Yea....so I couldn't think of a creative title. So anyway...

BEEEE-
CRASH!
I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock. Since I was too lazy to get up and turn in off, I knocked it off my bedside table. It was part of my daily routine. I'm still not sure how it hasn't broken yet. Groggily, I got out of my comfy bed -I missed it already- and walked into the bathroom. I may have walked into a wall on my way there. It's become a habit at this point. Anyway, I got my school uniform: a white shirt, black blazer, red tie, black trousers(pants? Whatever you want to call them). And I picked out some grey socks. I put my clothes on the side of the sink, and undressed -you don't need to know the details- and stepped into the shower, and turned the water on. It was cold. Like usual. After my shower, I got dressed and put my towel on the drying rack on my way to the kitchen. My parents were there; eating breakfast. This was a surprise.
"Good morning Felix," my mum started, "we're heading out soon. So don't be late for school."
My parents usually went on business trips and left me at home for a few weeks.
'Where are you going this time?" I asked, slightly annoyed. My parents always went on business trips and they didn't spend much time with me as they used to. I missed them.
"We're heading to Newcastle for a few weeks." That was my dad.
"Oh. Okay"
Newcastle? What could my parents possibly be doing in Newcastle? I decided to let it go. For now. I got out of my chair, grabbed my bag, and headed for the front door.
"Muuuum. Daaaad. I'm going to school," I said when I reached the front door, even though I knew they wouldn't care.

Walking up the school steps in spring was dangerous. They were still slippery and they had a bit of moss growing on them. Not nice. I got to my locker and realised something. I didn't eat breakfast. I was too busy to think about Newcastle.
Well then, I guess I had to starve for my first two classes...I may have exaggerated a little. I wasn't going to starve, I was definitely going to be hungry though. I looked around the halls for my best friend. Greyson. I gave up pretty quickly when my social anxiety decided to attack me. I kept trying to find him. Just in a different way. I avoided eye contact, I didn't say anything. I just walked around the school, looking at the floor. Greyson wore the same shoes every day. They were really easy to spot. I eventually found him at his locker.
"Good morrow Felix" Greyson, we're not in the 16th century. Get with the times.
"Hi...Greyson"
"Did you hear about the trip?" He asked
"What trip?" There was a trip? Was I supposed to know about it?
"The trip where you go to some sort of park and do park stuff.."
"Oooh, that trip" I still had no idea what it was...Greyson knew that. He knows me too well.
"You don't know about it do you."
"Nope"
"I have a brochure thingy somewhere," He said while fishing something out of his bag, "aha, found it."
He handed me a piece of paper. It read:
SCHOOL TRIP
{March 21 - 29
If you wish to come, please fill out the form below and hand it in before March 19.}
"You going?" I didn't want to go if Greyson wasn't going.
"No. Are you?"
"I'll think about it"
"I think you should go"
"Why?"
"Because your life is SO boring and you could try something new"
"Gee thanks Grey"
"You know what I mean"
"Do I?"
"Yeah, you do"
Of course, I knew but I wasn't going to let Greyson win.
"I really don't" hehe
"I hate you, Felix"
"You love me"

My first classes went by really quickly and before I knew it, it was break time.
