The time went by fast and soundlessly. After that rain fiasco, Leila and the co. were taught by the villagers instead of wandering in the forest. Which was not a bad thing at all.
The rain was one of the factors as of why they didn't go out. It is still quite rowdy back there as they could hear the noises of fights even at the safety of the village. The sounds were enough indicator that they should stay out.
Instead of being bored and wasting time, they spent their time there quite remarkably—enjoyable and productive. The Rodleo couple was sorry that their plans were now in ruins. To make up with it, the old man and his wife went around to ask favors. Favors to teach the children some useful crafts that may come handy in the future.
