Chereads / Coconut Blue / Chapter 17 - Haunted House

Chapter 17 - Haunted House

Char knocked on the door quickly, hoping she wasn't disturbing anything but doubted it since she couldn't hear anything. "Hey, guys!"

"You've got to be kidding me. Blue came back?" Crypt was annoyed.

"Yes," Char said, angry that he thought Blue was a douche and not the good friend she knew him as. "And he loves Coconut just as much as you love Winx."

Crypt glared. "Shut up." He stalked off.

Char snickered and knocked again. "Guys! Are you in there?" She didn't dare open the door.

---

Coconut groaned loudly. "Go away." He pulled Blue closer to him, trapping him in an inescapable hold around his waist.

--

Char huffed. "As you wish, your highness. We're all going to the abandoned Victorian house on Winchester Lane. Meet everyone there with food by 5:00. You've got one hour." She left.

"Why?" Blue groaned in confusion.

---

Coconut grunted and tightened his hold on Blue. "No wiggling."

---

Blue bucked his hips. "You can't tell me what to do." He mumbled. "What was Char talking about?"

----

"Nothing. We're blowing her off."

---

"But I'm interested." He whined. "And we've slept long enough anyway, if we do anymore, we'll have trouble going to sleep tonight." He squirmed.

----

"Not if I tire you out…" Coconut mumbled into his neck.

---

"Uh-huh." Blue rolled his eyes. "Come on. I'm hungry." He moved out of Coconut's grasp.

---

Coconut whined and pulled him back. "Nooo…"

---

Blue growled warningly. "Yuno…"

---

Without any movement or hesitation, Coconut replied with a loud, sexual moan.

---

Blue reddened and paused for a second then rolled his eyes angrily. "If I have to beat you off of me with a stick, I swear I will." He twisted and pushed on his arm, straining to pry them open.

---

Coconut looked at him lazily. "What stick?"

---

"Oh my god, don't make this sexual." He wriggled and bent in his hold. "Let me go before you get an effing boner."

---

"You mean before you get one?"

---

Blue grumbled and didn't respond. "Get off...I want to know what Char was talking about. It sounded fun and we don't have any plans."

---

"You know what else sounds like fun?"

---

Blue growled and rolled his eyes, his blush still apparent. "Yeah, sex, I know."

---

Coconut hummed and smirked slightly.

--

"Tch. Well, you can go have sex with one of the other pornstar actors." Blue pushed and wormed his way out of his hands quickly.

---

Coconut sat up once Blue squirmed out of his hold. "I might just. You're cute when you're jealous," he purred, putting his chin in his hand.

---

"Rrrgh," Blue growled and viscously twisted into freedom, jumping off the bed before he could be grabbed again.

----

"Is that really what you'd like me to do?"

---

Blue whipped around and glared at him. "Fuck no, you better not have sex with anyone except me for the rest of your life."

---

Coconut gave him a genuinely happy smile. "Good. I would have been surprised if you said anything else, Angel."

---

Blue rolled his eyes as he put on the dark green sweatshirt he had discarded earlier. "You would probably like to have sex with a pornstar."

---

"No, not really. Trust me, it isn't as great as it sounds." Coconut shrugged and got out of bed too, picking up his boxers and sliding them back on. "And I'll have you know I'm very loyal, as long as my partner is as well." He looked at Blue sternly for a second before his face softened and he laughed lightly. "But I have complete faith that you would never cheat, love."

---

Blue smiled. "Thanks, Coconut." He turned around to shuffle for a bottom to wear. Then he realized something and turned around quickly. "Did you just say you had sex with a pornstar?"

---

"Yeah. A while back." Coconut grimaced while he remembered.

---

Blue sighed. "I shouldn't be surprised. I don't know what to wear."

----

"Well, Char said we were going to an old abandoned house. Probably shouldn't wear anything too fancy." Coconut came up behind him and wrapped his arms around him, kissing the spot right below his ear. "And believe me when I say that porn actor was nothing in comparison to you."

---

Blue giggled in delight and then pulled out a pair of jeans and leaned his head into Coconut's neck to reply to his affection.

---

Coconut smiled down at him and swayed him side to side. "I love you, Angel."

---

"I love you too. Obviously." And then he awkwardly tried putting boxers on while still in Coconut's arms.

---

Coconut chuckled and backed away so they could both get dressed.

---

Blue exited the room and called back to Coconut as he was finishing dressing, "It's 4:40. Let's do what Char said and pick up food."

---

"Alright. Where do you want to go?" Coconut asked as he strolled out of his room wearing a pair of black jogging pants and a sleeveless blue hoodie.

