After telling Mia and Sarah to stay in the spring cave he was going out to find magical herbs and be coming back at night to reassure them that he was fine.
Sarah protested for a while as she wants to come along with me but I resolutely refused and told her that I will bring her delicious food if she behave and stay in the cave with Mia.
Sarah finally relented as Autumn promised her delicious food which brought in her nickname little glutton. Mia on the other hand just nodded as she knows that she was still to weak to help him.
After all that stuff is out of the way he started to walk in the forest hoping to find a couple beast to fight.
2 hours and 30 minutes later...
A sound of loud hissing came out in a certain part of the forest as a giant snake like the anaconda snake from Autumn's previous life, it spit toxic venom at its opponent who is in a state of transparency making its attack past through but the attack of the other party hurt it making it confuse and angry.
The one battling is of couse Autumn as he was practing his Dance of the Void footwork as his current body was adapting to its complex movements that he made. His body is adjusting well as he had his previous experience and his body stronger than in the mental world as his body there was comparble to a top body practitioner and don't forget all the cultivators there are elite among the elite so it was without saying this was an easy fight for Autumn.
According to Autumn's memory this snake is called the Green-Vine Toxic Snake as it body was like a vine that was 5 feet wide and 6 meter long making it look like a common vine in this forest as the trees are as big and tall as 40-floors high buildings. Its eyes were crimson with the signature snake tongue that flick from time to time, its fangs constantly producing venom and spitting at Autumn as he dodges it, its body was in the same color as vines with dark green in some areas, light green here and there, and some green there making it look like a real vine with no single flaw except for its crimson eyes.
After battling out for 30 minutes Autumn already familiarize himself with his footwork and now his gonna try to get used to his sword art. He took out the iron sword from the system space and started with a simple stab.
The snake immediately felt a great sense of danger as soon as Autumn performed the simple stab, from a third party perspective this looks like an ordinary stab but to the snake its like an unescapable heat seeking missile its every movement is tracked and cannot be dodge making it have a sense of dread and fear.

A smooth sound of a stab sounded clearly as Autumn precisely stab at the heart of the snake, its body wobbled lightly and a moment later its body crashed down.

As the fell body down Autumn then slowly pulled out his sword and started to chop up the snake and look for its gallbladder so that he can eat and gain a couple stats. The system said that he can eat any creature that he kills and gain attributes but the condition is it has to be a solo kill, not even using poisonous dagger or spells it has to be using his fist or an attack from his weapon.
After taking the gallbladder he coated it with salt and pepper dust then toss the gallbladder to his mouth and started eating it.
Munch, munch, munch...
It tasted like a crispy chicken with a hint bitter taste. Then Autumn took the body of the snake and put it in the system space. His system space used to be only capable of holding 20 items which is stackable but now he can store 100 cubic meters of stuff as it upgraded into like a big storage area in some big company.

After looking at his new stats he found out that his stamina increased by 3000 thousand points and another 300 stamina recovery per second which is crazy as this would enable him to pretty much practice swordmanship without rest except for eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom. He guessed that it mush be something to do with the increase in power as it included any physical related to strengthen as it increase in attribute points.
He then looked at his combat power and new realm and was speechless as his power reach the War King level 10. But he knew this just data that digitized his strength and not his experience as many people have probably experience more things in their life as a life span of a War King is around 300-400 years. But I do have a five decades of experience of constant battle in the mental world so I guess I could be considered an experience veteran.
After reaching the War Spirit realm and getting all the stats he felt that his body was more sturdy, heavier yet lighter, tougher, more resilient, faster regeneration, and strengthen his bones, muscles, and internal organs making them have four fold increase in both offense and defense.
He can even be sure that his body can stand against 1000 missiles and leave unscathed, as for bullets that has high penetrating force it will only be able to scratch his skin and immediately healed up by his natural healing.
