ERICA
"Erica, may I have a word with you?" Poseidon asked. He beckons me to come over to a corner of the room where we were all far from the others. I left Camila and Fay on their own and went up to Poseidon.
He began to scratch his head. "I don't know if you noticed this, Erica, but the power that you sent to Fay will never run out."
"Huh," I let out a confused sound.
"That's not possible. She is just a human it'll run out-"
"Phobos and Desmon have been very silent for a long time. My guess is that The Ancient Ones have completely sealed their powers off, but not their reincarnation." I shake my head at the impossibility. "You have never met Phobos and Deimos before, Erica, but I have the same goes with Hades. They resembled them."
I shake my head again. "That's impossible. They are not even twins."
"No, it isn't and I could feel the power emitting from Fay. The powers you gave her it's turning into her own. Phobos and Desmon have been sealed off for a reason, but their reincarnation found a way to get to you."
"No," I shake my head.
"You don't have to believe me, but you can believe your own fox eyes. Open them Erica and you'll see Fay's power."
I breathe and listen. I open up my purple fox eye. I looked around the room when my eyes landed onto Fay. They were a mixture of red and black aura that actually showed a very depressing power. "Erica, Phobos and Deimos have intense dark magic. They will be very helpful for the battle that lies ahead of us."
"No, I can't do that. I can't do that to Fay. She values her human life far more than any of us do. I can't take that away from her."
Poseidon placed his hand over to my shoulder. "You need to create two more Lumia rings, Erica. I am telling you the minute you have given a drop of your power to Fay Phobos has begun to awaken and I can feel it Fay is her host. She can't be of normal human now."
I breathe. I wonder how Fay will react when I say she isn't human, and how I selfishly gave her power without knowing that she is Phobos host. The gods that have claimed their host in this century looked too coincidentally alike to one another. I don't know what to think and the battle with The Ancient Ones are drawing near.
It looks like there isn't much choice. "I'll create it," I replied.
"I know this is hard," Poseidon said. "But we don't have much of a choice."
I walked back to the rest of us and it looks Hades is having a hard time dodging Calchas power of predictions and gone to back to being very silent sitting beside Samuel. Fay and Camila were on the other sofa patting and doting on Amy.
"So when are we going to Olympus?" Calchas questioned.
"As soon as possible, but before that, I need to talk to Camila and Fay alone."
I turned to face Poseidon and he nods. He walked off the room and called everyone to go out being the oldest among all of us. I took a chair and sat in front of them. My two wives look up at me. "Fay and Camila, I need you guys to listen to me as calm as possible. Is that alright?"
"It depends on the level of alright to see that we can stay calm," Camila stated.
"Fair enough," I commented. "But what I may say right now may shock you."
"Then spill the beans," Camila said eagerly.
I smile. "Camila you said you were born prematurely by two weeks right?"
She nods. "It only means your birthday should fall on the same day as Fay. You guys have the same age and same looks. It totally makes sense."
"What are you trying to get at?" Fay asked.
"You two are the reincarnation and host for Fear."
Fay and Camila immediately became quiet. "Are you implying me? I mean us to be gods?" Camila voiced went high pitched. "We're siblings?"
"As humans no but for gods yes. I sensed my magic has broken The Ancient One's seal on Phobos which means Fay you are Phobos. Now I want to awaken Deimos if you allow me, Camila."
Camila opens up her mouth to spoke, but to close them back up. She shocks the same goes for Fay. She has been very silent the moment I spoke about their true identity. "Did you know about this?" Fay said. "Before you inserted power into me."
"No, I didn't."
Fay smiles. "Then everything it's alright. At least right now I have a little power in me to defeat enemies and like this, I can go to battle with my love rather than staying here and wait for your return. It does not sound as bad as it is."
I looked back to Camila. She was trying to steady her breathing. "Just like Fay said like this we can go to battle with you. I'll do it."
I nod. I went up to Camila and crouched down to kiss her forehead as my magic went into her body. I pulled us apart and when she breathes she lets out a sigh of relief. "This feels nice," Camila spoke. I summoned my nine tails the both of them looks at them in awe. I focus on my fox energy and created two blue tiny flames that came dancing on the palm of my hands. I gave it a little push and both of the flames enter their bodies.
The both of them winced a little but once they open their eyes their energy became their different even the colour of their eyes was different. Both of them have different very special colour eyes. Fay's iris was purple mixing it with a little black. Camila, on the other hand, was blue mixing with a little black.
"Damn you, Celeste," Camila broke out in anger. "She is going to pay for sealing us."
"They are going to pay indeed," Fay opens her mouth to speak. "They are going to pay for sealing gods who have the power to wield dark magic. Thank you for awakening our memories, Nora. Though it is quite weird that our reincarnation in this lifetime has to be our saviour wives."
"In reality, I thought Phobos and Deimos were both dudes."
"Myth can be wrong sometimes right sis," Deimos eased. Phobos just nods her head.
"Memories as Camila are nice especially the hot shower sex-"
I coughed. This was getting weird. Both of them began to grin. What are they a kitsune? When I am actually one but I don't have that much sarcasm. "I am glad that you are on the same boat as me. Thank you for joining in on the fight."
Both of them just smiles. It is just like the legend says the both get along very well and always stick for one another. They closed their eyes and immediately Fay and Camila return to my side. They smile.
"This is quite a comfortable feeling," Fay commented. "With the whatever fire you gave me I can see through Phobos eyes and feel her. It is like I am her and she is me. Especially, right now I am filled with emotion of having a kinship to Camila. I am so happy that I actually have a twin sister."
Camila grabs her hand. "You have always been my sister, Fay. No matter what."
Fay just smiles.
"Want to show them a little bit of fear?" Camila played.
"I don't know," Fay said unsure.
"I do it. So, you'll do it."
"Ok."
I laughed. It's good to have them back as normal Camila and Fay. They walked together in hands. It's good to see them to have a strong sisterly bond. We walked out the door while everybody was waiting patiently outside. Though Camila and Fay let out a slip of their power as they walk out. I felt it, but not so much. I have affinity to darkness being a hybrid. Everyone felt it all except Hades. He was smiling the whole time.
"Phobos and Deimos, my favourite people," Hades said letting a bit of aura out to greet Fay and Camila new found powers. Together combined the colours in the air became dark and red.
"Now that all of us is almost here," Calchas announced. "I foresee a death in this coming war. Will all of you still like to continue with this quest?"
"We all shall," all of said at once.
Calchas smiles. "So, without further a due, Hades, would you mind?"
Hades let out his hand facing the ground and so did Poseidon. Once they did a portal opened to the highest peak of the Mount Olympus. All of us jumps in as Hades and Poseidon was the last to jump.
