Athy looked at the wolf who was trapped under Kaido's paw. Her face went black and her hand clutched Heyva Sor tightly.
"You dare?" Athy mumbled.
The wolf looked at her and whimpered.
"How dare you compare me to those unsightly, fetid, disgusting beings?" Athy glared at the wolf, her eyes glowing.
"You are one." The wolf spat out. Seeing that Athy was get worked up about it, he tried to make her lose focus. "Without this Cerberus, you would never be able to beat me."
Seeing the arrogant wolf spitting bullshit about her, Athy slightly furrowed her brows before her lips curved into an arrogant smile.
"Kaido, lift your paw a little." Athy patted the gigantic, three-headed dog.
Kaido glanced at Athy before he lifted his paw up with a huff.
The wolf, thinking that Athy gave him a chance to escape, quickly stood up and ready to pounce away if Kaido lifted his foot higher.
"Stomp!" Athy suddenly ordered surprising the wolf.
Kaido's heavy foot trampled the wolf again.
"This! You!" The wolf spew blood out from its mouth.
Athy raised her brow as she watched Kaido squash the bloody wolf. She laughed wickedly.
"You are shameless!" the wolf cried furiously. "You dare attack me using another's power. I dare you to fight me one-on-one!"
Athy looked at the wolf like it was an idiot. "You are competing with me in a one-on-one fight. Summoning is my ability, who else is fighting besides the two of us?"
The wolf's eyes widened in shock before narrowing dangerously.
"Do you think that because you are a lycan with ability, you can just ask the other party to fight in your favor? Those that you have fought so far are just stupid."
Athy arrogantly spoke, her smile carrying ridicule.
"When you tricked them to fight you in a way that was only favorable to you, did it make you proud? Is that how you fight as a lycan? I thought lycans are wolves, yet you fight like a fox, full of trickery."
Athy mocked him. The wolf snarled at her and started thrashing under Kaido's paw.
"How dare you!" It screamed. "How dare you compare me with a stinking fox!"
Athy crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes at the thrashing wolf. The wicked smile she wore grew bigger and bloomed to an arrogant one.
"Are you going to submit now?" She asked.
The wolf growled and snarled at her furiously.
"Knights." She called and all the spirit knights turned to her. "Beat him and do not stop until he submits."
The spirit knights heeded Athy's orders and walked towards the wolf. Sounds of growling and snarling from all the beating filled the air. Even the knights flinched at how the spirit knight beat the hell out of the wolf. Some even could not watch anymore and just turned around.
I glanced at Athy and saw her jaw clench and unclench. She must also have a hard time watching a dog get beaten.
"Lady Athanasia must really want to make that mutt submit." Sebastiene spoke.
"Why do you say that, Sir Sebastiene?" Marionne asked.
"Well, it's obvious that she doesn't like seeing it hurt but is enduring it." Sebastiene spoke, smiling devilishly.
"You look happy about it?" I turned to look at him. "Are you happy to see the wolf being beaten, or Athy enduring the pain of watching an animal get beaten?"
"None of the above, my lady." He smiled innocently this time. "I am actually impressed by lady Athanasia's determination to make that wolf submit."
"Is that so?" I smiled, my gaze dark.
Sebastiene smiled awkwardly.
"S-stop.." A weak voice came from the wolf. "P-please stop.."
Athy raised her hand and the spirit knights all withdrew.
"Are you going to submit to me now?" Athy asked in an imposing manner.
"Y-yes." The wolf whimpered.
"Okay-"
Athy was about to make Kaido free the wolf when Sebastiene suddenly spoke.
"My lady."
Athy turned her head towards Sebastiene and lifted her brow in question.
"A lycan must promise and give you his fang first before you can say that he has really submitted." Sebastiene explained.
Athy turned to the half dead wolf.
"Is he saying the truth?"
"Yes." The wolf almost whispered.
"What would happen if I took his fang?" Athy asked Sebastiene.
"He will forever be bounded to you, unless you give him his m=fang back and free him." He answered.
Athy frowned.
I don't want to bind him." She said before turning to the wolf again. "You, I will not bind you to me, but I want you take the Oath of Loyalty and Serve me."
Sebastiene was stunned by what Athy said, but did not speak further and just chuckled softly.
"She really is your sister, my lady." He smiled at me.
The wolf, on the other hand, was so shocked by Athy that he stayed still and just stared at her even when he had canceled all her summoned knights and even Kaido.