---

"Anywhere. We could try Dairy King again but we better make it quick. Drive-thru quick I mean." Blue approached Coconut as he spoke while smiling and shoved his hands in Coconut's sweatshirt pocket. He looked up at him. "You look good in this." He especially liked how Coconut's biceps were exposed.

---

"A-Ah… I don't think that's a good idea…" Coconut looked away.

---

Blue looked at him sympathetically. "You're going to let that guy stop you from eating your favorite food?" He turned away continuing their walk toward the door. "Alright. Be my guest."

---

"I-I'm sorry, Blue… just… just give me a little more time…" Coconut hung his head, ashamed that he was being weak in front of Blue, but not regretting his words. "I need… more time to heal… you understand, right?"

---

"No, I understand." Blue turned around. "But don't be sorry. This is someone you have to stand up to yourself. If anything, I should be sorry for you." He thought he was a little harsh so he apologized. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sound like a jerk, I just want you to get over this guy."

----

"I've been trying for a long time… I don't know why I haven't yet…"

---

Blue looked at him sadly. "Hey, it's ok. I can help you through this."

---

"Thanks," Coconut said with a soft smile.

---

Blue smiled. "Besides, we totally got back at him by vandalizing his place which is actually extremely out of character for me so I hope no one finds out about that because that could potentially ruin my-" Blue gasped. "Oh my god, what have I done?! I vandalized! Coconut, I'm going to jail! This can't happen! I can't go to jail, I'll never become a lawyer! I'll be kicked out of school!" His hands frantically ruffled and pulled at his hair.

---

Coconut looked at him weirdly. "What? Don't worry love, no one will find out."

---

Blue's breathing was ecstatic. "This is going to be on my conscience forever. It's going to drive me nuts! What was I thinking?!"

---

Coconut grabbed Blue's shoulders. "Stop it. It was just a wall, Angel. Paint comes off."

---

"Pfft. Yeah, but it takes a long time. If I keep sweating like this, I'm going to stink. I'll be right back." He headed toward Coconut's room.

---

"Um… okay."

---

In the bathroom, Blue applied deodorant and then with a roll of his eyes sprayed the Heaven's Breeze perfume on himself again. "Ok Let's go." He said with a stressed expression and walked past Coconut.

---

Coconut grabbed his hand and pulled him to walk next to him. "Hey. It's okay, Blue. Vandalism isn't a bad crime. Not always. Don't think of it as breaking a law but making things right."

---

"I retaliated and dealt damage for vengeful reasons. And last time I checked, Vandalism is a serious crime." He shook his head. "I didn't make anything right, I was just being a little punk."

---

"Stop it, please," Coconut whimpered and stopped walking. "Please don't think so badly about yourself. You did it because of me. You wanted revenge because I was too weak and fragile to take care of my own issues." Coconut blinked a few times to stop himself from crying.

---

Blue stopped walking too and turned around to face him sadly. He didn't say anything for a little while, only stared at him. Then he smiled and chuckled. "I'm sorry I regretted doing it. I take it back, that asshole got what he deserved." And he shook his head, more serious. "You aren't weak Coconut. You've just got a mental block. I've never seen you act the way you did, but that only tells me you're human."

---

Coconut smiled at him sorrowfully. "It's not a mental block. It's a wound that keeps reopening and refuses to heal."

---

"All wounds can heal, Coconut. But this isn't one you can just leave for time to take care of. At least, just don't let that guy or anyone else push you around."

---

"I'll try my best."

---

"That's the spirit. Let's go now and stop talking about all this serious mushy stuff. I want to have fun now." He pulled Coconut by the hand out the door.

---

"Alright fine," Coconut went along with Blue and let him pull him to the car.

---

"So what should we eat? I'm craving burgers and milkshakes. So that means my body needs fat. Hopefully I don't get too fat." He said once they were both in the car.

---

Coconut chuckled and started the car. "If you want milkshakes we can go to Cow and Quake. They have milkshakes."

---

"Sounds good." Blue texted Char: where do you want us to meet?

Char texted back the details.

"Haunted house?!" Blue read when they pulled into the drive thru.

---

"Yeah. Place is supposed to be haunted or something," Coconut said before talking to the employee and ordering their food.

---

Blue texted Char frantically.

What are you talking about? We're meeting you and the other band members there? Why?

She texted back: just hanging out. Mostly everyone is here already. Someone named Elliot keeps asking where Coconut is so you guys should hurry up if you're coming.

Blue narrowed his eyes and growled slightly while texting back: I don't really like that guy. How many people are there?

Char's response: I don't know everyone. There's a goth dude who keeps teasing Jackie about finally getting a girlfriend. Oh and also Mason is here?! That's weird. Didn't know he and that Elliot guy were dating.

