The men were scared away by Aljur's threat and strategically retreated. Their goal in coming here was to win over this man and not to antagonies him. If he is a normal person, perhaps angering him is not a big issue. But unfortunately there is already a track record of his infamous revenges.
Leila watches the men leave with their tails tucked behind them. This is the reason why she doesn't like to do dirty business in regards to Aljur. He only needs to show himself once and most things are solved that way. No need for her to spend some effort to not try to kill those insolent people.
"So why are you here?" Aljur said as he led the girl inside his office. "I know for a fact you are avoiding me, so what made you come here willingly?"
