blue...what is this?"
He didn't respond, only thought about Coconut, and then chuckled when he thought about his own reaction to the many marks he found on himself the first morning he awoke with Coconut. "Are you a fucking dog? Do I look like a chew toy to you?" He said in a hoarse voice, "They're from my boyfriend."
His mother froze for a minute but then left the room. "Get dressed. It's your wedding day. I'm...proud of you, Blue. I'll be with your aunt Judy setting up decorations and organizing the event." She left.
Blue was in some random guest bedroom of his Uncle's large mansion. He carefully and slowly dressed in the white suit, facing himself in the dressing mirror. There was a knock on the door but Blue ignored it. Blaize poked his face in, he saw from in the mirror. Blue whipped around and glared at him.
"Ready, Angel?"
"Don't call me that." He growled. "Get out. You're not supposed to see me yet anyway."
Blaize's smile remained unflinching. "Mhm. Just one more hour until you're mine." He grinned. "Oh, and I invited Coconut. I thought it would be nice."
Blue's heart pounded hopefully. "Get. Out."
Blaize left.
Blue combed his hair and bit his lip as he tried to choke back tears. He had just a sliver of hope. Maybe Coconut could put a stop to this somehow. Maybe.
He left the room and walked down the steps, feeling dizzy and almost falling down the steps. He took a few more pills from the medicine he had snatched from the cabinet and tucked in his pocket. Once downstairs in the crowded house, he was stolen by a couple of his uncles who were smiling and congratulating him and handing him a wine glass.
---
Coconut parked his car and tried to calm himself down for a moment. He wasn't panicking or anything, he was angry and needed to stop himself from storming inside and tearing Blaize apart. After a few minutes just sitting in the car, he got out and walked to the house, knocking on the door with a deadly aura. He was completely pissed off, and it showed.
---
Since there were so many guests that had arrived already, no one was keeping track of who was attending anymore. Uncle Gerald, the man of the house, had originally been inviting and greeting relatives from both sides of the grooms' into the house but he had gotten caught up in the wine and conversations. He kept his post by the door however and heard the knock on the door. When he opened it, he looked surprised. "M-Mr. Alpine? What are you doing here?" He was his business partner.
---
"My brother is getting married," he seethed, not bothering to hide his anger.
---
"Oh, well by all means, please, do come in!" Uncle Gerald smiled, stepping aside for Yuno, paying no attention to his anger.
---
"Thanks," Coconut said gruffly, practically stomping inside and searching for Blue.
---
Blue did his best to avoid the glasses of wine being swished and swirled a little too much as his relatives steadily became drunker and drunker even though the wedding hadn't even begun, his family was a group of heavy drinkers who all acted the same as he did when they lost it. Blue kept thinking about what Blaize said, every time he looked around, hoping to see Coconut, he assumed Blaize had been only raising his hopes and toying with his feelings. Just as he was taking his first sip of wine after five minutes of having first received it, Blue spotted a face in the crowd that filled the entry hall that sent a surge of surprise through him. He choked and sputtered, spraying the wine from his mouth. His relatives leaped to the side as Blue set it on a nearby table and rushed toward Coconut. He hadn't seen him yet when Blue grabbed Coconut's elbow and yanked him toward the stairs. He pulled him into the hallway with many bedrooms. He threw him into the room he had been dressing in before and locked the door. Then he whipped around on Coconut. "What are you doing here?"
----
Coconut didn't answer immediately and surged toward him, grabbing the back of his neck and wrapping an arm around his waist to pull him into a sudden and violent kiss.
---
Blue's lips fought against Coconut's as he kissed with longing desperateness. He wrapped his arms around him, disbelieving he was really here and in his arms again. He sighed a moan of relief into the kiss.
---
Coconut slipped his tongue into Blue's mouth and pushed him backward until he slammed him against the door roughly.
---
Blue made a sound of alarm but it was quickly forgotten as he lost himself in kissing Coconut again. He pressed his hands into Coconut's back and brought him closer. "You're wearing a fucking suit." He whispered as he broke the kiss for a second but then continued it.
---
Coconut growled huskily. "And you're not wearing a dress."
---
Blue snorted, feeling amusement trickle through him for the first time since he left the dorm. As he kissed Coconut he felt emotion welling inside of him and his face broke into an expression of sorrow as he unleashed tears he couldn't hide anymore.
---
Coconut pulled away instantly and moved his hands to cup Blue's cheeks. "Don't cry, love. It's alright, everything will be okay." He smiled at him softly.
---
Blue's heart broke. He slipped his arms beneath Coconut's and wrapped them around his back again, Blue's head falling into his shoulder as he pulled him closer. "No, it's not." He cried into his expensive suit. "I was angry at you. I'm sorry. I thought you were cheating. I'm sorry I...broke your promise." He sobbed as his voice broke. "I forgot how much you loved me."
---
Coconut shook his head. "You didn't break your promise, love. You didn't forget how much I love you, you only misunderstood. I'm not upset or disappointed with you. I just want to be with you, Angel."
---
Blue gasped as he hyperventilated and let loose into his shoulder, overjoyed to finally be held by him again. "I shouldn't have taken the offer, but it was right there and I was so angry." He dug his fingers into Coconut's back. "I missed you."
---
"I missed you too." Coconut held him close and let Blue's soft, natural hair brush against his cheek.
---
As his crying calmed, Blue asked quickly, "But you didn't sleep around with anyone while I was gone, right?"
---
"What? No. I'd never." Coconut sighed. "Though… it does kind of hurt that you would believe I did so easily…"
---
"Char said she saw you kissing someone. Care to explain that?"
---
Coconut's face fell. "I-It…. It was…"
---
Blue's brow furrowed in sadness as he thought he was hearing Coconut tell him he really had kissed someone just because he needed it.
---
Coconut grabbed onto the back of Blue's suit and clenched his fists on the fabric. "It was Kal. H-He… forced me to kiss him."
---
Blue raised his head. "What?" Surprised. He wiped his wet face on his white sleeve.
---
"He made me kiss him… I-I… would never kiss him otherwise…" Coconut looked away.
---
Blue stepped back to look at him. "Coconut, I'm so sorry I wasn't there. Char didn't know who Kal was so she thought- and so I thought- oh...and Ellie…" He looked down in embarrassed shame. "He didn't do anything else, did he?"
---
"Kal?"
---
"Yes."
----
"H-He…" Coconut covered his throat.
