I got out of my tree and walked inside in my tiger form, I went into my room and switched then undressed and went to shower. Once I got out, I pulled one some boxers then brushed my teeth and washed my face. I went to my closet and got dressed for school. I decided on a white t-shirt with black jeans with rips in the them and white shoes. I grabbed a light jacket since it was 'cold' but since it's a human/werewolf school, I guess I gotta act like I'm cold. I grabbed my bag and car keys. I drove to school in my beautiful black car. A lot of people think it's boring, cus it's black, there's nothing special about it. I've had this car since I was 16, I remember saving up my allowance and arguing with my father about it. He wanted to buy it for me as an early birthday present but I kept saying no and wanting to buy it myself. He was sneaky that's for sure. I remember having the little pink piggy bank where I would save up my money for the car. But sometimes I would catch my dad sneaking money in there. My dad is stubborn. But so am I. I hated driving my car to school it was expensive, some people even say it looked expensive. I never liked bringing it to school because as soon as girls see it. They scatter the person like mice going for the last piece of cheese. But at the the same time I liked using the car because it reminds me that you can put money toward something and make it yours even if your dad snuck money in to help you. I parked in a parking spot away from other cars since my doors open in the air and I don't want to hit anybody. I grabbed my bag and car keys then got out then clicked a button on my keys and waited for the doors to shut. I watched as people watched and whispered then another small white car pulled up next to mine, it's the beta and a few others , I'm guessing his friends came out. I watched the beta as he got out with a coffee, today he's wearing light blue skinny jeans with rips in them and a cropped black shirt with a flannel and a pair of shoes that went with it. His face obviously had a tiny bit of makeup, he looked like he was trying to impress somebody today. Then I smelt that delicious smell from last night. My mate. But who is it then the stench of perfume covered it up to find a girl with a lot of makeup in front of me. She tried shoving her breast in my face, but to be quiet honest they looked drawn on. She wore big gold flashy earrings. She twirled a piece of blonde hair between her manicured fingertips.
I looked at her and raised my eyebrow " Did you want something?" " I'm your mate sweetie" I chuckled at that " No, I'm gay" she just rolled her eyes and kept blocking my way " Everyone says that love" Then the scent came back. I wasn't even listening to what she said, I walked past and heard her call " Bye Babe" then the scent went away again. I scoffed at her " You wish fake tits" I walked into my classroom remembering my schedule. I walked in to find the Beta and his friends seated in the back. Then teacher was a female, I remember her name was Mrs. Janice . She looks kind with soft brown eyes and tan skin. She wore a white shirt with a brown long skirt and tennis shoes. She has a sneer drawn on her painted lips as she looked at me. Then I caught her scent. Wolf. Fun. I winked at her then went to sit in my seat. But she just started fuming then said " Have a study hall" then I caught the scent again. Most of the class were wolves and understand that some people haven't found the mates. The school even told us to feel free and look if you smell them in your class. I smell the air then looked toward the direction it came from. It was leading toward the Beta's table. Then I listened to the conversation " Do you guys smell something?" I heard the Beta say. But his friends shook there head. The bell rang and everyone left to there next class. Sadly I have lunch this period. I grabbed my lunch from my bag. A delicious stake and sadly a salad. My mom with her stupid stay healthy rules. I pushed the salad to the side and pushed out my claw but it came back. It's making me irritated. How it came and went. So I shifted and smelled every single person and every table. Until I got to the Beta's table and smelt it. I heard the Alpha's foot steps stalk into the lunch room and every wolf in the room shifted and dropped to submit. Then I smelt the scent, it was the beta. I grabbed his wolf by the scruff with my mouth and ran home. It was natural for tiger to grab there mates this way but it was unnatural for a wolf but a tigers worst fear is losing there mate to someone else, they trap them in there tree for a few days until there scent if covered on there mate. It's a tigers a natural instinct. It will be the same way when they mate and have kids. I jumped into my tree and put him down first but he just laid there in fear , I curled myself around him and trapped him with my paws then went to sleep. I heard the Alpha's footsteps then heard him chuckled and climb up the large tree, he scratched behind my ear then moved to a closer branch being careful not to get to close to my mate but soon I heard my mates voice ask a question " What the hell is going on?" I watched with curiosity as he laughed and sat in a branch next to me still scratching my head then he said " basically Gabriel is a tiger shifter, there ways are different than ours" then I started purring as he got a certain spot behind my ear " Tiger Shifters have this fear of there mate leaving them , it's there biggest fear, so when they do find them, they grab them by there scruff and go to there tree. They put there mate down first then curl around them and put most of there weight on there mate then place there paw over them. They stay that way until there scent covers you completely, or until they believe you won't leave them. It happens again during mating season and again when you have kids" I purred and put my nose deeper into his neck. He is mine. There is no way I'm letting him go. And I will fight whoever gets closer. No doubt about that. He will forever be mine.
