Third person POV
Three individuals were sitting in a private room in a restaurant while facing each other . All three of them had polite smiles on their faces .They were Mr and Mrs Williams ( Alexandra's parents ) and Mr Gray ( Lucifer's father ) . Soon the waiter came to take their order . Mr. Williams ordered tea while Mrs Williams and Mr. Gray asked for coffee .
" Mr and Mrs Williams , I hope that you had no problem while coming here . " Mr. Gray said .
" Not at all . " Mr. Williams replied .
" I am sure that you must be curious about why I called you here . "
They nodded at his question .

Flashback
Once Mr. Gray saw the content on the screen , he froze in shock and his grasp on the Ipad loosened . The Ipad fell on the carpet and the butler quickly picked it up .
" What ... How in the world ? " Mr. Gray started mumbling .
" Austin , Are you sure this is not photoshopped ? " Mr. Gray asked Austin ( the butler ) .
" Master , this is absolutely true . Even the news channels are showing this scene . In fact some people have even uploaded videos on the internet . " said Austin .
" Austin , call Harold . I want every single detail about this girl , from her blood group to the school which she attended . Tell him to get this information by tomorrow morning . " Ordered Mr. Gray . Harold is a private investigator .
After Austin left , Mr. Gray focused all his attention on the image on the screen . It was the image of Lucifer and Alexandra . In the image Alexandra was in the arms of Lucifer and her hands were griping his shoulders , both of them were looking into each others eyes as if they were the only people present . The papers which were flying around them only helped to make the scene even more romantic . It looked like a scene straight from a movie .
The next morning
Mr. Gray received all the reports about Alexandra on his email . After breakfast he started reading them .
Name - Alexandra Williams
Father's name - Albert Williams
Mother's name - Jenna Williams
Occupation - A cardiologist and surgeon at Oceans Hospital , New York .
Age - 27
Relationship status - single
University attended - No. 1 medical college , New York
And so on ....
After Mr. Gray finished reading the report , a huge smile bloomed on his face .
" What a lucky coincidence , I must say . Who would have thought that this unknown girl would fulfill all the conditions set up by Lucifer . Let's just hope that she agrees to the last condition . " Mr. Gray said to himself .
He took out his phone and dialled someone's number. After a few rings the person picked up the call .
" Hello ? " , A man's voice came from the other end of the phone .
" Hello Mr. Williams , I am Sean Gray speaking . " said Mr. Gray .
At first there was no response from the other side but then Mr. Williams spoke , " Sean Gray as in .. ? "
" Sean Gray as in the father of Lucifer Gray . " Mr. Gray replied .
" G-Good morning Mr. Gray , How may I help you ? "
" Good morning Mr. Williams , I just want to have a talk with you and your wife on a certain topic . If you are free then can we meet at Courtesy restaurant at 11:00 am today ? " asked Mr. Gray .
" Of course , Mr. Gray . "
" That's wonderful . Call me when you reach , I will send someone to lead you to the private room where we will meet . See you then , Mr. Williams . "
" Yes , Mr. Gray "
End of flashback

" The reason why I called you here on such a short notice is because I have a proposal for you . " Mr. Gray said .
" A proposal ? " Mr. Williams raised one of his eyebrows and asked .
" Yes ... A marriage proposal to be exact . "
Hearing that the couple's eyes widened in disbelief and shock .
" Do you mind elaborating a bit , Mr. Gray " asked Mrs. Williams .
" Of course . As you can see that I am getting older day by day and I worry about my son's future . I would love to leave this world without any regrets and that wish of mine can only be fulfilled if I see my son have a family of his own . I lost my wife when Lucifer was only 15 years old and since then he has never been able to feel the love of a complete family . I tried my best to be their for him but I could never give him that motherly love which a child needs and I feel that , that has left a void in his heart which only his wife would be able to fill . "
Mr. Gray continued , " Lucifer was never willing to get married until now and so I started my search for a perfect bride and that led me to your daughter . "
" But why our daughter ? " Mr. Williams asked .
" My son has never liked those spoiled rich heiresses who only know how to splurge money . He wants a wife that is independent , hard working and knows the value of money . As you know that our family is surrounded by media and so the future wife of my son would be judged and many people would try to dig out her past , to get any dirt about her . So it was important for her to have a clean background . Your daughter is someone who we can call a beauty with brains . She has everything that I would want in my future daughter in law . "
" So do you want us to convince our daughter to go on a date with CEO Lucifer ? " Mrs Williams asked .
" Now that is where the problem arises . " Mr. Gray said and hesitated a bit before continuing , " My son kept a condition for getting married . According to the condition , only the parents would know the identity of the bride and groom , so neither your daughter nor my son would know who they are marrying until after the wedding . "
" WHAT ?! " The couple shouted in sync .
" Okay , please listen to me before making a decision . As you would have probably guessed already , I did a background check of your daughter . Through which I came to know that she is already 27 years old and has never had a single relationship . If I had to guess then I would say that she reminds me of my son , someone who is not interested in the matters of love . As a parent I can understand what you must be feeling . This is probably the best marriage proposal that you would ever receive , your daughter will be married to the no. 1 bachelor of the country . She would live a comfortable life without any worries . Even if one day she decides to quit her job , she would not have to think about where the money would come from . So please just think about it for a moment . " Mr. Gray explained .
" I am still confused that out of so many girls in this country , how did you find our daughter . I am sure that there are some girls out there like her . "
" That is because of this specific image . " Mr. Gray said and passed an Ipad to them .
Their eyes widened on seeing the image and Mr. Williams even started rubbing his eyes and blinking a few times to be sure that his eyes were not hallucinating .
" This .... when did this happen ? " Mr. Williams finally asked after regaining his composure .
" This happened 2 days ago and from your reaction I can ascertain that Alexandra did not tell you anything right ? "
" Truthfully speaking , we had no idea about this incident . " Mrs Williams said .
" Don't worry about it , my son didn't tell me anything either . Leave that matter aside and now focus on the photo . I am sure that you can clearly see that they look so good together and the way they are looking at each other is as if no one else is present in the room . Just think about how beautiful their children would be and how they would call you grandma and grandpa with their sweet voice . " Mr. Gray tried convincing the two .
Anyone's decision would waiver at such a thought and so did Mr. and Mrs Williams .
After contemplating for a bit , Mr. Williams finally spoke , " We will talk to our daughter but please keep in mind Mr. Gray that we will not try to convince her or force her to agree . "
" That's fine Mr. Williams , I don't expect you to do that either . All I want is that you talk to her and let her make the decision . If she disagrees , then I promise that I won't bother you or her but in case she agrees , I just want to let you know that I , along with my son would take utmost care of her . We would make sure that she never lacks anything and that she lives happily . "
" Thank you , Mr. Gray "
After that , they went back to their respective homes .
During all this time neither Alexandra nor Lucifer had any idea of what was happening . They were both working diligently , one at the office while the other at the operation theatre .
