Liaano's POV
"Your Majesty! Where have you been?!" Jacob, who is my right hand asked me worriedly. I didn't respond to his question and went directly to my throne seat.
I was inside my office, Jacob is standing in my front. My office is filled with black furniture. This is what I like a cozy and a place that really represents me.
"Did you go to the other side again?" I irritatedly look at him when he doesn't stop questioning me. His work is to follow my order not to ask questions about my personal life.
"You may leave now" I dismissed him.
Today is the fifth day of the month. Tomorrow should be our monthly visit to our grandparents who are living outside the castle, but because of some important event that needs to be done, I cannot join them.
I remember the girl that I saw earlier, Celestina, huh. I smirked, I do still remember what she looks like. Her almond-shaped brown eyes that are filled with emotions are worth looking for. Her Jawline that is shaped like a finessed diamond. Her small and pointed nose matches perfectly with her other features.
She had those creamy white skin that shines brightest when it hits the sunlight. She has soft hands, gladly I am able to touch it earlier.
"Your Majesty, Queen Carolina is here" My thoughts are disrupted when Jacob suddenly goes inside my office and announced that my mother is at the door.
I nodded at him, and let my mother in.
"I heard that you left the palace again" She welcomed me with her words.
"I don't want to talk about it, Mother," I said at him while reading the paper works that are placed on my table.
"You've met a girl, right?" I abruptly look at her. How can she possibly know that?
"You know that you can't hide anything from me" She answered. I sighed, putting down the paper which I was reading.
"Mother, can you not meddle with my life anymore," I asked her respectfully.
I know that she can probably know where or what I'm doing every time. My mother is still not cutting the tie between us. The invisible tie that connects us together. I've cut already her ties with me, but she still hasn't cut mine.
This tie is gifted for every woman who has given birth to a child. This tie can inform you of the whereabouts of your kid. This gift is given by our ancestors to us. To keep the children safe from harm, especially when there are enemies that we do not know yet.
"Lianno, you know that I'm just worried" She reasoned out, but I didn't buy it, She should have cut it a long time ago. I'm just being considerate because she's my mother,
"I understand" She sighed and begun to close her eyes. I watch her as she murmured some words to cut the invisible tie between us. Her eyes opened as it turns pure white as I felt a sudden release of air in my mouth. It's cut now, I sighed.
"Thank you, Mother," I stand up and made a bow to reflect my gratitude at her.

"Your highness, the ship has arrived" Jacob announced when he saw me.
"Prepare the equipment and placed it inside" I ordered him.
We have some important transactions that will be done on the other side. The equipment that our people don't buy and is put into waste is directly going in there.
"Yes, your highness" He bowed at me before leaving as I dismissed him.
Those people who are greedy for money and power. I've been in there a lot of times, chaos and unending problems are what makes our world different from there. I heard that they want their world to change, but how can they do that when they can't even change their selves.
I took the golden ring on my table and wear it. This will serve as the key to connect the two worlds. For us to be able to go through the invisible wall that separates us.
"Your Majesty has boarded the ship!" The speaker placed on every side of the wall announced making a ruckus as everyone felt in panic when I arrived.
I went to the lower deck. A spacious room is located in there. The waves are calm, causing the ship to be stable and not shake too much. The trip will take about 3 hours before it can land in one of our secret ports in there.
I woke up feeling uneasy. We arrived in our port located in Biringan around 4; 45 pm. I got out and start to walk around the perimeter. Tomorrow is the scheduled time for the transaction. I got a bad feeling, I remembered her… Celestina, there must be something wrong with her right now.
"Jacob!" I called him out. Hurriedly he went in my direction, almost running.
"Check the other side, communicate me when you found anything suspicious" I ordered him.
"Why?" He asked, feeling confused right now.
"Just do it, Jacob!"
"Yes, Sire" He brought 2 guards together with him
"Marcus, Go to the forest and report if you find any suspicious act as well" I called Marcus, the chief guard that is always with me whenever I'm going in here.
"Yes, Your highness"
"Bring 2 guards with you" I instructed him.
"Now!" I dismissed them.
"Yes, Sire" They bowed before running to the right side where a forest will be located at.
I got left in here together with the remaining guards. We went inside and goes directly to the upper deck together with a telescope following my command. Minutes of observing before I saw a black van at an unusual speed.
My heart leaped when I took a glance at the person who is inside the black Van.
"Tell Jacob and Marcus to locate the van!" I ordered one of the 3 guards who are left with me,
"Yes, Sire" He answered followed by a run to go at Jacob and Markus' location.
I'm impatiently waiting, walking back and forth while waiting for one of them to come back and report to me. I'm about to go out as well when I saw Marcus running towards the Location.
"We found the van, Sire"
