ERICA
I even had the time to put my hand up to my lips to hide my surprise before an enemy launched an attack behind my back. My reflex quickly sets in before the golem could smash me to the ground.
"Holy cow is that Elena?" Samuel spoke catching a glimpse of my mom sitting in the middle of the twelve olympian seats where according to the legend Zeus sat. He quickly dodged the golem returning to his battle. This was twice as big as the ones we fought back in the mansion.
Hades pulled out a weapon from a shadow, a bident. He held it up high in the sky and hundreds of undead came out from the shadows. He put his staff forward where all the undead began to react and attack the golem. He tried to put pull out the ruby in its eyes, but this time they were protected with some white magic, and his own magic reflected back to him making Hades let out an annoyed sound.
Samuel shoots out metallic feathers into the eyes of the golem but they were all repelled. Everyone was having a hard time with the golems. They were so indifferent so much more powerful than the ones we had fought. Little Amy was in the corner doing what I asked putting a barrier upon herself to protect her from the monsters.
The golem was created with a bunch of magic. Poseidon used his brute force to fight with them since no magic was able to harm the golem. Deimos and Phobos used their powers but it did not affect these golems since they did not possess feelings in the end they also started to use brute force. I breathe in the air. I need to transform. I need to transform into a bigger foe to fight them.
I can feel something clinging in the air and it doesn't feel pleasant. Something is coming here and it also doesn't feel like it will be the bats that we fought from before. This time it felt lots of bloodlusts. Something living is coming here.
I need to transform.
I needed to save my mom or Zeus. We needed to find someplace to hide. The enemies are too strong. I landed on the floor. I ran to the back of Hades. "Cover me," I said. He nods. I closed my eyes and enter my subconsciousness and in there in the dark abyss. I see a white nine tails fox with its purple lavender eyes looking at me. I need its help.
I place my hand onto the empty space where there was a barrier separating me from the fox. It's a little too early to let it roam free out of my body, but I have no other choice like a warning sign that has been broken the barrier that was between us shattered. It's fox lips curled into a smile and I was forced to be stuck here while the fox roams out into the world.
"Save them," I said.
The fox looks back at me before jumping out of the darkness. "Will do, Erica."
SAMUEL
In the middle of the battle, Erica began to scream and crouched down on to the floor. She seems to be screaming out her very soul with each groan and moans the sound of bones were breaking and rearranging itself. I flew back to her, but I can only stare at her in horror as her body and face began to slowly disfigure themselves as her mouth became a snout with fangs her hand and legs landed on all fours. She began to change turning larger and bigger as her shirt rips open from her body and white furs covers all her body.
When she stops morphing she became a full-fledge white nine tails fox that actually became larger than the golem. The fox began to seethe in anger and dash forward towards the golem. It bears its fangs on of the golems like they were just toys getting in the way of its path. The golem began to move to struggle to get out, but with its strong fangs, they were shattered apart breaking into pieces of rocks.
All of us began to help Erica out by stopping the golem in their tracks and not letting them hurt her. In less than minutes, all the golems in the room became nothing then pebbles of rocks lying on the floor and the ruby shattered onto the floor. Hades used this opportunity to absorb all the dark energy into his body.
I began to fly up to Elena who is trapped in golden chains her head hung low facing towards the ground. She has been sleeping for so long and these chains do not look normal. Hades climbs up next to me collecting all the dark magic from the chains into himself breaking the chains in advance.
Poseidon raced up to us and brought his hands around her like he didn't want any of us to touch her. He pulled her in to him in a bridal style and ran down the stairs. "Let's go now," Poseidon commanded.
We all did. When the fox saw Elena in Poseidon's arms. Its body came down like it was telling us to hop onto her. We listened and hops onto her large body without hesitation gripping onto her tightly. She ran into a wall without any warning and breaking the wall of Olympus down. Little Amy was yelling throughout the whole process. I had to cover her eyes from letting her see what was happening.
