"Celestina, why are you still lying down in your bed?" I groaned in pain when I moved to my right side. It's the day, It's the time of the month.
I always have a bad dysmenorrhea every time I experience my period. I remember Danica taking me to the hospital when I was in 2nd-year college. That's when I have experienced the worst dysmenorrhea ever in my entire life, I felt very dizzy, a severe pain in my lower abdomen as well as vomiting for numerous times that left me and Danica no choice.
"Celestina, hey! Are you okay?" I felt Jea's presence getting nearer as her words are starting to get louder and clearer in my ears.
"Celestina, what is happening?!" Jea's tone is filled with panic. I felt her palm on my forehead, trying to measure if my temperature.
"D-Do you have any pain reliever?" I trembled as I put my deepest efforts into making a sound just for Jea to hear me.
"Yes," She answered faster than lightning speed.
"Please get me one and some sanitary pads as well" My voice came out low.
I closed my eyes when a sudden pain quickly came rushing in my lower abdomen. I heard her quick steps getting away. Fuck! This hurts like hell. This hurts more than a breakup!
"Here!" I opened my eyes, seeing Jea carrying a glass of water together with the medicine and the sanitary pads that I asked for.
In a swift moved I took the medicine out of her hands and gulp it together with the glass of water. I sighed in relief, I hope this can put me at ease for a couple of hours. I took the sanitary pads as well and went to the bathroom to put it on.
"Thank you," I sincerely said at Jea who's now is showing me a worried look. Her lips turned downward, her eyebrows are pinched together as worrying appeared on her face.
"You made me really worried, Celestina" She sighs and guided me in to help me lay down in my bed.
"Do you want me to inform her highness that you can't attend the dinner later?" She asked me warily.
I suddenly remembered the dinner that will be happening in about 4 hours from now. I hope that I will be able to join the dinner later, It will be a disgrace if I declined it just because of a stupid reason.
I shake my head and deeply sighed. How I wish that this experience will just fade in and will never be extinct again.
"Do you want me to bring some hot compress for you?" She asked after she made sure that I'm already comfortable laying down in my bed.
Her soft voice touched my soul. I suddenly remembered Danica, I wonder if she's doing okay.
"Yes, please" I whispered the last word.
She slightly smiled and put her palm once again on my forehead. The pain in my lower abdomen is starting to get bearable as the time quickly passes.
I closed my eyes and took a nap without knowing while waiting for Jea to come back and bring me a hot pack compress

"Celestina, are you sure you're fine now?" I looked at Isabela who is sitting beside Jea, both are wearing white long sleeve polo matching it up with a knee-length rusty brown pencil skirt. 3 red roses are embedded in the upper right corner of the long sleeve polo.
"Don't worry about me anymore. I'm really fine now" I assured her.
2 hours ago after I woke up, my feeling got better. The pain in my lower abdomen vanished into thin air. My dizziness disappeared as well after I woke up.
"I got really worried after Jea told me that you are suffering from dysmenorrhea" Isabela exclaimed pouting.
"I told his highness that you are si-" Her eyes widened, she covered her mouth with both of her hands and stood up from sitting.
"I forgot I still have things left to do in the kitchen" She hurriedly murmured the words and left the room like flash.
My eyes widened when her words slowly crept into my mind. DID SHE JUST! Did she just tell it to Lianno? Noo! I'm embarrassed now. How can I face him? I know that it is not something that I or the other girls should be uncomfortable about but it is still awkward for me.
"Jea!" I whimpered like a young girl. She averted her eyes before it can finally meet mine.
"You should change clothes now hehehe" She told me before leaving the room as well.
I look at Jea dumbfoundedly, are she with Isabela when they told Lianno about it? What a traitor! I exclaimed in a nonchalant manner.
I pick up the clothes from the bed and went to the bathroom directly to change clothes. I'm wearing a black spaghetti strap backless bodycon dress, showing off my curves, that is somehow in the right places.
I took too long in the bathroom, thinking if I should change my clothes because it is too revealing for me. Especially that Lianno will see me. I'm just being conscious of it.
"Jea is this okay?" I asked Jea for about 4 times already. She's starting to get irritated at me, I laughed silently because of it.
"I told you it looks perfect with you" She answered again.
I pouted and sat on my bed. Jea is doing my hair, braiding the half of it while she will curl the rest.
"Hold this," She asked me.
I took the round glass container in her hands and placed it in my thighs. I opened it and stared at the pearl and gold hairpins inside. 2 pair of pins caught my attention, It's made from south sea pearls, which are rare to find and is really expensive. Jea starts to order me things which I wholeheartedly obliged to.
"Celestina, It's time for you to leave already," Isabela told us after she got back from the kitchen.
"Remember to smile, Celestina" Jea reminded me.
I nodded at her as we began to leave and walk out away from the room. We are going to the main dining hall where dinner will occur.
I sighed deeply when we reached the front door of the hall, I look at Jea and nodded. She whispered something in the guard that made it look in our way.
"Lady Celestina has arrived!"
