After looking through the list of all the buffs and debuffs he chose these 6 spells that fit his requirements and budget. He had close to a 10,000 Killing Energy he got from killing all the War Division and War Spirit beast, the beast from the War Division gave 100-130 Killing energy per enemy killed and the War Spirit beast gave 200-300 Killing Energy per enemy killed. He killed a total of 33 War Division beast he got 4183 Killing Energy and the War Spirit he killed in a total of 20 beasts and got 5643. The overall Killing energy he got was 9826, this was a small number considering the prices of the items, techniques, spells, and skills are millions or billions of Killing Energy.
After buying the skills which are 6850 Killing Energy in total minus that with his current Killing Energy he had 2976 Killing energy left which will be used in the future if need to be.