---
Blue grabbed his hand and pulled it away angrily, expecting to see a hickey. He gasped when he saw the mark. "C-Coconut…"
---
"He choked me… that's why I had to kiss him… I couldn't stop him…"
---
"Coconut, I'm so sorry. I should have been there." He put his hands on his neck, where the ring Blaize had given him rubbed against Coconut's skin.
---
Coconut felt the cold metal and grabbed Blue's wrist, pulling it so he could see the ring. "Why are you still wearing this?"
---
"I have to." He glared and twisted the ring on his finger. "So I don't lose it!"
---
Coconut growled a little. "Fine. But when I crash this wedding, you're taking it off, got it?"
---
"Of course," Blue said, already sliding it off and handing it to him. "Take it, I never wanted it." Then his hard expression switched to confusion. "Wait. What? Crash?" He shook his head.
---
"Yeah." Coconut scoffed. "He had sex with someone last night too. Blaize I mean."
---
Blue's eyebrows jumped, but he only sighed and looked away sadly. "I'm not all that surprised."
---
"Are you sad that Blaize basically cheated on you?"
---
"I don't really care, Coconut. I just want to get out of here." He put his hands to his face and wiped his eyes. "How am I going to get out of this mess?"
----
"Let's just go. If anyone stops us, let me handle it." Coconut grabbed his hand.
---
"What? Coconut, we can't. My parents would be furious." He smiled anyway.
---
"What can they do?" He asked with a smile in return.
---
He gave him a dumb look. "Um...take me away from school. Wait, Coconut, I forgot to tell you. The entire reason why they wanted Blaize to marry me was that he had offered to fund for my studying at this school in New York. My father is focused on the idea of me marrying him, he didn't want anything getting in the way of it. That's why he hung up when you called him. I- I still don't know why you did."
---
"Because you weren't answering." Coconut held both his hands. "Blue, don't worry, I'll take care of everything, okay? Just lead us out of here, and I'll fix things."
---
"H-How?" He looked worried. Someone was knocking on the door.
"Blue! You've been taking forever to get dressed!" She called angrily. Blue recognized her as one of his cousins- a bridesmaid. Well, in this case, groomsmaid- but then again, a nothingsmaid because it turns out, Blue wasn't going to get married to Blaize at all.
---
Coconut looked at Blue, silently asking if he was okay with leaving.
---
Blue's heart pounded in excitement. He wanted desperately to simply just leave. He nodded.
---
Coconut smiled and led him to the door, unlocking it then opening it, but stopping after he saw who was behind Blue's cousin.
---
Blue gasped. "M-Marcy, is he your date?" Blue looked stunned.
"Oh, him? Yeah." she smiled. "Isn't he cute?" Then she frowned when she saw Blue holding hands with Coconut. "Um. Who is that?"
---
Kal smiled fakely at them then put his hand on Marcy's shoulder. "You can go back to your friends, I'll take care of them."
Coconut could already feel Kal's hand closing around his throat again and he started to tremble.
---
Blue could feel Coconut's hand shaking and he yelled just as Marcy was walking away, "No! Marcy, call the police!" He tried shoving past Kal, gripping Coconut's hand.
---
Kal stopped Blue easily, pushing them both back into the room, and eyeing Coconut. "Miss me, doe eyes?"
Coconut froze like a deer in headlights and looked at Blue in a panic.
---
"Hey! You shouldn't be here!" He pushed Kal with all his might and stepped between him and Coconut.
---
"Why not? Since you love me more, right, doe eyes?" Kal smirked at Coconut past Blue.
Coconut looked away, ashamed that he had said that.
---
"Like hell he does!" Blue grabbed his arm and pulled him away. "Get out!"
---
"Mm… I mean… that bite mark on the back of his neck just proves his dedication."
Coconut shrunk away from both of them, on the edge of freaking out.
---
Blue didn't know what he was talking about. "You have five seconds to get out of here before I call the police!" He stood his ground and yelled at him.
---
Kal moved his gaze to Blue and stared down at him coldly. "Doe eyes here doesn't love you, he even said so himself to me yesterday. You have a wedding soon, yes? You should leave before Blaize comes looking. And he is not happy that you left."
Coconut said nothing, leaning up against a table and staring at the ground while he struggled to maintain a normal breathing pace.
---
"What are you talking about?" Blue growled, not believing anything. He curled his fists. "Coconut, what are you doing? Call someone already!"
---
Coconut didn't hear him, too caught up in past experiences and memories.
Kal smiled sadistically. "He isn't going to call anyone. He doesn't want to."
---
"The fuck you talking about, sick bastard?" Blue shoved Kal and shook Coconut's shoulder desperately. "Coconut, don't let him get in your head. Nothing he says is true. Hand me your phone."
---
Coconut stared at him blankly, as if he wasn't there, but then he made eye contact with Kal and was shoved back into reality. He whimpered and scooted backward in fear, ducking his head and curling into a ball on the ground.
---
Blue turned around and protected Coconut from Kal, praying Marcia had called the police. "Get. Out."
---
Kal narrowed his eyes. "No. Doe eyes and I have… unfinished business."
---
"I'm not moving. And if you try anything, you're going to end up behind bars. Think about the consequences before you try something like this."
---
Kal hummed. "You really think I'd stay there?"
Coconut was watching the exchange out of the corner of his eye, his worry for Blue starting to clear his mind.
---
"I could...sue you." Blue came up with quickly.
---
Kal looked at him curiously. "What gave you that idea?"
---
"You were sexually harassing a customer. I can use that against you."
---
"And what evidence do you have?" He asked with a smirk.
---
"Coconut." Blue's glare hardened.
---
"He wouldn't help your case." Kal looked at Coconut again, who flinched under his gaze. "He wouldn't be able to speak against me."
---
"He will testify." Blue stepped forward and shoved Kal backward. "He'll be brave enough to, I'll make sure he is. With my help, I'll save him from you. You've tortured him far too long, now get out!"
---
Kal regained his balance and stormed toward Blue, pushing him as hard as he could.
---
Blue fell to the ground and caught himself with his hand after landing on his ass, he stared up at him with a vicious fury.
---
Kal glared down at him. "Doe eyes can't be saved. You're far too late for that."
---
Blue sneered. "Get away from him!" He stood up. "Get away from the both of us, get out!"
---
"You can't make me." Kal wasn't intimidated in the least. "Doe eyes is mine. I marked him years ago, he belongs to me."
