"Father," she heard the unison of both Azrael and Michael as they bowed.
'What power he has,' she thought and inwardly scowled. A power that He abused every chance He got.
She glanced at Adam to see him looking at her before also bowing in greeting to his father. Eyes still on the demon before her, kneeled as he should be, Eve narrowed her eyes when he let out a grin. Sounds of His footsteps neared her, and she could feel the radiating warmth. However, Eve always felt cold within the gentle warmth. Fisted hands, she waited to see what this celestial being will do.
"Samael," his voice, gentle and stern, spoke up beside her, "You have killed many and must be held accountable for them."
"You think you can bring judgment to me?!" The bald demon let out a laugh but coughed out blood soon after, "They already returned to you, didn't they?" He grinned.
"You ate many souls; you know they would not return," God stated in a straight tone.
