"Kyle I will not call you again. Wake your a*s up or I swear I will throw a cup of cold water at you."
Kyle groans and opens his eyes to see his best friend standing in front of him. She has her hands in her hips and is looking directly at him.
"What time is it?"he mutters.
"You missed your first class, idiot."
The words make Kyle's eyes shoot open and he sits up. "What?!"
"Mhm."
Kyle looks to his side to see Oliver's bed alone. He left.
'Why didn't he wake me up?!'
Kyle gets up and starts putting in clothes. Oliver didn't wake him up. Did he leave early?
"Why are you so tired?"Leah asks, noticing the dark bags underneath Kyle's eyes.
Kyle's eyes widen. "U-um..cause I was.. studying late. Yeah. I was studying late."
"Kyle, do you think I'm stupid?"she crosses her arms and glares at him.
"N-no! Of course not, Leah."
"Then you best tell me the truth."
He hesitates and then sighs. "Fine. I went to the lake with Oliver and his friends."
Thus seems to take Leah aback. "You did what with Oliver?"
"It wasn't anything big! Just a few of his friends, barely any."he shakes his hands.
"What would you even go? Oliver is an asshole. Are you forgetting he touched you?"
"Of course I haven't forgotten! But he has his reasons. Plus, Carson invited me and he really wanted me to go. I couldn't say no!"
"Carson? Who the hell is Carson?"
"Oliver's bestfriend."
Leah takes a deep breathe in and out. "All of this happened...in one night??"
Kyle nods and grabs his bag. He starts walking to the door, hoping he can escape from Leah's wrath.
But it's just a wish.
"Is that little snake trying to deceive you or what? I will kill him if he does anything to hurt you!"she screams in the hallways, rampaging like a demon.
"Leah!"Kyle says nervously. It's never a good thing to make Leah angry.
'I swear, I can see her fangs and horns when she gets like this."
Everybody turns to look at the girl screaming in the halls. They clutch their books and bags in their hands in fear.
'Oh gosh. Why did I tell her?'
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kyle sighs and yawns as he grabs a book from a shelf. Leah is at the bathroom, so he's alone right now.
For some reason, he can't stop thinking about Oliver. And how he didn't wake him up.
'Why am I so annoyed? He was probably in a rush or was busy or sonething.'
He starts grabbing more books, not even noticing the person behind him. Watching him.
Kyle steps back, but trips on a book that was in the floor.
"AH CRAP!"He squeaks. But he doesn't hit the ground. Instead he feel arms wrapped around him, holding him securely.
"Caught ya."Oliver's soft, deep voice in Kyle's ear makes him shiver and blush.
"O-Oliver."he turns to look at him. His face is so close to him, he can feel his warm breathe on his cheek.
Oliver doesn't let go, even though Kyle is safe and his feet are on the ground.
"Yeah, Avery?"
Kyle gulps and clears his dry throat. There's air conditioning here so why does it feel so hot.
"You can..let me go now."But he doesn't want Oliver to let him go. He likes it like this. He likes being able to see Oliver's beautiful eyes so close. Being able to admire his whole handsome face
"Right."Oliver says and let's go of him.
Kyle walks over to the table him and Leah were sitting at. He sets the books down and takes deep breathes to slow his heart beat down. It's practically dancing with excitement.
"Hey, I heard you missed your first class. Sorry. I didn't wake you up becuase I wook up early to go somewhere with Car. It seemed way to early to wake you up."
This makes Kyle happy for some reason.
'I knew he didn't just leave me.'
"That's ok. There wasn't an important lesson today anyway. Just review."
"Ah. Ok. That's good."
Kyle knows that Leah could be back any minute and that Oliver would have to leave. But he didn't want that.
'I share a dorm with him. I'll see him later either way.'
"Well, um I might come to the dorm late becuase I'm gonna study with Car. Alright?" Oliver says.
"Alright."Kyle smiles, but in reality he really wants to punch something right about now.
'So I won't even get to see him later.
Kyle spots Leah coming back and bites his tongue. Why couldn't she have stayed a bit longer?
"You should probably go. Leah is coming and she's not a big fan of you."Kyle says.
"Oh, alright. See ya later, Avery."Oliver waves as he walks away.
Kyle smiles, then scowls as soon as Oliver is turned completely around. Is it selfish to want him all to himself? Probably.
"Was that Oliver just now?"Leah asks.
"Yeah. Don't worry. He wasn't doing anything. He actually helped me."Kyle says, opening one of the books he grabbed.
"Really? How so?"
"I tripped on a book and he caught me."Kyle reaponds, smiling and blushing as he remembers Oliver's hands holing him. And feeling his soft breathe on his face.
"Hm."Leah says, unsure.
"My head and legs hurt, so I'm gonna head back. I have all the books I need, anyway."Kyle says.
Leah nods. "Study and go to sleep early, Kyle."
"I know."He responds.
He places all the books in the bag and starts walking back to the dorms.
He breathes heavily due to the heavy bag He's carrying.
He arrives at the door and a surprise us waiting there.
"Um..hi."Kyle says awkwardly.
The girl standing at the door turns around. She's wearing sunglasses, so Kyle can't see her face. But he can tell she's older than him. Her black hair is cut short into a bob and she has a very expensive looking clip in it.
On her neck sits a matching necklace, equally pricey looking. Her long blue summer dress covers her perfect looking body. Overall, she's gorgueos.
Kyle stares at the woman, shocked by her beauty.
"Hello. Do you know where Oliver is?"she asks.
