Hours had passed and the ship that Evan and Adam were in had arrived at their destination. The home planet of the angels and the capital planet of the holy order, the planet of Sanctuary. After they had left the ship in the planet's dockyard, they headed to the Council Headquarters. When they arrived, they noticed a very familiar face walking around the big hallways of the Council HQ. "Well, if it isn't our good friend Samuel. How has it been working as the council's Logistics Secretary?" Evan jokingly said. Samuel, who now stood in front of them, answered: "It's been ok, but you both need to hurry because the Council meeting is about to start". The brothers now quickly ran past the halls and opened the large doors that let people enter the Council Hall, a large room with various seats, but the most important of all of them are the ten seats residing at the top floor. These are the seats for the Legion Masters of the Ten Grand Legions of the Order. One in particular was specifically used by the Holy Order's Grandmaster, the strongest and wisest Angel in the order. A couple of minutes passed and trumpets were heard, indicating that the meeting was about to start. After the trumpets stopped playing, the Ten Legion Masters appeared from the top floor and sat in their respective seats. The masters were: Master Simon Michael, Master Reprus Grim, Master Lucian Uriel, Master Adrian Azrael, Master Regurus Azazel, Master Raymond Raphael, Master Jason Haniel, Master Lucian Ramiel, Master Dean Lucifer, and Grandmaster Joan Gabriel. After the had taken their seats, the council meeting had officially begun.
The meeting started slow and boring, mostly about generals that are away on a defensive or offensive mission reporting on their recent status. Soon enough, Adam stood up, which indicated to the Council that he wanted to speak, which he was then allowed to. Thus, Adam began to speak: "A couple of week ago, I was sent on a solo mission when four demon assassins attacked me. This was suspicious to me, so I decided to investigate and predicted that a similar attack was going to happen to my brother, so I decided to find him. Much to my suspicions, a similar attack befell my brother, which was quickly taken care of". A curious Raymond Raphael questioned: "Did any of the demons reveal the name of the leader that sent them to such a sucidal mission?". "One of them mentioned their leader to be Kalith Cayde",m Adam answered. "Kalith Cayde, huh. This is troubling" a worried Reprus Grim commented "He was recently seen successfully invading the planet Numentus Seven"
This planet was very familiar to both Adam and Evan. For Adam, it was the place where he last saw his brother in battle. For Evan, it was the place where his wife was murdered by his most hated enemy, the Unnamed King. "Why would he send two assassin squad to kill the two sons of Lucifer" A general from the Haniel Legion questioned. The room was filled with murmurs and whispers of Both Legion Generals and Legion Masters, trying to find an answer for the question the general asked. A loud voice was heard by the people in the council. This voice was of one Evan Lucifer, who said: "It is obvious, Kalith Cayde is trying to bring his former master, the Unnamed King, back to life"
The room was now silent, not by the answer to the question, but by noticing the presence of Evan Lucifer in the council. Even the Legion Masters did not notice it, but when Grandmaster Joan Gabriel noticed this, he looked sternly at Evan and quickly looked away. "Evan Lucifer is right, this is now a very serious situation that must be taken care of quickly, the Legion Masters will decide who will take care of this mission in private, as for now this meeting is adjourned, you may leave" Grandmaster Jean Gabriel announced. The general stood up from their seats and left the Council hall, now heading wherever they were needed. Evan stayed outside the Council Hall, waiting for something. Adam began speaking, but Evan wasn't paying much attention. Then, Evan was called to meet with the Legion Masters in private. He entered the Council Hall, leaving Adam alone.