---
"What kind of twisted maniac are you? You're spitting nonsense!" Blue raged. He turned around to look at Coconut. "Coconut, if you stand up and help me fight this guy, your problem is solved."
---
"Stay down, doe eyes," Kal commanded with a menacing glare.
Coconut hesitated but he shrunk backward again, lowering his head like a submissive dog.
---
"Coconut, don't listen to him. Just like you told me about my parents- he has no control over you! Those are the exact words you told me, and I believed you." He turned around and crouched in front of him, putting his hands on his shoulders. "Believe me this time."
---
Kal growled in pure anger and stomped towards Blue, aiming to grab his hair and pull him away, but Coconut saw him and he acted before Kal. He pulled Blue close to him then rolled to the side, pushing Blue away from Kal.
Coconut stared up at his furious ex-boyfriend and fought to keep himself from cowering away.
"That was a mistake, doe eyes," Kal seethed, pinning him to the ground and grabbing his throat, squeezing tightly to cut off his breathing. Coconut thrashed underneath him while clawing at his arm.
---
Blue scrambled to his feet and kicked Kal hard in the side. "Get off him!"
---
Kal fell off of Coconut with a grunt of pain.
Coconut gasped for air and scrambled away from him.
---
Blue knew he was dead so he searched for something he could use to defend himself.
---
Kal stood up and stared at Blue with a murderous look. He started toward him before Coconut suddenly tackled him over, nervously and weakly pinning him down.
---
Blue felt pride rush through him. "Get him, Coconut!"
---
Coconut gathered his courage and raised a fist to hit Kal but hesitated at the look Kal gave him.
---
Blue stepped forward and kicked Kal in the side again. "This is for hurting him so damn much!"
---
Kal shoved Coconut off of him and stood up quickly, grabbing Blue by the collar of his suit. "Watch it, little boy."
---
Blue glared him down, his anger driven by fear, he kneed him in the crotch with all his might.
---
Kal groaned and fell to the side, still glaring at Blue but his face was contorted in pain.
---
Blue grabbed the flower vase on the dresser next to the bed and he gripped it around the top, holding it like it was a baseball bat or a piece of pipe. Completely prepared to slug him with it if he had to. "I said. Get. Out."
---
Kal growled lowly but backed away toward the door.
Coconut practically bolted to Blue's side, hiding behind him.
---
Blue watched him the whole while, hoping the police had arrived, but he doubted it.
---
Kal snarled at them one last time. "Watch yourself, doe eyes." Then he opened the door and slammed it behind him.
Coconut quivered and realized what he had done.
---
"Fucking finally." Blue dropped the vase which was built with fiber strong enough to bounce once and roll. Blue would have dropped it anyway even if it would have shattered. He dropped to his knees in exhaustion and slid the container of pills out of his suit pocket, unscrewing and popping a couple in his mouth.
---
Slowly, Coconut fell to the floor and whimpered, softly muttering 'no' over and over again.
---
"Coconut, what's wrong? He's gone now." He turned to look at him.
---
"I-I… disobeyed him…" Coconut squeezed his eyes shut.
---
"What?" Blue grabbed his hands. "No, you stood up for yourself. He doesn't have any authority over you, he's just some guy."
---
Coconut looked up at him. "O-Okay... Can we stay here a bit longer?"
---
"Yeah, but I think people will come looking for me soon and you'll get in trouble. We have to get out of here fast." He wrapped Coconut in a hug. "I was there for you this time. I didn't let him hurt you. Don't worry anymore."
---
Coconut nodded and hugged back. "You really are an angel."
---
Blue chuckled and held him tightly, squeezing his eyes shut. "I really missed you. A lot. It was hard going through all this without you."
---
"Yeah… I'm sorry, love."
---
"Don't be sorry for anything. It's my fault I'm marrying Blaize." He rested his head on his shoulder again.
---
Some of Coconut's anger returned. "You are not marrying him."
---
"I don't want to." He shook his head in his shoulder. "I want to marry you."
----
Coconut smiled without him knowing. "Yeah…"
---
There was another knock on the door and Blue went stiff with fear when he heard his father's voice. "Blue, if you aren't at the church in the next ten minutes, you'll never get to see your roommates again."
"Shit." Blue cursed in panic, not knowing what to do. He shook with anxiety.
---
Coconut growled at the thought of Blue leaving him and snapped. "He's not marrying Blaize."
---
"C-Coconut, sssh. He'll kill you if he-" Blue whispered.
"Who's in there?! Andrew, open this door!"
---
"It's not locked." Coconut stood up with Blue and pulled him to his chest.
---
Blue looked at him in alarm, like he was afraid Coconut was going to die or something.
His father opened the door, Uncle Gerald and a couple of other older men that were friends of his behind him. He stared at Coconut and Blue in surprised anger. He glared daggers at Coconut. "You." He spat through gritted teeth.
---
Coconut stared back at him fearlessly. "Blue is not marrying Blaize. I won't allow it."
---
"Blue, get off of this man and get in your mother's car. You're getting married in fifteen minutes. NOW!" He pointed.
Hearing a faint high-pitched ringing in his ears, It took everything within Blue to stop shaking and hold his ground, but he gulped and stood as straight as he could with an arm around Coconut's waist. He glared at his father.
---
Coconut wrapped an arm around his waist protectively. "He isn't going anywhere."
---
His father was fuming again, red in the face, veins popping on his neck, he looked like a mad bull about to charge. "Someone get this man out of here." He pulled out his phone and dialed the police about someone causing a disturbance that he wanted escorted out. A few of his friends walked into the room toward them.
---
"Back off." Coconut growled at them. "I'm already pissed off at Blaize, you don't want to mess with me right now."
---
One of them grabbed Blue's arm and quickly yanked him from Coconut's grasp. "Uncle Peter, please." Blue begged, but his older relative didn't understand what in god's name he was doing with another man so he didn't listen.
---
Coconut snarled in outrage. "Let him go."
---
Blue was pulled out of the room while the other two of Mr. Angelite's friends grabbed Coconut's arms, trying to usher him out of the room as well.
"Dad, please. You don't understand, I never wanted to marry Blaize. I only did it because I was-" Blue was dragged down the stairs so his voice was cut off but it didn't matter, there was no changing his father's mind once it was made.
---
Coconut became even more furious and ripped his arms from the hold they were in and ran after Blue. He nearly fell down the steps in his anger but made it down with no injury and retrieved Blue with a growl.
