Everything in Warrenville was unusual as it always had been. As maids and butlers in the castle were busy doing task after task as they should in the castle for the king and queen.
Everyone in the whole kingdom and village respects their king and queen. They were the most powerful of their kind. Witches. Witches come in different levels of their world.
Moreover, they regardless care for them. Even if their level isn't the greatest. In the garde, Queen Gabriella rubs her pregnant stomach, humming sweet words to her child, who is still in her belly. Her firstborn child, Rainie. A baby girl. The whole kingdom was very careful about the Queen's baby.
Unlike her overprotective husband, who's very serious about their daughter of the kingdom of Warrenville. King Maxwell. The most harmful man of the realm. No one couldn't able to defeat him if they faced him. If it's not his wife, that is.
Holding up the cup of tea from the plate, she hums the tenderness of the fresh ginger tea that hits her taste bud.
"How's the tea, Your Majesty?" A maid asks, who stood beside her Queen.
Queen Gabriella smiles, glimpsing at the blue sky in front of her. "It's very delicious dear, I shall have my husband try it as well next time."
"As you wish, Your Majesty," the maid said with a small bow.
Enjoying the peaceful garden in silence, Queen Gabriella hums a small melody to her baby softl, who sleeps in her stomach. "Soon we'll meet each other," she whispered. "My little Rainie." The maid smiled next to her Queen.
Not till that peaceful silence breaks to the guards shouting and chasing after someone or something who just entered the castle. Which got the attention of the maid and Queen Gabriella. "Oh my, my, what is this?" She wondered. She put her fan over her lips as she watched her guards shrieking their heads off.
"CATCH HIM!"
"DON'T LET HIM GET AWAY!"
"He can't be that far!"
A young little fallen angel who was full of dirt and hungry ran off to the village just to get some food for his small stomach for the day, but he had no money for the market for those delicious foods, fruits, and vegetables that were there to sell.
The sound of his stomach growled with hunger as the young lad searched for something to eat. With no parents, he just has to be on his own for survival.
His bright blue eyes gazed around through the thic, heavy jet black bangs of his hair blocking the world around him. Yet it didn't stop him from going around from one place to another.
Searching, he stopped at the smell of fresh bread. Bill, the owner of the bread stand, was an old elf who was always up early in the morning baking his fresh homemade bread. Bill always makes sure that nobody takes a loaf of bread without paying.
The little boy peeks at a load of fresh bread in front of him. Not having a chance, he let his small hand reach for a loaf of bread, just to flinch as Bill shouts, "Aye, what do you think you're doing, young man?"
Bill frowned at the little boy, who scarcely glared his big bright blue at the old elf. Ah, the lad is a fallen angel. Poor lad, Bill reckoned, letting out a sigh. He took off his glasses to rub his eyes, from the stress of the peaceful day to the worst.
Not for the boy, though. He took his chance to grab a loaf, making a run for it. Bill finally opens his eyes, about to say something to the boy to see the boy is already gone. "Hey! Come back here! Guards!"
"Guards!" Bill shouted to get the guards who were leaning against the wall, who caught the scene of the boy getting the loaf. The boy who heard Bill's shouts clutches the bread close to his chest and doesn't want to get caught by the guards.
Guards jump to act, running after the little fallen angel boy, who just stole the bread. The boy seems to glimpse the sudden chase and gets exhausted from running. To think the guards would catch him, but be fooled by the black wings which appear from the little boy's back. "Stop!" Ordered one of the guards, seeing him taking flight off the ground and to the blue sky. The guards were dumbfounded.
"Shit, we need backup."
In the sky, the lad flew through the bright blue sky, looking for a place to hide so that he could just eat the bread in peace. He knew the dark alleys won't help him and how the guards were on every block.
Searching for a place to land, he spotted the castle. Just for a bit, he assumed, flapping his wings to go to settle down to the ground once again. Resting his wings, he let them disappear from others seeing them. Even the guards from earlier. In front of the castle of Warrenville, he had never seen it in person. Now that he is here in perso, he was flabbergasted. Hiding behind a tree in front of the castle, he took the first bite of the loaf. The taste of the bread that hit his taste bud was in heaven. Munching in silence, he constantly wants to be like this in his life.
Just to have a nice meal and a warm place to stay for his life. Like he used to be up above the clouds with the other angels. Yet, he was different. He frowns.
Not too far from him was a knight or guard who stood on alert on a lookout. Ron Ortiz, the king's strongest knight of the castle, also fears him the most. Ron and another knight stood in action against anyone who tried to enter the kingdom.
The boy didn't notice them at first and simply hid further insight. He could sense that both of them were werewolves. Wonder why they are in the castle as knights? Shaking the thought, he finished up his bread. Not when he gives attention to shouting once again.
"He has to be somewhere!" The little boy saw the guards from earlier who ran up to the castle.
Ron glared up, alerted, he pulled out his blade at the guards from the village. "What's your business here?" Ron questioned first when the village guards came forward.
The two guards bowed, "Sorry for the sudden request, Sir Ron, but we're looking for a little boy." Ron raised a brow. Includes the knight beside Ron to get an acknowledgment from the little boy.
"A boy?"
"Yes," both of the village guards say. "We were requested by Bill the baker. We and the baker both were just doing our unusual duty to the village, till a little boy showed up out of nowhere who appeared in front of Bill's bread stand. Furthermore, the boy's a fallen angel."
The boy knew he was in trouble. Ron placed his blade back to sniff the air. His golden eyes glare at the tree. "I knew I scented something in the air."
"The boy?" The guards wondered. The boy's eyes widened in fear. They can't just get me yet, the boy thought.
Ron stays silent, pulling out his blade once again, striding in his footsteps, and using his hand to let the others follow. The boy seems to notice that by seeking their shadows from a distance.
"We have you surrounded, show yourself," Ron ordered.
Yet, the boy had other plans. He appears out of the tree, and Ron shouts, " Now!"
He and the others ran forward to the little boy, yet to their notice, the boy jumped over them, letting his dark wings appear from his back, flying into the castle. "Shit!" Ron cussed, shapeshifting to his wolf form to track down the boy. "Well, come on now! We have a mission to complete!" He shouts to others to follow him into the castle.
To bring us back into the garden. Running and looking around to make sure they weren't behind him, the boy seems to be stuck in the gigantic garden, which has no exits. Lost and terrified, he couldn't seem to figure out how to get out.
He stopped for a quick break from running, to be surrounded by flowers and a lake. He saw nothing like it. Enjoying the view in front of him, just to hear shouts. "He's somewhere from here."
The boy makes a run for it again, thinking he would have gotten away from them, but seems to be stopped by a woman in front of him. "Your Majesty!" A maid rushes over to the lady in front of him. "Please don't pressure yourself!" To the queen, she just smiled at the maid.
Queen Gabriella looks down at the boy, her fan that was by her lips, as when the guards and knights finally caught up with him.
"Oh my, what do we have here? "
Ron and the others bowed down to the queen in respect. As the boy stood there, confused when he saw her walk toward him. Her pregnant stomach didn't stop her from moving approximately as the maid anxieties her Queen.
"My, who are you, young man?" Queen Gabriella wondered, smiling brightly at the little boy.