---

Coconut got their food from the window and handed it to Blue so he could drive. "So, what's happening?"

---

Blue sighed. "According to Char, everyone, as in, everyone from the dorm and even some of your other friends are at the haunted house she mentioned before and they're just hanging out there."

---

Coconut shrugged as he drove to their destination. "Why do you seem so bummed about it?"

---

"I-I don't know. I'm just nervous." He fiddled with his phone before turning it off and looking into the fast food bags.

---

"Don't be nervous, love. I'll protect you," he said teasingly with a charming smile.

---

Blue, feeling much better, smiled. "You're my knight in shining sweatshirts."

---

Coconut chuckled and looked at him. "Then I guess that makes you my damsel in distress."

---

"Ha. Ha." Blue rolled his eyes but blushed because that's how he felt. When they arrived at their destination, Blue did not want to get out of the car. It was a shady looking nearly broken-to-shambles house sitting in an old tangled garden of bushes and thorns on the outskirts of town.

---

Coconut stepped out of the car. "Huh. This place was probably really pretty before it was abandoned."

---

Blue steeled himself and stepped out of the car, bringing the bags with him. "I….don't like this." He stood there staring at the house.

---

"It'll be fine, Angel." Coconut gave him a reassuring smile. "Nothing bad will happen."

---

"It's a haunted house." Blue raised his eyebrows at him and closed the door. "Kind of find that hard to believe. You know I hate being scared."

---

"Well I hate when you're scared too. Just relax love. We'll be fine."

---

"I would have thought you would jump at this opportunity to hold me in your arms." Blue found it ironic Coconut didn't like it when he was scared. "Fine, i'll put on my brave face." Blue gulped as they approached the creaky doors hanging open from the wind.

---

Coconut pulled Blue close to him and wrapped an arm around his waist, kissing his head softly.

---

Blue felt much braver and confidently walked in with Coconut by his side. The first thing they saw when they entered was a sketchy staircase with wood rotted from the years.

"Char?" Blue called and waited in fear for her response.

A few moments later, they heard an echo from above their heads. "We're in the attic!"

"Of course." Blue muttered.

"Climb the two flights of stairs and then the ladder to the attic."

---

"C'mon, love," Coconut encouraged gently, grabbing Blue's hand instead and leading him to the attic.

---

"Do you hear how old these steps are?" Blue's feet were shaky and he gripped the bags in his hand tightly, squeezing Coconut's in his other, his palms sweating. "They could crack and we'll fall through at any second. Then poof. Here lies Yuno Alpine and Blue Angelite, loved young, died young."

---

"Pfft." Coconut rolled his eyes and shook his head in amusement. "Angel, stop worrying. A fall from here won't kill us and these steps are fine."

---

Blue saw a shadow flicker by the corner of his eye. "AAH! Did you see that? That was a freaking rat!" He jumped onto Coconut's arm.

---

"Uh… yeah. This place is abandoned. Animals exist, love."

---

Blue shivered. "I am not okay with this. If we see a bat, I'm out of here." At the top of the second staircase, they found the ladder leading into the attic and heard loud laughing and joking around above them. "Char?" Blue called.

"Hey, Blue! Come up!"

Blue climbed the ladder and rose himself into the cramped and dark space. Coconut's roommates and friends were sitting in a circle with flashlights and joking around. "Uh, hi." Blue sat next to the ladder opening.

---

Coconut snorted at his awkward hello and climbed up behind him to sit next to him.

The band and Coconut's friends all said their hellos.

---

It was so dark that Blue could hardly see any of their faces. "Char where are you?"

"I'm right here, Blue." She chuckled, sitting next to him, and then next to her he saw a figure who looked like Jackie from what he could tell from their dark form.

Then a light flashed onto someone's face from across Blue. They were sitting against the wall opposite to him. "Welcome." Blue recognized Coal immediately. "To your worst nightmare." He put on a scary voice and there was a collective chuckle and scoff.

"Oh my god." Blue heard Mason groan from in the corner next to Coal.

Coal ignored him and continued, "Where we will be competing in a set of challenges, that could possibly mean life or death." He raised his eyebrows. "Mwahaha." His evil laugh was more of a dry chuckle.

The movement of flashlights revealed the canisters of beer and potato chips. Blue felt guilty once he realized this was a small party because Coconut had school in the morning.

---

Ollie giggled and leaned into Coal's side, looking at everyone just as evilly as him.

Rivet sat in Alex's lap while the two softly whispered to each other, laughing quietly every once in a while.

Winx was sitting in his boyfriend's lap as well, though he was kind of engulfed by Crypt's larger figure.