---
"Coconut, get me out of here." He squeezed his arm.
His father was marching down the steps. "Get away from my son!"
His yell caught the guests' attention and everyone turned to see what was happening. Blue's face reddened immediately. "Don't just stand there, Joe, grab him! Put him in the car!"
Uncle Joe grabbed both of Blue's arms and pulled him away, steering him through the crowd with his hands holding tightly onto his forearms.
"No!" Blue squirmed, embarrassed his and Blaze's family were all staring at him.
---
"Hey!" Coconut shouted and followed after, tearing Blue from his relative again and then holding him close, glowering and threatening anyone who got too close.
---
Blue gulped and shuddered in Coconut's hold.
Blue's father stomped toward them and jerked Coconut away from him while Uncle Joe wrapped Blue in his arms from behind and pulled him toward the door as he struggled. "No! Coconut!"
"Blue. is getting married. Today!"
---
Coconut snapped his head to Uncle Gerald. "Gerald! Get your fucking brother under control!"
---
Uncle Gerald didn't say anything as Coconut was escorted out of the house by Blue's father just in time to see Blue shoved into a car. The police were arriving at that moment.
---
Coconut yelled over his shoulder, "Gerald! Our partnership is over if Blue gets in that car! It won't affect my company as much as it will affect yours!"
---
"He's already in the car! There's nothing I can do!" He yelled as the car Blue was in drove to the church.
But when the officers marched up the lawn, Uncle Gerald took care of them, explaining there wasn't a problem anymore.
Blue's father was still holding Coconut in the doorway with everyone watching.
---
Coconut removed himself from Blue's father's hold and glared at him. "You fucking bastard."
---
Blue's father stared him down. "Kindly remove yourself from the premises before I do so for you. Where's your vehicle?"
---
Coconut grit his teeth and pointed to his car, which was sitting pristinely by the sidewalk.
---
Mr. Angelite laughed. "That's a joke. Now leave. Before I make you." He commanded.
---
Coconut's eye twitched and his lips curled. "I'd like to see you try but fine." Coconut took out his keys from his pocket and pointed it at his car, starting it and making his way over to it angrily.
--
Mr. Angelite stared impressed along with the rest of Blue's family watching from inside the house.
Blue yelled at his mother to pull over but she wouldn't talk to him. When they arrived at the church, Blue tried running away but he was stopped of course and dragged into the church with people staring at him like he was crazy. Blue was told to stay in the backroom until his turn to walk down the aisle with his father. His mother was angry that his suit was almost ruined and she asked what he had been doing for it to be so wrinkled. He didn't answer.
---
Coconut opened the door to his car and looked back at Blue's dad. "By the way. Blue is not going to marry Blaize. He's going to marry me." Coconut got in his car and glared at them one last time before speeding off to where the ceremony was being held.
---
Blue's father arrived just in time to walk Blue down the aisle, which Blue barely managed to walk down without vomiting. He was feeling extremely faint. His stomach felt like he was tearing himself apart and his throat felt like he had a cat stuffed down it that was constantly clawing at his throat for freedom. He needed water. It was all he could think about. That and food. And of course Coconut. As he faced Blaize in front of the entire hall which was filled with his family staring back at him. As Blaize was reciting his fake vows, Blue was feeling as bad as he looked, his face was as pale as his suit. Now he really did look like a ghost. Blaize was interrupted when Blue unscrewed the top of his aspirin pills and swallowed a couple. Blaize looked at him as if he were crazy but blinked and continued.
"I do." Blaize smiled, thinking he had this in the bag.
Blue hadn't realized the end was near until it hit him. When he was asked the same marriage solidifying question, he froze. Unable to answer.
---
Coconut stormed up the stairs of the church and slammed the doors open without any care. "I demand that this wedding stops! Right! Now!"
---
The families in the pews turned their head in confused and alarmed chatter, everyone astonished someone had charged in and interrupted the ceremony.
Blaize cursed. "What the hell is he doing here?"
Blue stared along with everyone else.
---
"I'm here because it is not your right to marry him! Only his real boyfriend has that honor." As Coconut was saying this he was making his way down the aisle and pulled Blue down from the pedestal, stopping and facing him. Then he pulled out a small black box from his pocket and went down on one knee.
---
There was a collective gasped, every soul shocked. Blue's father stood from the first pew. "Damn it!"
"You've taken everything from me, Coconut. You're not taking this too!" As Blaize stepped forward, Blue fell to the ground after his eyes rolled back into his head.
More loud gasps of shock rang through the church as people stood at the ready to help at all. Blue's father ran forward. "Blue!" His mother screamed.
---
Coconut surged forward and caught him before he could hit the ground. He held him gently and shoved the ring back in his pocket without any care then he put a hand on Blue's cheek. "Blue? Are you okay? Wake up, please!"
---
Blue didn't respond.
A crowd gathered around them, leaning over to see if Blue was alright.
"Get back!" Blue's father yelled and the crowd made way. He took one look at Blue and the medicine that had fallen out of his pocket and yelled angrily, "call an ambulance, damn it!"
---
"No, I'll take him to the hospital myself, my car is faster." Coconut scooped Blue into his arms and carried him out of the church as fast as possible.
---
"Yuno!" Blaize ran after him angrily. "Unhand my groom!"
---
Coconut whipped around with a look that screamed killing intent. "Blaize, I do not have time for this! I know it's my fault that Cerulean died! But he sacrificed his life for mine! The same one you always try so desperately to ruin! Just be happy that you still have at least one brother!" Coconut turned back around before he started crying and opened the door to his car, setting Blue down on the seat and buckling him in. He ran to the other side of the car and got in, starting it.
---
Blaize didn't chase after them, he gave up trying.
Blue didn't wake.
---
Coconut raced off toward the hospital as fast as he could, and when he got there, took Blue inside quickly, calling for help.
---
The doctors put Blue in a bed explaining he was dehydrated and overdosed on medicine, but he would be fine once he awoke, although he was going to have a fever.
---
Coconut sighed in relief after he was being treated and sat down beside him, holding his hand gently in his.
---
Blue awoke a couple times to vomit and drink water, never conscious long enough to understand where he was, who was with him, or what was happening. After an hour or two, a nurse told Coconut that if Blue's temperature didn't lower or if he didn't wake in the next hour, he could be in a worse case than she thought he was.
