"Thank you for your hard work!" the manager bow.
"Today is pretty hard!" Ashley groans cracking her back, "I didn't expect the café to blow up." Theresa said exhausted. "You two did great! Why don't I treat you dinner now?" Hikari ask smiling. "Sounds good, I'm in!" Ashley cheered, "sure, if you're okay with it." Theresa smile. "Of course I am! I'm the one offering you guys after all!" Hikari grinned.
"Umm…Zeolite? Help me!!" Hector yelled, a horde of monsters is chasing him, "buy me more time!" Zeolite replies while casting his spells, "I would like too! But I can't even cast my spells!" Hector shout while running downhill.
A wall spells casts behind Hector and blocks the monsters. "There you go! Now!" Zeolite shout, "Yosha!" Hector shout, he positions his swords like an X, "Devine Strike!!!" he unleashed an X shaped slashes, killing all the monsters.
"We did it! Finally! I was getting tired of running!" Hector cheered laying on the ground. "We should get back, it's already this late." Zeolite said approaching him.
"A break would be nice! Why don't you lay with me?" Hector ask patting the space beside him. "I insist, you don't know what you're laying on." Zeolite said shaking his head, "fine, fine." Hector said giving up.
"Let's go. Or we'll miss Shion cooking." Zeolite said walking away, "hai, hai." Hector said standing up. "Oh right, I want to talk about yesterday." Hector said, "what is it?" Zeolite ask, "Does Commander D you're talking about have some logo or something?" Hector ask, "I'm not sure. I lost my mind midway." Zeolite sigh, "I see." Hector said.
"Help! A thief! Please help me! They steal my bag!" a citizen yelled, "Action?" Hector asks smirking, "whenever you're ready." Zeolite close his eyes.
Hector run towards where the thief goes, Zeolite jump to the rooftop following where the thief is. Hector sight then sees the thief, "sir! You can't steal someone's items!" Hector shout, the thief turn around to see who's chasing them and run faster.
The thief turned into a corner and run faster, Zeolite catch up with the thief and jump in front of them, the thief shriek and took a step back, Hector panted holding his hips, "Checkmate!..." he panted, "Please return the items you steal kindly." Zeolite said, the thief looks terrified? Not sure, they're wearing a mask.
The thief unexpectedly bowed furiously, the two boys stare at each other confuse before saying, "what?"
"I-I'm sorry! I was forced to!" The thief spoke, and it was a female, "you're a girl?" Hector ask, "Y-Yes! H-Here!" She said handing the bag to Zeolite, "who forced you? We can help." Zeolite said. "N-No need! I don't want you to get in trouble!" The girl declined nervously.
"We insist. We should help those who are in hard times." Zeolite said shaking his head, "C'mon tell us who forces you! We'll beat them up!" Hector said grinning. "U-Uh…H-He's a bandit. I can take you there…" The girl said looking at her foot.
"First of all! What is your name?" Hector ask, "mine Hector Shirogane! This emo boy is Zeolite Celeste!" Hector said introducing himself and Zeolite. "M-My name is Celine. Celine Apocalypse!" The girl named Celine said bowing slightly.
"What are you waiting on? Let's go!" Hector said walking away, "Agreed. Please show us the way, miss Celine." Zeolite said politely.
"T-This way!" Celine said getting in front of them. "Oh right! Celine! Why don't you join our guild later? It'll be fun!" Hector said offering her happily, "u-uh…I'm not sure…" Celine said fidgeting her fingers.
"Don't scare her off now." Zeolite said his hand rest on Hector's shoulder, "I'm just offering her!" Hector argues, "She must be confused, with us chasing her, then you suddenly asking her to come with us." Zeolite said.
"I-It's okay. You must want to promote your guild after all." Celine smile, Zeolite raise his arm up which is holding the bag Celine stole, "Would you mind? I will return this first. You can go. I'll catch up shortly." He said running away.
"Let's go!" Hector said excitedly, "Is it really okay to left him behind?" Celine ask unsure. "Psh! He always has tricks up in his sleeves! I'm sure he'll be okay!" Hector said, "Alright then." Celine nods, and began to lead him.
"Is it far Celine?" Hector ask his hands behind his head, "not really, I think they camp around the mountain." Celine said while walking to the mountain. "I see." Hector nod, "why were you forced to steal, Celine?" Hector ask curious, "My family died two years ago, and I was at the orphan before, until someone destroyed it, I was left alone once again, then they come and take me in, in exchange I need to steal." Celine said sadly.
"Ehh, it must be hard for you. Well, I lost both my parents and hometown thirteen years ago." Hector said his hands in his pockets, "I'm sorry that happened to you." Celine said feeling his sadness, "don't worry. I'm ok now! With friends around!" Hector grinned, Celine smile a little before looking forward.
"I never really had a friend. They will always avoid me, before at the orphan, we were around 5 or 6 years. I was the kid who always read books and ignores my surrounding. And because of my knowledge, there's this one kid, he was messing with a dog, the dog bit his hand, the nurse was trying to calm him down, I tell something to him "You can die from getting bitten by a dog." He cry loudly when he heard what I say, the nurse panicked that time, and tells me to go outside the infirmary." Celine giggles remembering her past.
"You're so bold. I mean kids around that age will be scared when one of them says that." Hector chuckle, he stops on his track, "but if you want a friend. We can be friends! I'll introduce you to my friends, I'm sure you all get along!" Hector grinned, Celine smile when she knows there is someone who wants to be friends with her. "Of course. I'll be honored to!"