Elliot smiled at Coconut from where he sat beside him. "Did you get milkshakes?" He asked excitedly in a whisper. "Can we share?"

Coconut chuckled quietly but nodded. "Sure, if your cravings are as bad as they used to be, Ellie."

---

Blue shot them a giant glare even though they couldn't see it from in the dark. Luckily, Blue wouldn't have to suffer for much longer because Mason was not about that either. He pulled Ellie to his chest. "You're going to share a drink with another dude and not your boyfriend? Tch. I don't think so."

---

Elliot whined. "C'mon, Masy! I want a milkshake now and you don't have one. Let me live a little." He put his arms out towards Coconut and made grabby hands at him.

---

"No way. If you want a milkshake, I'll buy you one. You're not a little kid, Ellie. Why do I feel like I'm talking to one?" He picked him up and placed him on his middle so he was straddling him.

---

"Noo~!" Elliot whined and squirmed in Mason's lap. "Coconut has a milkshake right here~!"

---

"Here, you can share a beer with me." Mason grabbed a can and popped it offering it to him.

"So what have we gotten ourselves into, Coal?" Crypt asked.

"That's a very good question." Then he broke off into his normal voice, too tired and annoyed with himself to keep up the act. "I thought we could play a few beer games, maybe Truth or Dare and spin the bottle. The good ol' usual." He lifted an empty beer bottle.

---

"That doesn't sound like life threatening challenges," Coconut scoffed while grabbing his milkshake. He looked over at Elliot with a fond smile and handed it to him, which he took like an excited little kid. "Here, babe. You can share mine with Mason. I'll share with Blue."

---

Blue rolled his eyes. "Babe? Isn't he supposed to be your best friend? I don't think best friends flirt with each other." He scowled.

Mason gave Coconut a look too but softly groaned, "Whatever."

"Spin the bottle? Are you kidding me? Everyone here is in a relationship. I don't think that's a very good idea." Char spoke up, not wanting to kiss a dude.

---

Jackie nodded their head. "Yeah, that's not a good idea, Coal."

Coconut threw an arm around Blue's shoulders. "Sorry, Angel. Old habits die hard."

Elliot took a sip from his milkshake then offered it to Mason with a smile.

---

Mason sipped back, the whole while staring at him with a serious expression which was always glued to his face.

"Bullcrap, it is. And if you don't go through with it, you take a shot. Easy peasy, no big deal."

"Old habits my ass." Blue muttered.

---

Coconut chuckled softly and kissed Blue's forehead. "Sorry, love."

Elliot giggled cutely and nuzzled into Mason's neck lovingly.

---

"We're doing this! I'm not hearing any complaints-"

"Coal, no, please." Crypt objected but Coal ignored him.

"First up, Blue, Truth or Dare? You don't answer, it's spin the bottle for you."

"Uh, me?" Blue felt small. "I- I'm not comfortable with-"

"Spin the bottle it is then!"

"No! Ok, ok, I pick...truth."

---

Coconut chuckled and nuzzled into his hair. "Be prepared for anything, love."

Everyone else anuckeredn wow and waited for what Coal would ask.

---

Blue waited anxiously and leaned into Coconut.

"Who in this room would you do if you weren't dating Coconut?" He asked with a smirk.

Blue blushed in surprise. "W-what? I-I can't answer that."

---

"Mm, yeah. I don't know if I want to hear the answer to that." Coconut pulled Blue into his lap.

Ellie leaned toward him. "You have to answer, Blue."

---

Blue ignored Ellie, hating him at the moment.

Coal aimed his flashlight's line of light on the floor where he spun the beer bottle. "Ok then, whoever the tip lands on is Blue's victim."

"What?!" Blue flipped out.

"Coal, don't make him." Char rolled her eyes.

---

Jackie hummed quietly. "But those were the rules, Char. If Blue doesn't answer, he has to spin the bottle."

Coconut pulled Blue to him possesively. "Just answer the question, Angel."

---

The bottle spun to a stop, the tip pointing toward Elliot. There was a moment of silence as Blue stared in horror and then yelled, "Hell no! I am not kissing him!" He scooted away.

"Damn it!" Coal exclaimed. "This close."

---

Coconut rolled his eyes. "It's fine, Angel. Just kiss him and then we can move on. There isn't any getting around it anyway."

Elliot backed off of Mason's lap and faced Blue. "What's so bad about kissing me?" He pouted teasingly.

---

Mason defended his boyfriend. "Be grateful I don't care if you guys kiss, Elliots a good-ass kisser by the way."

Blue's ears and face were pink so he was thankful for the darkness. "C-Coconut? You don't even care? I freaking hate this dude and now I have to do this??"

---

"You hate Ellie?" Coconut asked as if Blue was insane.