---
Coconut waited anxiously for Blue to wake up, or even for temperature to lower just a bit, his worried thoughts becoming worse with every passing minute.
---
When Blue woke up, he had a weird feeling in his stomach, but the angry cat in his throat was gone and the crashing waves in his stormy stomach were set at bay. His hand was sweaty from how long Coconut had been holding it. Blue blinked his eyes open and took a deep breath of the sterilized hospital air, confused out of his mind. He looked around and furrowed his brow, "Coconut?" His face was still pale and he was in a cold sweat.
---
Coconut's head snapped up from his arm and he smiled in relief. "Blue! You're okay! Thank god… I was starting to worry…"
---
Blue only stared at him in confusion. "Was I dreaming? The wedding...was that a dream?"
---
Coconut frowned in concern and put both his hands on Blue's hand. "I interrupted the ceremony and I was about to… propose to you, but then you fainted. I drove you to the hospital."
---
"What?" None of it sounded real. Blue turned his head and stared at the ceiling as he recalled everything that had happened. Then he turned his head the other way and his breathing slowed until it was completely still.
---
"Blue?" Coconut squeezed his hand.
---
Blue didn't respond, hiding his smile.
---
"Blue?" Coconut asked more anxiously. He stood up out of his chair.
---
Blue forced his smile down and laid motionless, making his hand fall limply out of Coconut's hand.
---
"Blue!" Coconut grabbed his face and stared at him. "Please, wake up!" Coconut's eyes became teary.
---
Blue didn't think it was funny anymore so he woke up and smiled nervously. "Gotcha…."
---
Coconut sobbed and pulled him into a hug.
---
"Coconut, I was just joking...sorry. It was a stupid attempt at revenge...it was funnier when you did it." He put his arms around him, realizing he was in a hospital gown and not his suit.
---
Coconut calmed down pretty fast. "S-Sorry, I just got scared. They said you might be in worse condition than they thought so I… assumed the worst."
---
"Really? Guess it really is bad for you to stop drinking and eating."
---
"Blue! You weren't eating? Or drinking anything? Why?" Coconut gave him a worried look. "But they also said you overdosed on aspirin. What was that about?"
---
He was quiet. "I-I was upset, Coconut. I didn't even realize I hadn't eaten anything. I felt bad so I kept taking pills even though I know better."
---
"Okay… as long as you don't do it again, got it?"
---
"Coconut, I won't ever do that again. I'll have you with me, why would I?"
The nurse walked in to check on Blue again but left once she saw he was fine and hugging Coconut.
---
Coconut smiled into his neck and kissed it softly. "I love you so much."
---
"I love you too." Blue felt an explosive heat swell in his chest as he teared up again, grateful he was back in Coconut's arms, away from his family, and not married to Blaize.
---
Coconut pulled away shortly and sat on the bed with him. "Hey, love?" He asked quietly, fishing out the box from earlier but hiding it from his sight.
---
"Mhm?" He whimpered while still holding onto him sadly.
---
"Can you look at me, Angel?" Coconut asked again.
---
Blue quickly blinked and wiped his tears, sitting back and looking at him.
---
"I love you," Coconut said seriously, wiping away Blue's leftover tears. "There's nothing in this world I couldn't bear to lose more than you."
---
"I know." He said just as seriously.
---
Coconut smiled lovingly. "And there's nothing I'd love more than you marrying me, so…" Coconut pulled out the box and opened it, revealing a beautiful diamond ring. "Will you?"
---
Blue's breath caught in his throat and his cheeks heated. His eyes bugged for a couple of seconds before he pinched the bridge of his nose, squeezing his eyes shut and looking away.
---
"Blue?" Coconut asked worriedly, thinking he was going to say no. "D-Do you not want to marry me?" His voice trembled.
---
Blue broke into a snort and he smiled widely. "What makes you think proposing to me in a hospital is classically romantic?" He laughed and ran his fingers through his hair as he looked back up at Coconut.
---
Coconut looked away. "W-Well… I just thought…" his shoulders slumped and he closed the box. "S-Sorry…"
---
"What? No! Of course, I'll marry you." His eyes squinted from how large his shining smile was. "I'm in love with you, Coconut. I was just joking. Besides, you technically already proposed to me at the wedding and that definitely checks off as a good enough proposal because of how rebellious it was. It was hilarious to see everyone's reaction."
---
A grin spread across Coconut's face and he opened the box again, taking out the ring and holding out his other hand for Blue to put his in. "You fainted before I even said anything," he chuckled.
---
"Yeah, that topped off my overdramatic day. Don't know if this was the worst or best day of my life."
---
"I don't know either," Coconut smiled softly. "Give me your hand, love."
---
Blue did so happily, bouncing.
---
Coconut laughed airily and slid the ring onto his finger. He then intertwined his fingers with Blue's hands and with his own free hand, pulled Blue closer. "Hello, my beautiful fiance," Coconut purred in his ear.
---
Blue couldn't express the extreme measure of happiness that overcame him. "Am I really marrying you?" He whispered as he wrapped his other arm around his back.
---
"Yes…" Coconut smiled happily and almost couldn't stop himself from crying.
---
"Am I still dreaming?" He was afraid he was.
----
"No. Absolutely not." Coconut kissed him hard.
---
Blue smiled into the kiss, still holding his hand. "Let's get out of here." Blue whispered.
---
"Are you sure you're okay?" Coconut asked with a hand on Blue's cheek.
---
"I'm more than ok, Coconut." Blue held the hand he had on his cheek and looked at him lovingly. Then he asked worriedly, "but where's my suit? Did they take it? I really liked it." He looked down at his clothes.
---
"I can go get it for you." Coconut slid off the bed and smiled at him one last time before he left the room to go get Blue's clothes.
---
Blue twisted the ring around his finger, staring in awe and excitedly wondering when they were going to get married. It was hard to believe he had only met Coconut a couple days ago. He didn't think it was possible for two people to fall in love so fast.
---
Coconut came back with Blue's white suit and set it on the bed. "I want you to wear this for our wedding. You looked divine in it. Like a real life angel."
---
Blue blushed and ducked his head as he smiled.
They signed out of the hospital and Blue had to wear his suit since he didn't have any other clothes.
In Coconut's car, Blue looked sad as he looked over how wrinkled and already worn out his suit was.
"It's all roughed up, it doesn't look good at all anymore."
