(Back to outside of the Kingdom, Kate continues to struggle with pushing back her own attack as with each passing moment, it continues to push her further and further into the atmosphere.)
Kate: Isn't this quite the predicament? So his plan was to gloat me into using enough power to bounce it back to me. The fact that he can utilize Absolute Counter was very unexpected, but now that he has used it, I know he can't use it again.
(As Kate says this, she looks behind her as she slowly begins to move past the clouds. Back on the ground, Galan appears behind Mikael.)
Galan: I believe I've found something you must see.
Mikael: What is it?
Galan: Locked in a tower in the far left of the Kingdom, Dante sits in a cell.
Mikael: So he managed to survive my attack huh? How very interesting.
Galan: He's also been encased in a magic cube, so he is currently unable to leave.
Mikael: What is he doing? Did you speak to him?
Galan: No. He seems to be locked in meditation. I left as soon as I realized what was happening. What shall I do about him?
Mikael: Nothing. If he is truly stuck there, then let him stay put. Even without his powers, he is still very capable of turning the tide of this battle, but enough about him. He is irrelevant right now. How is everyone else fairing at this moment?
Galan: Azura and the prince are still locked in battle. He won't be free of her for a while. Rai and Kai are taking their time with the remnants of the Uesugi Clan, while the remaining members of Ragnarock hold off the King.
Mikael: Excellent. Everything is going according to plan.
Galan: I'm glad to know. Now then, what will you have me do?
Mikael: Go and aid Ragnarock with the King. I imagine he's about to get serious and your addiction will prove even more tedious than before.
Galan: Am I allowed to kill him?
Mikael: No. That honor is reserved for me. By all means, do not hold back. Take your pound of flesh.
Galan: As you wish.
(As Galan teleports away, back in the sky, Kate reaches the earth's atmosphere. With oxygen running low, Kate plunges her hands into the ball of magic and then splits her hands, dispersing the massive power. She then turns around to take in the rare sight of space while still within the earth's atmosphere.)
Kate: Such a vast place in our universe, but now isn't the time. Maybe I'll venture out once this is taken care of. While I am here though, let's see if I can still reach, Alexia.
(Back on the ground, Alexia begins to regain consciousness as she begins to hear Kate's voice telepathically. As she gets up and pushes the debris off of her as she looks around to figure out where she is.)
Kate: (Alexia...Alexia can you hear me?)
Alexia: Yes my lady. I can hear loud and clear.
Kate: (Good. Are you in the undercity?)
Alexia: No I am not. I'm above ground. I was just attacked by one of the invaders, but I am okay.
Kate: (I'm glad to hear that you're okay.)
Alexia: Never mind me. What is it do you need, Kate?
Kate: (I need you to go to the palace and into my lab. In there you will find my spell paper. Use it to free Dante in the tower. We will need him if we are to survive.)
Alexia: Ah! Well, I'll have you know that I was already on my way towards the palace. Do not worry, my lady. I won't let you down.
Kate: (I know you won't. Be safe down there. I don't know what I would do with my favorite assistant and friend.)
Alexia: Thank you, my Queen. Best of luck to you and your family.
(As Alexia says this, she starts to make her way towards the palace. Elsewhere in the Uesugi Sector, both Rai and Kai rush Kol and Willow. Kai goes for longwinded attacks that Willow can easily counter. She elbows Kai in the stomach then hits him with open palm uppercut that knocks him on the ground. She quickly forms a bow from ice and aims at Kai. Rai then comes flying with a kick to the side that knocks Willow to the ground. While this transpires, Kol creates a sword of solid ice to combat Rai. As they clash sword, Rai sweeps Kol's foot, then tries to go for a killing blow, but Kol raised up his sword in time.)
Rai: Haha! I'm glad to see some fight in you!
(Kol then rolls over, adding more force as Rai's sword gets closer and closer to his chest.)
Kol: You are going to die for what you've done.
Rai: I would expect nothing less.
Kol: I want to know why? Why my family?
Rai: Because he said so.
Kol: He? Who? Who are you talking about?!? Who is he?!?
(As a frantic Kol yell, Rai hits him with a knee, then Kai comes with his dagger and cuts Kol's shoulder and kicks him to ground. Kai then opens his hand in preparation for a blast, but Willow shoots three quick arrows through his hand. Kai then throws his dagger towards Willow's face, but Kol creates a wall of ice that catches the dagger. Kol then runs towards Willow to check on her.)
Kol: Are you okay? You're not hurt, are you?
Willow: No, I'm okay. I can still fight.
Kol: Good. Now I want you to stay behind me.
Willow: Why? I said I can still go?
Kol: Listen. You're an archer, Willow. Your eyes never fail you. Saying that I am inclined to ask you to watch my back. Feel free to play cat and mouse with them, but I will deal with them hand to hand. Do you understand?
Willow: I do.
Rai: I'm afraid that won't do!
(As Rai says this, Kol and Willow both turn their attention to Rai and Kai as they both release a massive wave of flames. Kol and Willow, quickly make another wall of ice blocking it.)
Kai: How dumb can they be? Everyone knows fire melts ice!
(As Kai says this, both he and Rai puts more pressure on Kol as his wall continues to hold up, but the level of heat starts to weakens it.)
Kai: Tch! Why won't your stupid wall just melt already?!? You may as well give up because we won't let up until we see your burning corpses!
Rai: He won't last much longer.
Kai: I don't understand how you can be so calm, Rai. It would be much better if you let loose.
Rai: That would be unnecessary. After all, didn't Galan tell us not to rush this? He did so I decided to sit back and enjoy every moment. So less complaining Kai. Just be in the moment.
(As Rai says this, they put even more into their combined fire attack as Kol still maintains his ice wall.)
