One hit after the other was made to my face while my team member watched with a bloody face. There was no getting out of this, we were tied up to tight to get out. The guys that dragged us here and beat up Jongho first until he passed out. I knew he woke up after a minute though, knowing i was next.
"You think your a good leader huh, but you can't even say anything for yourself in trouble". One of the men said pistol whipping me in the face. It was numb, since i had gotten hit multiple times in a row, over and over and over. In the corner of my one eye that was slightly open i could see Jongho struggling to break free. He was exhausted i could tell, he was slow with his movements but he wouldn't give up. If what these people were saying was true, it makes sense, i gave up a while ago and Jongho won't stop. I'm no leader.
" You thought your plan would work didn't you, we know everything Hongjoong, you can't hide from us"
"Your just a Copy Cat"
"You can't do anything for yourself, had to get one of your buddy's to help you out"
"You can't escape now"
"We might take him, since your no good, he's still going and your about dead, he'll be good for us"
It kept going and i could only think they were right, hell they were why am i doubting myself. I should just shut my eyes and die right now, this was all my fault. Jongho wouldn't be in trouble if it wasn't for me, i should've listened to him. No wonder everyone picked Yeosang as leader of our cult, he gives all the orders and he's better at it. I can't.
I shut my eyes, ready to give up but it was Jongho. Somehow he had gotten out of his restraints. He grabbed one guys gun out his back pocket and put him in a head lock, using him as a shield for potential harm. He shot the three guys that were using the harsh words to bring me down. I knew i was safe now, because of Jongho. He shot the last guy when he knew everyone was dead.
"Come on you can't just sit there"
He untied me and put one of my arms on his shoulder. He looked terrible but i knew i was in worse condition, seeing as i was beat for at least 20 minutes straight. I was in bad shape, now i wanted to keep going but i knew i couldn't. I could've died today and now i know how bad that feels, i never want that again. Jongho needs me. I know it sounds bad but if i wasn't there to distract the guys from him and have them beat on me, then he would've died.
These guys need me, i already knew this but this was an awakening. I can't give up, i just realize this now. We can make it together like this.
Jongho searched the dead bodies for weapons just in case. He found three guns and two knives and he gave them to me. He picked me up again and we limped our way out of the building in search for the others.