Once reached outside the feeling of the wind raced against my skin. I opened up to see that the fox was running in the sky. There were blue flames underneath her legs which I think helps her lift her body off into the sky.
Although we had saved Elena from the throne room Poseidon and Hades did not look so pleased. I began to sigh in relief that all of us were out of Olympus and hope that we did what we came to do. The battle was intense. My boss was truly terrifying powerful.
She was bringing us somewhere. Poseidon stood up the moment we were flying above the sea. He began to control the ocean and made a hole for Erica to fly in deeper and deeper. I watched as their were fishes swimming around but as we got deeper there were creatures that I haven't met before. From behind us the ocean closed down as we get deeper into the salty waters.
Then everything around the water began to shock me there were waterhorses and mermaids swimming all around it. I looked around in awe. Then all of a sudden we stopped and we landed on a port that connects to a palace that is surrounded by nothing but the ocean. I made my wings disappear.
"The Ancient Ones won't be able to attack us here. It is filled with purification magic." Purification? I looked back at Hades he looks grim. He hasn't even talked at all ever since we got out of Olympus. I placed my hand on him.
"Are you ok, Hades?"
He shakes his head he was holding onto his stomach. "I think I'm going to be sick," he mumbled and took a hand up to his mouth wanting to vomit.
"Oh you are not going to do that in my domain," Poseidon complained. "Naiads," Poseidon commanded and a water spirit appeared before Hades. I quickly took it and gave it to Hades. Hades immediately took in the plastic bag and vomit into it. I patted his back as he vomits. When he was done he tied it up and was about to throw it into the water but Poseidon slaps at the back of his head which made the plastic falls into the sea and made it worst.
"You little reaper," Poseidon raged and used the waves to fish out the plastic into his hands. "Ugh... gross." Poseidon pinched his nose at the smell. "What did you eat today?"
To my surprised Hades replied. "I had a bear soup today. I think I'm going to be sick again," Hades began to place his hand up to his mouth again and this time he faced the water to vomit. I winced. I felt bad for Poseidon as he hits his forehead with his hand in disgust. Another naiad showed up and Poseidon diverge the puke from the salty water and threw it into the plastic bag that the naiad held in her hand. The Naiad took the other plastic bag from Poseidon and vanished with it.
"Are you alright?" I asked again.
Hades nods. "Better," he whispers.
"But my ecosystem isn't," Poseidon complains.
I ignored Poseidon and help Hades to get on his feet with his hand over my neck. He stumbled a few times but I held him in place. I looked at Erica, but she hasn't returned back to her normal human form though she changed her size to a regular white fox but with amazing nine tails.
We walked inside the palace and everything was decorated in white and blue. Everything in here smells like the ocean. It reminds me of the smell that Lorenzo has on him. We were each introduced into a room by the naiads. I brought Hades into a room while Poseidon held Elena in his arm to another room.
Hades smells and the color of his skin was deadly pale. He looks doesn't look well. I opened up the closet in the room to see a pair of shirt and jeans that looks like it would fit on him. I held in my hands and walked back up. I was a little hesitant to take off his clothes but he stinks.
One by one I unbuttons his shirt. Hades immediately grabs my hand. "What are you doing?" he demanded.
"You stink, and you are in the body of my boyfriend so yea I am helping my boyfriend to change his clothes." Hades and I exchanged looks but eventually, he gave in. He was somehow breathing very hard. Is it because of the purification magic that surrounds Poseidon palace?
I need to ask Poseidon for a little help with that. "Sit up, Hades. I can't take off your clothes if you keep lying on the bed."
He listens and sat upright but he was still breathing so hard sweat was piling out his body. I can't help staring at his hard well-toned muscle. When I brought myself up closer to him suddenly the whole world spun and Hades was on top of me. "H-Hades?"
"Samuel," he spoke. Quickly I recognized that voice. Kieran?
"I-I can't hold back anymore."
"W-wait!"
He didn't wait and before I knew what was happening my clothes magically disappears and I begin to gasps.
