Fujimoto didn't know what to expect after being invited to a board meeting wherein he shouldn't be a part of. After all, he was just a mere block owner, and everyone attending there was all part of the board members. They were the ones overseeing the production of Humanoids while he was only an employee tasked with overseeing the workers.
I should probably expect the board members to hate me once I show up there. In any case, I'd be leaving this place soon so I might as well experience being with the higher-ups which we'll take down in the future. Fujimoto said to himself.
After steeling his resolve for the umpteenth time, Fujimoto eventually decided to head out of his Block and follow the personal guard who came to pick him up. Since he didn't have any desire to escape the Asterisk, the personal guard didn't bother giving him handcuffs.