---

Blue rolled his eyes. "Yes. I do. Because even though you guys are friends, you flirt with each other like you don't have boyfriends." He glowered at Coconut then.

---

"It's just how we've always been, love. You don't have to be so jealous. When we flirt, it's only playful, but with you," Coconut leaned close to him and whispered in his ear. "I mean every single word."

Elliot whined. "Coco and I are just best friends, and like normal friends, we like to mess around."

---

Blue reddened, feeling a profile crawl up his back and something stir in his stomach. Blue was quiet for a moment as he grit his teeth and then he crossed his arms. "Well, I'm still not kissing him."

---

"You have to," Coconut replied. "Otherwise you'll be forced to answer your truth."

---

Blue glared at him. "Well, what would you rather me do?"

---

"I'd rather you kiss Ellie, to be honest."

---

"What?" Blue was appalled. "Why? How could that possibly be better?"

---

"Because I know you don't want to kiss him, but if you answer Coal's question… then it's a different story," Coconut looked at him possesively and enclosed him in his arms protectively.

---

"Uuuuuuugh, fine." Blue wanted it to be done and over with already. With pink cheeks, he pushed out of Coconut's hold and scooted closer to Ellie, sitting criss-crossed. "Just make it quick." He looked worried.

---

Ellie snickered. "And if I don't?"

---

Blue glared and rolled his eyes, not responding.

---

Ellie giggled and slipped off Mason's lap, scooting over to Blue and without any warning, kissing him on the lips softly. He backed away seconds after and reclaimed his place back on Mason. "There. Next person."

Coconut grabbed Blue and forced him back in his lap.

---

Blue rubbed his red face with his hands and leaned back into Coconut.

"Blue, it's your turn for truth or dare." Coal chuckled evilly.

"Fine." Blue mumbled from behind his hands. "Coconut, truth or dare?"

---

"Mm… truth," Coconut answered. "I like you sitting in my lap and I don't want to move."

---

Blue heard a few people chuckle and felt his face heat again. He removed his hands and pulled himself up to sit straighter and closer on top of Coconut. "Fine." He thought for a second and a sudden evil smile spread across his face. Blue tilted his head back and whispered in Coconut's ear, "what was your wet dream about?"

---

Coconut blushed lightly. "I told you no, Blue. I'm spinning the bottle."

---

"NO! I'm sorry! I'll ask a different question!" Blue pleaded.

"Hey, what was the question?" Coal asked.

---

"Nothing." Coconut turned back to Blue. "What's your new question then?"

---

"Uuum," Blue thought.

"Nope, nope, no do-overs sorry. Also no one likes a secret kept from the group. Give it here." Coal said.

---

Coconut sighed and picked up the bottle, spinning it hard.

---

"No!" Blue squeezed his arm. "I don't want you to kiss anyone but me!"

"Blue, it's just a game." Mason groaned.

"Well, I don't like it!"

---

Coconut let out a huff of laughter and then kissed Blue's cheek. "He's right. It's only a game, these kisses mean nothing to any of us."

The bottle started to slow down.

---

Blue wasn't convinced. "I guess that's true. Fine. It better not be someone that-"

---

The bottle came to a stop and once again pointed at Elliot. "Oh," was all Coconut had to say.

Elliot hummed in thought, but didn't say anything.

---

"What the fuck?! How?!" Blue yelled. "That is not happening!" Blue jumped in between Elliot and Coconut. The group- or at least all of my characters laughed.

---

Coconut looked at Blue apologetically. "Sorry, Angel, but I have to. I am not answering your question."

"So, are you moving or not Blue?" Elliot asked, getting off of Mason again.

---

Blue glared at Coconut and sternly said, "you have to? Or you want to?" Then he turned back toward Elliot and said. "No. Over my dead body."

Coal whined, slapping a hand to his face. "Oh my god, BLUE!"

---

Coconut grabbed Blue's hips and slid him across the wood floor so he was no longer in between him and Elliot. "I don't want to kiss anyone but you."

Elliot scooched next to Coconut and waited for him.

---

"No!" Blue scrambled toward then but Char grabbed his arm.

"Blue, it's really okay."

His tensing muscles dropped as he watched in disgust.

---

Elliot grabbed the back of Coconut's neck and slammed their lips together roughly. He moved his lips against his and moaned for extra detail lol.

Coconut wrapped his arms around Elliot's waist and pulled him closer, deepening the kiss until he pulled away a few seconds later.

The two best friends parted and smiled as if saying "good game" to a teammate. Elliot went back to Mason and Coconut sat back down in his spot, almost as if nothing had happened between them.

---

"Whoa. That was rough." Char mumbled.