---
"That's okay, I'm sure we can fix it in time for the wedding." Coconut started the car then looked over at his fiance. "Do you want to go to my mansion… or pick up your stuff from your… parents…"
---
Blue felt an icy horror take over as he thought about that. He was relieved he didn't have to keep Coconut a secret anymore but he was worried his parents would kill him. "It's probably best if we don't avoid it. We won't be able to forever."
---
"Alright, Angel. I'll be by your side the entire time, okay? Don't worry too much." Coconut started the drive back to Blue's house.
---
"That's exactly what I'm so worried about. My parents are going to kill you!" He said while nervously running his fingers through his hair.
---
"No they won't, love. Your dad will try to scare me, but he won't be able to."
---
Blue made a worried sound. "It's a long drive." He looked at him in concern.
---
"I don't mind." Coconut smiled at him and grabbed one of Blue's hands, intertwining their fingers.
---
A giant admirable smile slowly spread over Blue's face. After a nice space of enjoyed silence, Blue asked, "So when are we getting married?"
---
"Whenever you'd like to, love."
---
Blue brightened. "Well, I'm glad you asked. I always pictured getting married in the summer, but we obviously won't wait that long, unless we traveled somewhere warm and sunny to spend our honeymoon. But then I want plenty of our friends to be able to make the drive so maybe we should just get married here somewhere."
---
"Haha, you've really thought about this a lot, haven't you, Angel?" Coconut chuckled fondly.
---
He rolled his eyes as an embarrassed blush crept over his cheeks. "Course I have, I always wanted to get married. I'd like to have it somewhere exotic, but then again it's always nice to be traditional, so maybe we could vacation somewhere and then get married in a church…." He gasped. "The beach! Forget everything I said. We're getting married on a beach. That would make the perfect wedding. I've always wanted that. Oh, but I was looking forward to traveling somewhere for our honeymoon. Like Bermuda! Let's get married on the bermuda beaches!" He rambled excitedly.
---
Coconut only smiled and listened to him lovingly talk about his perfect wedding.
---
As Blue was in the middle of describing what their food catering would be like, he realized Coconut was quiet and he bashfully realized he hadn't asked him for any of his ideas. "Uh...but, that's all just what I had in mind. What about you, Coconut?"
---
Coconut glanced at him. "Huh? Why'd you stop?" He had been mentally listing everything Blue wanted for the wedding and missed his question.
---
"What- were you listening?"
---
"Yeah. Were you gonna finish what you wanted for the catering?" Coconut tilted his head at him.
---
"Oh. Well, I was but...do you have any thoughts or plans for the wedding? Don't let me hog the event."
---
Coconut only smiled and laughed, returning his attention to the road. "I want the wedding to be what you've always dreamed of. The only requirement I ever had for my wedding was that I'd be marrying someone I love. And that requirement has already been met."
---
Blue swooned. "You're so romantic I think I'm going to die from happiness sometimes."
---
"Well, don't do that, I'd be devastated."
---
Blue laughed. "I'm not going to die anytime soon, Coconut. Unless you spoil me too much or continue to say such nice things." He joked. "Not that I don't want you to."
---
Coconut bit his lip to suppress a grin. "Not that I was going to stop anyway."
---
Blue continued to explain his ideas, every now and then asking, "Are you sure you don't have any preferences? Aren't you disagreeing with anything I'm suggesting?"
---
Everytime, Coconut responded with only an eye roll and a smile. "Yes, love, I'm sure. If you think it's perfect, then I'll think it's perfect."
---
"So if I wanted a tiger at our wedding, you wouldn't stop me?"
---
"Of course not." Coconut smiled at him.
---
Blue laughed. "That's ridiculous. At least give me one thing you want."
---
Coconut was silent for a bit then he smirked. "I want you to wear a dress."
---
Blue reddened in extreme embarrassment and he covered his face with a hand. "No way, that's so embarrassing." He smiled, even though he would love that.
---
"Well, other than that, there's nothing in particular that I want." Coconut smiled at him.
---
Blue snorted. "No. No way. What about the cake?" He tried moving on.
---
Coconut shrugged. "No favorite flavour."
---
Blue huffed. "I know you like chocolate, you could at least pick out the cake flavor."
---
"Angel, I told you. Plan your perfect wedding, because I want you to love it. If you love it, I'll love it. I swear." Coconut smiled reassuringly at him.
---
Blue let go of Coconut's hand and folded his arms, giving him a playfully suspicious look. "How do I know you're not just saying that because you're too lazy to plan the wedding, Hm?"
---
Coconut snickered. "Yeah, I'm lazy, and I don't want to plan it. But I'm paying for it, and I am going to love it, no matter what you do." He gave him a sincere look. "I'm not lying, Angel."
---
Blue pouted slightly. "Well I wish you were just as excited as I am about it."
---
"Believe me, I'm excited." Coconut barely restrained himself from bouncing in his seat while he thought of them getting married then having a family. "I can't wait," he said with a bright smile, revealing some of his puppy-like excitement.
---
Blue smiled at him. "I was just….exaggerating about Bermuda but...it would be wonderful if we could have a wedding on a beach and spend our honeymoon there."
---
"Love, we can do whatever you want. I don't care if you want to go to Antarctica, Angel. Pick whatever you want." Coconut gave him a charming smile filled with love.
---
Blue joked, "Splendid, can we kill Blaize? You did say I could do whatever I wanted." He grinned.
---
"Well… I meant for our wedding… a-and I don't want Blaize to die… even though he might be a bad person, he's still my little brother." Coconut had been too focused on driving to see that Blue was joking.
---
"Right. I forgot for a second he was related to you. Well, sort of." Blue shivered. "Well then how about a wedding so far away, he can't possibly find us. Because I'm afraid if we don't kill Blaize first, he'll kill you." He was still mostly joking.
---
Coconut frowned and his grip on the steering wheel tightened. "I-I'm sorry, Blue… but I… I want to invite him to the wedding."
---
"What?" Blue was appalled. "Why would you want to invite the scumbag that abused and almost raped me?" He was angry now.
---
Coconut flinched and made sure not to look at Blue. "Look, you have a big family, Blue. But I don't. I only have my dad, my step mom, Luna, and… Blaize. He's my brother, and I love him. He wasn't always such an asshole. He used to be even sweeter than I am."
---
"R-really?" That was hard to believe. "No one can be sweeter than you, Coconut." Blue's voice grew soft as he saddened. "I'm sorry, I didn't think about that. Sure, we'll invite him but I think he's only going to cause trouble. And There's no way I'm wearing a dress if he's there."
