We decided that our genre would be pop... Well, Riri choosed it. They didn't went to my house after school because it's just a waste of our time if we're just sitting in the couch and doing nothing. Ari volunteered in making our song and Riri gave her poem to him, in a hope that this will help him in making it. I also gave him my two-line poem so that I have a part in creating our song. Cal remained quiet the whole time and left after the time ends.
The next day came and surprisingly, Ari have a talent in making songs. He's halfway in finishing the lyrics and he put mine and Riri's poem in there though we can only hummed the tune as we're still not finished creating the whole song. I'm even more surprised with Cal as he volunteered to do the editing in our music video.
It's now break time and we are here in the cafeteria. Cal is here with us in our usual table, next to the window. We have to literally dragged him here because if we don't, he will not join us and will go to his usual place.
"We need to think how we will record our mv. Cal, since your the director you should tell us what we'll do." I said. When you only have five days left, you will understand my concern. We didn't even have a plan how to do this!
Calvin looked at me. "How will I do something if we don't have a place to work?"
"Then let's do it in my house! We have many places to work and take videos for our music video." I suggested. Well, we did planned our project in my house so it'll not hurt if we truly work in there.
"Great!" exclaimed Riri. "Now, we have a place and a half done song to work to. Hmmm, it's missing something..."
I looked at her questioningly. Is there something missing? Well yeah because we are still not finished in this mv and we have a lot to revised to. I hope that this will be easy... I hope.
"What is it?" I asked.
"The excitement! Where's the dance choreography? We have to have a dance choreography! That's what's popular this days." Riri said.
Dancing? I love dancing! But...
"Ooh, dancing! ...But I can't."
"Oh yeah, I forgot. Sorry Cooper! Let's forget I've ever said that." Riri apologized.
"No it's okay! We can have a dance number to make our mv good."
"But you..."
"Riri I'm fine. I rather sing my lungs out than dance until I'm sticky and sweaty, don't worry."
Cal raised his right eyebrow listening to our conversation. I saw a glint of curiosity but it's gone after a few seconds. Oh, I forgot that Cal didn't know about my condition. I should tell him about it...
"Cal—"
"I am almost finished with the lyrics." Ari butted in.
"Ooh, that's cool Ari! You just started yesterday but you're almost finish the song today?! Woww..." I said in admiration.
He smiled humbly. "It's because of you're help youn— I mean Cooper...and Riri too."
"Hey! Why are you hesitant when you said my name? I have a big part in helping creating our song you know. Wait... did you just blush?" Riri narrows her eyes and look intently at Ari.
Wait... Did he? I looked at Ari too. Aww, he's shy about the compliments! Cute! Hahaha!
"A-anyway, let's eat and finish our food so that we can be early in class."
Diverting the topic huh? Okay, I will let it slide. But I will remember it and make it as a teaser material. Fufufu!
But Riri have a different plan. She pointed at Ari and said, "Aha! You ARE blushing! I didn't know giving you compliments will make you blush. I now have a blackmail material to you. Muahahaha!"
Riri must be so happy finding about it. She and Ari always fight and she's always lose. Having a... blackmail material, she will have an advantage.
"Let's test it, kuhum, Adrian you are so handsome!"
We looked at Ari's face, he didn't have a reaction.
"Oh? Not that kind of compliment, eh? Hmm, Adrian you're so amazing! You almost finished doing our song?! Wow!"
...Still no response.
"Hmmm, no response. Is it because I'm the one giving the compliments?"
Ari just smirked at her, smug that Riri can't do anything to fight back at teasing. Riri looked pissed, still thinking of how to tease Ari. After a minute, her face lits up and she looks at me. "Cooper! Say something good at Adrian!"
"Uhh, the food is good...?" I hesitantly answered. She said say something good and I did it!
"No! Like a compliment! Say some compliments to Adrian!"
Ohhh! I'm so dumb. "Okay! Uhm, Ari, you're awesome making a song in one day!"
And then it happened, he blushed.
"Muahahaha! I now knew you're weakness!" She looked at me. "Cooper, you know what to do if I say compliment okay? You have to say a good thing about Adrian."
"Okay!"
"Don't be so childish Kristine." Ari said while shaking his head.
"Childish? I'm not childish! YOU'RE childish!." Riri looked at him with a irritated expression.
"Now now, don't be angry and eat your food." Ari tried to calm Riri down..
"Don't treat me like a child!"
Then don't act like a child. Sigh.
I looked at Calvin who's ignoring the two and is focusing on his food. Did he feel left out? Should I ask him? Or just talk to him?
"Uhh, is the food delicious?" Wow... what a stupid question.
He glanced at me then continued to eat. "Mm."
...Okayy. There's an awkward silence between us.
"Soo, are you going to my house tonight?"
"Mm."
"....." Oh, okay.
Awkward~
"...Do you enjoy our company? I mean, do you enjoy hanging with us?"
He stopped eating and looked at me. "You're annoying." Ouch, guilty.
"But you're okay... I guess." he continued.
"!" I smiled brightly at him. Yes! At least he can tolerate it. Hehe!