Blue was sitting with his back against the wall now, staring at his shoes, which he couldn't see in the darkness.

"Damn. Ok me next. Give me a dare." Coal said eagerly.

---

Coconut rolled his eyes. "Hm… make out with Ollie." After he said the dare he looked over at Blue and slid himself beside him, tuning out whatever was happening in the circle. "Hey… you okay, Angel?"

---

"No problem." Coal shrugged and cockily smirked while roughly pulling Ollie on top of him and sliding down the wall.

Blue glared at the floor, pulling his knees to his chest and glaring in silence.

---

Ollie blushed lightly and looked away in embarrassment.

Coconut frowned and put an arm around Blue's shoulders gently and made him lean against him. "Love? What's wrong?"

---

Blue shoved aggressively out of his hold and stepped over him to climb down the ladder.

"Blue…" Char felt a need to talk to him but didn't want to leave Jackie.

Coal made a confused face. "Aren't you going to kiss me?" He smirked.

---

"You-You're supposed to kiss me," Ollie puffed out his cheeks.

Coconut quickly got up and followed Blue.

---

"Will do." Coal moved his lips onto Ollie's hungrily and slid his hand up his back and then cradled the back of his head.

Blue continued quickly and carefully through the haunted house, walking as fast as he dared down the steps.

---

Ollie whined against Coal's lips and pushed into him, seeking more contact.

Coconut chased after Blue worriedly and as soon as they were out of the abandoned house, he grabbed Blue's wrist.

---

"Ok we get it, y'all like kissing. Ask someone another truth or dare already." Mason rolled his eyes in annoyance.

Coal flipped him off which made Char laugh and then he continued kissing Ollie.

Blue ripped his arm from Coconut's hold. "No!" He opened the car door and plopped angrily on the seat after closing the door.

---

Coconut got in the driver seat then locked the doors. "What did I do this time?"

---

Blue said nothing, clutching his knees to his chest and pulling the sweatshirt hood over his head.

---

"Blue. Ignoring me won't fix anything." Coconut reached for one of Blue's hands and intertwined their fingers.

---

Blue wriggled free from his hand and angrily turned his head away. "I think it's obvious. You should be able to figure it out on your own."

---

"Is it because I kissed Ellie?" Coconut leaned forward and put a hand on his shoulder. "That didn't mean anything to me."

---

"Well it sure as hell looked like it. Who kisses someone like that without meaning something! You were so….you went too far. It was- it was way different from how- it was insulting. I didn't feel so special after watching you two." He pulled the hood farther over his face and buried his head in his knees, not wanting Coconut to see angry tears forming.

---

Coconut grabbed Blue and pulled him to sit in his lap, trapping him there. "No, no, Angel. You are special. It really didn't mean anything, kisses only ever mean something if they're from you." He pressed Blue's head into his chest and kissed his forehead. "I love you, Blue. Don't let anything make you think otherwise."

---

Blue struggled angrily at first in his arms like a child but then slowly calmed down while listening to him. He breathed softly against Coconut's chest and listened to his heartbeat before seeing the image of Elliot and Coconut locking lips and then felt a wave of sickness. He squeezed his eyes shut painfully and pushed away from Coconut while remembering Coconut said they had been "fuckbuddies" for a long time. Blue wanted to throw up. "Well, it still sucked. It made me feel awful. Even though it didn't mean anything to you, it meant something to me. Why would I want to see that?" He avoided his gaze and rubbed his face with one hand from beneath his glasses.

----

Coconut grabbed Blue's chin and forced him to look at him. "I'm so sorry, Blue… there isn't anything between me and Elliot, believe me. I didn't want to make you feel bad, I just… I just wanted to keep my stupid pride. I'm really sorry." He pushed his lips to Blue's softly and then pulled away after a second.

---

"What pride?" Blue scowled and turned away quickly, blushing.

---

"I chose to kiss Ellie because I didn't want to answer your question…" Coconut hugged Blue tightly. "Seriously, Blue… I'm sorry. I love you, I didn't mean for you to be upset. Not at all."

---

Blue hugged back. "Ok, I forgive you. Besides I'm angrier about Ellie kissing you so differently from the way he kissed me. Obviously there's something still there for you." He dug his fingers into Coconut's back.

---

"There isn't anything but a little but of lust. But don't worry about that, Ellie and I are both perfectly content with the relationships we have now." Coconut smiled at Blue lovingly. "Like I said before, we were friends with benefits only until Ellie found someone to love."

---

"Whatever." Blue rolled his eyes, only hating Elliot even more.

---

"Hey, I have one more question…"

---

"Hm?" Blue sighed.

---

"Why don't you like Ellie?"