----
"Why not?" Coconut asked in confusion.
---
"Because I can't stand the thought of him seeing me like that, knowing he's...it would just be weird. Damn it, why did I have to say yes to that jerk?"
---
Coconut thought for a moment. "What if… what if I got Blaize to fall in love with someone? Would you be okay if he was dating someone?"
---
"It would probably just be someone he had a one night stand with." Then he looked at Coconut, thinking. "But I know you're a great cupid, so…well I would be impressed if he found someone he truly loved."
---
Coconut smiled at him. "Alright. I'll work on it, okay, love?"
---
"Yeah, sure, good luck with that. Did you suggest finding him a boyfriend just so you could see me wear a dress?"
---
"...maybe…"
---
Blue rolled his eyes. "If you want to see me in a dress so bad just buy one already and shove it on me." He blushed as he murmured.
---
"Wait would you actually wear it?" Coconut asked hopefully.
---
Blue looked out the window in embarrassment. "Only at home."
---
"Good enough for me." Coconut grinned.
---
Blue snorted and rolled his eyes. He put his hand on Coconut's which was on the wheel. "Hey. Hold your fiance's hand."
---
Coconut chuckled and interlocked their hands, setting them on the console. "Better now, Angel?"
---
"Almost. I'm starving." It was around 10:00. They would make it to his parents in the morning and then probably sleep there if his parents didn't toss them out.
---
"Alright. Do you have anywhere in mind?"
---
"Anything sounds good to me. I want to get that awful hospital food taste out of my mouth."
---
"Okay, love. We can stop at a McRonald's." Coconut pulled off at the next exit and went through the drive through.
---
They ordered a couple burgers and fries. Blue was extremely grateful to be eating again but more importantly- happy to be driving to his parents awaiting wrath with Coconut after being in the hospital instead of married to Blaize.
---
Coconut pulled into a parking spot while they ate, enjoying the silence without some kind of drama going on.
---
After eating, Blue leaned back in his seat, feeling drowsy. He wiped his hands on a napkin as he closed his eyes. "Do you mind if I sleep for a while?"
---
Coconut smiled and cleaned up their mess. "Not at all." He threw their trash away and then continued the drive to Blue's parents.
---
Blue slept until they arrived at the house he had grown up in. It was 2:00 in the morning.
---
Coconut parked the car and turned it off, looking at Blue and cupping his cheek with a hand, thumbing at his lips. "Blue? Love? We're here."
---
Blue blinked in exhaustion. "What?"
---
"We're at your parents house, Angel." Coconut smiled at him lovingly.
---
"Great." Blue groaned sarcastically and rubbed his face. "They're probably sleeping."
The porchlight flipped on and Blue's mother ran out in her bathrobe. "Crap." Blue rubbed the back of his neck with both hands. He looked at Coconut. "Ready to plunge into the dragon's lair?"
---
---
"And save my beautiful princess? Of course."
---
Blue smiled, heart bursting. He opened the door just as his mom rushed toward him. When he closed it, she nearly tackled him with a hug. "Are you alright? Blue, I was worried sick." She looked it.
"I'm fine mom."
"You fainted!"
"I was....just dehydrated and shocked and terrified all at once."
His father stood on the porch, staring fiercely at Coconut.
"Come inside, Blue." She pulled on his hand to lead him inside.
"Wait." Blue didn't move.
She looked at him in confusion.
"I'm not marrying Blaize. I never wanted to."
"Blue, we can discuss this inside." She ignored Coconut who was standing beside him now.
"I want to marry Coconut. I mean Yuno. He's my boyfriend."
Blue's father was walking toward them now, looking angry. "Blue. We have been worried sick. Hoping, for hours, you'd come home. Now, you finally have... with this…" He couldn't come up with a word to describe Coconut since he didn't know him very well. "How could you do this to your mother and I? At your own wedding?"
"What are you talking about? I fainted!" Blue said angrily, stepping toward him.
His mother put her hands on his chest to stop him. "Stop, fighting right this minute. Derek," she turned around. "We're going to continue this conversation inside."
Blue grabbed Coconut's hand. "Coconut's coming with me."
"Stop referring to him with that disgusting pet name." His father blinked slowly in annoyance, shaking with anger.
"It's his real name." Blue growled, squeezing Coconut's hand.
"Boys! Inside. Now!" His mother yelled and shoved Derek up the driveway.
Blue followed, pulling Coconut along with him.
---
Coconut glared at Blue's father the whole way, not appreciating anything he had said. Coconut intertwined Blue's fingers with his own and squeezed his hand softly.
---
Blue, feeling strengthened by Coconut's being there, marched bravely into his house and sat at the table with his parents, a determined look set on his face.
His parents sat on the one side while Coconut and Blue were on the other.
"Blue," His mother began, "Your father and I thought you were dating Blaize, that's why we thought you would be so happy to marry him."
"No, we used to date. Then I met Coconut." He decided to skip the part about Blaize burning his car and almost shooting Coconut.
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Why didn't I- Because I thought you wouldn't accept me. The only reason why you wanted me to marry Blaize was for the money anyway." He was angry.
Blue's father did nothing but death glare Coconut the entire while.
"We just want to support your career."
"Instead of me as a person."
"That's not what I meant. I want you to be happy, Blue."
"I am happy. With Coconut."
Blue's father broke in, still staring harshly at Coconut. "Is he able to pay for your schooling in New York? He isn't a part of the program Blaize was talking about."
---
Coconut rolled his eyes. "Blaize could have been lying about whatever program you're talking about, but yes. I can pay for Blue to go to any school he wants to."
---
Blue's father's stern gaze held. "Really?"
---
"Yes." Coconut sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Blaize is my brother. My little brother."
---
Blue's parents looked at eachother, the same thought passing between their eyes. His father was suddenly smiling. "Well then, it appears there isn't any problem here at all."
"What?" Blue was chilled at the sudden mood change.
"My son obviously won't let go of you, so as long as you can provide for him, I'm happy." He offered his hand for Coconut to shake.
---
Coconut narrowed his eyes and looked at him suspiciously but hesitantly took his hand to shake.
---
Mr. Angelite held hands with Coconut a little longer than a normal handshake would have qualified for. "I know about your wealth, Mr. Alpine, and what it means to my brother's company. So I'm glad, really, overjoyed you chose my son as a suitable...husband." He swallowed and let go of his hand.
