"Now, let me recall how you controlled that energy…" Vin boasted as he began moving his hands about causing his energy to move in intricate ways, "I think it was something like this… wrap the little bit of energy. Wallah!" A flowing white energy that looked like a stream of water flew towards Annabelle, washing over her and removing any fatigue she had.
"How did you- How did you heal my fatigue like that!" Annabelle suddenly exclaimed, extremely confused at Vin little show. He, who had never fully disclosed his ability when they were partied, just did something that she could only do because of her ability. Vin had already proved himself to not be of the healing variety with the flaming phoenix which left her even more confused.
Absorbing all the 'praise' like a sponge, Vin quickly departed as he began to reply, "Well that's a secret that will stay with me. Buh-bye, I'll see you tomorrow."
…
Back in his room he let out a sign of relief, the glass cabinets of blue potions was opened. One with the a band on it that had the word Tier 2. He gulped down the blue liquid without hesitation when he confirmed it was a 2 and not a 3.
'I should probably stop myself from showing off, it feels great but… this showing off drained all my energy which isn't great…' His thoughts were subsided as he realized there was more important things. 'Open menu.'

Vin first decided to check the Points Menu, proving his guess that it just listed the amount of points he had and their type.
Now that the Points Menu was 'explored' he opened the Editing Menu with anticipation as it seemed to be the corner stone to his system. What made it unique.
Instead of a golden screen this one was a gray color. It seemed odd compared to the vibrant screens from the past.
[Menu Creation]
[System Upgrades and Edits]
Only two options had appeared. Yet both had so much significance that it was more than enough.
A stream of thoughts hastily moved to the menu creation option.
[First Menu's Creation: 1000 Editing Points]
[Note: First Menu must have the ability to gain points in its first stage.]
[Second Menu's Creation: 10000 Editing Points]
[Note: Second Menu cannot be made till Vin Aphelion upgrades system to stage two.]
With vigor, Vin moved his thoughts to click the [First Menu's Creation] option.
[-1000 Editing Points]
[Menu Name: Input Name Here]
[Next]
The screen in front of him changed with no back option. 'I wonder what should I do to gain points…'
He took his eyes off anything that involved murder, not because it's immoral but because the law enforcement could easily kick his ass. Diving into Gates was also not viable because most of his time will probably be spent learning and training in better environments.
Quest were considered but immediately thrown out because he didn't know how limited it would be. 'Perhaps a dreaming menu that gives me points depending on how good the dream is… no actually that's stupid.'
Countless dumb ideas rolled through and out his head till finally he had the perfect one.
The "Input Name Here" box changed to say Shop. A ding noise was made and it was declined his option, resetting back to the default text. Vin looked at the screen with his jaw open and mind ready to drop kick the system. A second attempt was made as he changed the text to say Quests.
His best option currently were quest, he really didn't have many other options that were going to have the same level of success as quest. How they would work? He didn't know yet.
This option was accepted and not removed so Vin clicked the next button.
[Automatic Mode] [Descriptive Mode]
Two options appeared before him with their meanings being transferred to his head.
Automatic mode meant the system would assume what he meant by 'Quests.' Description Mode meant he would have to describe the menu to the best of his ability and the system would fill in the blanks itself, integrating it and removing the parts it can't do.
'There's no way the system can mess up what I mean by Quests. Automatic.'
[Menu Upgrade Difficulty: 1 2 3 4 5]
[Menu Points: Yes or No]
Not allowing himself to be tricked 1 meant it was easy- just easier than the higher numbers- he chose 1. Even choosing to deny Menu Points for his Quest Menu- as what use would it have for a quest? He wanted to gain editing and gacha points. Not quest points.
[Menu Created!]
…
"No fireworks and sparkles?" Vin jested, even chuckling to himself as he went to another room inside his room. The grand, amazing bathroom.
Hot water turned to the max came out the shower head and shower times commenced.
While in the shower, Vin stupidly tried to manipulate the water. To say the least having hot water that was being splashed across your body suddenly stop lets your body cool down a bit. Especially since the runes in his room gets rid of the fog.
That gap between your temperature and the water makes it feel even hotter. Needless to say this nerd here learned a lesson.
At least afterwards he still had a system he could check. Unlike the people who put water on their hands after a snow day outside.
"Quest menu." Vin softly whispered as water dripped off his drooping damp hair. A small, yet relatively cold flame appeared around him in a circular manner keeping his body that was adorned in a black robe warm.

After glancing at the menu he turned up the heat to quickly dry his hair, getting used to being able to use magic for day to day life. With that he went to bed at about 11 pm, the bring this day to a close.