---

"Did you really- because he acts like he's your boyfriend and since you're okay with that, he rubs it in my face." Blue grit his teeth.

---

"What are you talking about? He's not rubbing anything in your face. It's just always how our friendship has been, don't let yourself be bothered by it."

---

"Sure. Well the next time I catch him doing it, I'll point it out then."

---

"Alright." Coconut buried his face in Blue's neck, kissing up and down it repeatedly while whispered sweet nothings.

---

Blue was beginning to feel better. With a red face, Blue whispered softly. "Can we go home?"

---

"Of course," Coconut murmured softly. He set Blue back in his seat and started the car.

---

Blue buckled his seat belt and felt his phone vibrate in his pocket.

Are you okay?

Sent from Char. Blue texted back:

Yes.

You sure?

Coconut talked to me.

Good. Can I have your burger?

Blue remembered he left their bags of food and deadpanned at the text as he wrote his response.

Go ahead.

Blue put his phone away and fell against his seat, looking out the window.

---

"Are you okay?" Coconut asked as he drove back to their dorm.

---

"Hungry." Blue moaned.

---

"For what?" Coconut teased.

---

That made Blue chuckle slightly but then sunk into his sadly mellow state again. "God, your mind is filthy. I meant food."

---

Coconut laughed quietly. "Do you want to go to Cow and Quake again? I don't mind."

---

Blue sighed. "Nah, I want to eat something healthy. Like a salad and chicken or something." He trailed his finger down the car window, racing a raindrop which was joined soon after by an army sprinkling onto the glass.

---

"I can make something at the dorm," Coconut suggested.

---

Blue gasped. "Really? I would love that."

---

"Alright, come on." Coconut parked his car at the dorm and got out.

--

Blue did as he said, throwing the hood over his head again and then joining him to walk inside.

---

Coconut grabbed Blue's hand and interlaced their fingers.

---

Blue reached around with his other arm and pulled Coconut's hood over his head. "It's raining." He said as if he had to remind him.

---

"It is?" Coconut asked cluelessly. "When the fuck did it start to rain?"

---

Blue laughed and pulled him into the dorm, wiping his shoes on the welcome mat. He pulled off his hood. "Lucky us. No one's here."

---

"Yeah. We can love each other in peace for once," Coconut sighed. He kicked off his shoes in his room and dried off his soaking hair.

---

Blue sat at the kitchen table and waited for him. He took off his sweatshirt, exposing his torso.

---

When Coconut came back into the kitchen he stared at Blue and licked his lips. "Careful, Angel. If you don't watch it, I might have you for dinner."

---

Blue blushed and shook his head with an amused chortle. "So what's on the menu?"

---

"Anything you want." Coconut shrugged and washed his hands before leaning on the counter and looking at Blue. "What do you want to eat?"

---

"I already said I like salad. I'm also craving chicken." He folded his arms and leaned on the table. "Maybe something spicy too."

---

"Um… okay." Coconut got out some ingredients and some cooking ware before getting to work.

---

Blue watched him with a close eye the whole while.

---

After a few minutes, Coconut turned around and faced Blue while something was cooking. "So… after dinner can we maybe…"

---

Blue raised his eyebrows and sneakily smirked. "That depends on your cooking skills."

---

"Hm. Fine." Coconut turned back to the food and continued.

---

Blue cleared his throat. "One more thing. Can you take off your shirt please? I just think my food would taste so much better with entertainment."

---

Coconut rolled his eyes but complied, tugging his shirt off and throwing it at Blue. "Better?" He asked, his back muscles flexing while he moved around and stirred some stuff.

---

Blue flushed and laughed when he caught his shirt. "Lots, thank you." He stared down his back.

---

"Anything to make up for earlier, love," Coconut replied sincerely. He started to finish up.

---

Although Blue's heart flurried, he felt slightly guilty.

---

Coconut hummed a song to himself while he played their food and brought it over to the table. He set a plate down in front of Blue then sat across from him. "There you go."

---

"Yes. Thank you." He gratefully started on eating. "It's amazing." He smiled at him. "Finally."

---

Coconut smiled back and started eating as well. After swallowing, he smirked at Blue. "Since my cooking is great, was that a yes for later?"

---

Blue looked at him with a blush. He lightly lifted his foot and dragged his sock down Coconut's leg. "I don't know. Maybe I want dessert?"

---

"I can make that too," Coconut purred with a wink.

---

"Yes please." Blue smiled, quietly swooning.

---

"Finish your dinner first."

---

Blue rolled his eyes with a smile and did so.

---

Coconut smiled at him and took their plates, placing them in the sink to be washed later. "Alright. What do you want for dessert?" Coconut asked while clearing the counter of his mess.