----
Coconut relaxed a little and smiled softly. "Does that mean I have your permission to marry him?"
---
Blue could see his father's jaw clench. "Yes." He said slowly, staring at him with subtle anger.
"Wonderful." Blue's mother clasped her hands and stood. "Blue, thank you for coming home. I was so worried." She hugged him from across the table and rubbed his back. "You know the worst thing that could happen would be if you disconnected from the family."
"I know. But this isn't the only reason why I came back." He pulled out of the hug. "I mean, I wanted to sort things out, yes, but I also need to gather my things from my room. I'm living with Coconut now."
His mother looked surprised. "How long exactly have you two been dating?"
"Um…"
---
Coconut rubbed the back of his neck. "Well… we've been dating for maybe… five days…?" Coconut cringed at how bad that sounded.
---
"Five?" His father was angry again as he stood from the table, but then when everyone looked at him, and he saw Blue's angry look, he cleared his throat. "I mean…" He put on a pleasant facade. "How...remarkable. You two really...hit it off."
---
"Yeah… I think I've been through more things with Blue in the past few days than I have with any past relationships of mine." Coconut smiled at Blue. "I really do love him."
---
His father turned away and put a hand to the bridge of his nose as he stifled a gag.
Blue smiled fondly back.
"That's no shocker. He's always been a little dramatic." His mother giggled, and Blue shot her a look, embarrassed.
"We need to stay the night." Blue told his parents.
"Of course you do." His father grumbled. His mother glared at him and then smiled at the both of them. "Sorry we don't have any guest bedrooms. Blue's bed is a little small."
---
"That's fine. I don't mind." Coconut smiled at Blue's mom, glad she wasn't mad with Blue.
---
Blue pulled Coconut toward the steps which led upstairs. "Goodnight." He said to his parents and marched up the steps with Coconut as Blue's mother scolded his father.
---
Coconut whispered in Blue's ear as they walked up the steps. "Up for a bit of fun tonight?"
---
Blue's ears burned and he squeezed Coconut's hand tightly.
"You two better not have sex tonight!" His father yelled and his mother shushed him.
Blue ducked his head in embarrassment. "Oh my god."
----
Coconut ignored Blue's father. "So? Yes or no?" He smirked.
---
Blue dragged him into his room and closed the door behind them, ignoring Coconut as his face burned a bright color. He delicately undressed, laying his suit neatly on his desk and then drawing the curtains to a close.
---
Coconut bit his lip while he watched Blue and walked up behind him, sliding his arms around his waist and leaning his head on his shoulder. "Love? Your answer?"
---
"Coconut, no." He wanted to indulge in sexual activity with Coconut badly- so much so that his crotch was already burning- but he was too embarrassed to do so in his childhood room at his parents house.
---
Coconut whined. "Come on… really?" Coconut slipped a hand into the front of Blue's boxers and grasped his hardening length.
---
Blue gasped, backing into Coconut and then jumping away. He whispered with a red face while clutching himself. "No, not at my parent's house!" He pointed at the bed. "Just...." Then he sighed gruffly and grabbed Coconut's suit jacket, staring into his eyes sternly. "But you're so fucking sexy in a suit that I can't deny you." He kissed him.
---
Coconut hummed in approval and pulled Blue closer to him. He wrapped his arms back around him to grasp at his ass and fondle it roughly.
---
Blue moaned, having missed the feeling. Then he pushed off. "Wait." He dug through his closet until he found an old fan which he cranked to the strongest setting and set it next to the dpor as a noise canceller. He returned to Coconut and helped take off his suit.
---
Coconut slid the jacket off and pulled Blue back into another kiss.
---
Blue kissed him roughly, thinking about how he had been too close to losing him. Blue stopped kissing him to slide down his pants and then unbuttoned his shirt. Blue grabbed the tie around his neck and pulled him forward, smashing his lips onto his.
----
Coconut moaned into the kiss, stepping out of his pants and shrugging off his shirt.
---
Blue fell backwards onto the bed, pulling Coconut with him, still gripping his tie.
----
Coconut held himself over Blue and continued to kiss him roughly, starting to grind his hips against Blue's.
---
Blue whimpered with satisfaction, wishing he could have stayed with Coconut instead of visiting his parents and creating this whole mess. "Coconut." Blue panted after breaking the kiss. He stared up at him in ecstasy. "I missed you."
---
Coconut smiled down at him. "I missed you too, Angel." Then his expression hardened and his voice became deeper. "But call me by my first name."
---
Blue's cheeks were rosy and his entire body was steaming already. He rocked his hips against Coconut's. "Yuno, I don't want to have sex in the room I grew up in. It's weird." He reached up and grabbed his face in his hands simply to hold it.
----
Coconut smiled and he set his forehead against Blue's. "How's it weird? You feel safest here, right?"
---
"No." He looked sadly into his eyes which were so close to his. "I feel safe when we're alone. Not when my parents are down the hall."
---
Coconut smiled softly at him. "It's alright, love. We can just cuddle, if that makes you feel more comfortable."
---
"Ok." He kissed him while sinking his fingers further into his silky waves. "Get off me. I want to be under the covers. I'm cold."
----
"Okay," Coconut chuckled, pulling away and getting off of him.
---
Blue shifted beneath the covers and patted the space beside him. "Hurry up. I'm cold." He whined with a smile.
----
Coconut rolled his eyes and got into the bed, pulling Blue to his chest then covering them with the blanket.
---
The bed was small; a twin, so there was hardly any room for either of them to roll around at all, but Blue thought that was perfect. He laid his head against Coconut's chest, feeling safe and happy again at last. "I missed you so much," he whispered again as his hand felt up Coconut's abdomen.
---
Coconut smiled and kissed Blue's head. "I missed you too. So much."
---
Blue smiled and wrapped his arms around Coconut and pulled himself closer to his chest, never wanting to leave their position. "This is the room I grew up in." He whispered, head beneath Coconut's chin. "I never thought I would lie with a boy in this bed."
---
Coconut smiled with a huff of laughter. "And I never thought I'd crash my brother's wedding to propose to his groom."
---
Blue giggled. "That was awesome." He kissed his neck and slowly started to fall asleep.
---
Coconut nuzzled into his head. "I love you, Blue."
---
"I love you too." Blue cooed as he fell asleep.
---
Coconut stayed awake for a little longer to relish Blue being beside him, before he too let sleep consume him.
---