---

"What can you make?" Blue shrugged, leaning his chin in his hand and throwing one leg over the other.

---

"A lot of things. Name what you want and I can probably make it," Coconut answered with a charming smile.

---

"Well, I love chocolate mousse. It isn't all that hard to make either."

---

"Sure, love. I can make that." He got out a few measuring cups and bowls. "Do you know how to make it?"

---

"Eh, sort of." Blue pulled out his phone and searched a recipe then stood up and walked to the counter, then showed him the screen and talked about the recipe. "Can I help?"

---

"Definitely. I'd love you to."

---

Blue smiled and moved around the counter to work closely beside him. He read the instructions aloud, working quickly and efficiently. They made a thick brown batter and Blue mixed it quickly with a wooden ladle.

---

Coconut came up behind Blue and slid his hand over his. He set his chin on Blue's shoulder and smiled, kissing his neck lightly.

---

Blue smiled too, letting a giggle escape him and then he pressed himself against Coconut, driving him to walk backward. Blue carried the bowl with him and then stepped out of Coconut's arms and opened the freezer. The freezer, being on the top half of the fridge, was a little high so Blue had to stand on his toes to set the bowl on the top rack.

---

Coconut placed more kisses up and down Blue's neck, smiling when Blue struggled to reach the freezer.

---

Blue pulled away from him while chuckling and closed the freezer door. "Stop, you're tickling me." He had a big smile that he couldn't peel off.

---

Coconut didn't cease and only started to press harder kisses against him.

---

Blue's light amusement turned into laughter. "I can't. You're too much." He tried to get away.

---

Coconut caged him within his arms and bit his neck. "Mm, you're not going anywhere."

---

Blue's blush crawled down his neck and flared into his ears. "Yuno…" he breathed. His giant smile hurt his face.

---

"Yes, love?" Coconut asked, beginning to leave love bites.

---

Blue was softly humming in pleasure. "I haven't even eaten dessert yet."

---

"I'll be your dessert," Coconut whispered huskily into his ear, nibbling it after.

---

Blue sighed a shaky vibration. Weak for him. "Ok…"

---

Coconut smirked and picked Blue up, turning around and setting him on the counter before kissing him hard.

---

Blue whined a moan, wishing for more contact, but making do with this for now.

The door to the dorm opened, making Blue jump and whip his head around. The group of their roommates had returned.

---

Coconut didn't miss a beat and picked him up and carried him into their room without a second thought.

---

"Damn it, we're not alone anymore." Blue pouted.

---

"It's fine." Coconut closed the door and locked it behind him. He pushed Blue down onto the bed and crawled on top of him.

---

Blue smiled and bit his lip as he looked up and down him, waiting nervously for their soon to be satisfaction. "But now I won't be able to let loose."

---

"Yes you will." Coconut scooted back and pulled down Blue's pants and boxers, throwing them in a pile somewhere else.

---

"Hey, I cleaned this room for us." He scolded. "And I don't feel as comfortable knowing there's so many people that can hear us. You always make me sound so…"

---

"Fucking hot?" Coconut finished gruffly while sliding down to be face to face with Blue's crotch.

---

Blue blushed and his breathing was already quickening. "I'm serious, Coconut. Isn't there someplace…nevermind. Of course not."

---

"Well, I mean… I have a mansion, but it's kinda a drive from here."

---

Blue perked. "You what?" He thought he heard him wrong.

---

"I have a mansion. But it's kind of far away," Coconut repeated.

---

Blue sat up quickly. "You have a what?! How far away is it?"

---

"A few minutes I guess. Maybe ten."

---

"Pfft, that's not far!" Blue jumped off the bed and pulled on the pants Coconut had thrown.

---

"Are we going there?" Coconut asked, caught off guard.

---

"We better be! Coconut, you have a mansion! What are you doing here if you have a place like-" He remembered his sleeping problems and stupidly smacked himself. "Sorry, but I'm dying to see it."

---

"Uh… okay?" Coconut put his hand out for Blue to grab. "I can drive us there, I guess."

---

Blue's face was alight with excitement and he took his hand, forgetting he wasn't wearing a shirt.

---

Coconut pulled him out of his room and headed towards the door to the dorm.

---

It was when he saw through the window how much rain was coming down that he jerked back on Coconut's hand. "Wait, put a shirt on at least." He walked into the kitchen and picked up the one on the ground that Coconut had thrown at him and then tossed it back to Coconut. He put his own on as well, which he had taken off there too.

---

"Ah, fine." Coconut pulled his hoodie on and started the car from the dorm, unlocking it so they wouldn't have any trouble. "Let's go, hurry. I wanna fuck you."
